UPDATE: I updated this review from a 1-star to 5-star (I don't want a 1-star to be a mark of a bad day/growing company's learning experiences). Someone within the company reached out after seeing my review and offered a full refund to make it right which was SUPER appreciated. They let me know they're growing and training new folks so it makes sense this happened and that the detail was no where near the standard they expected as well. I am super satisfied with the resolution. Because it was seamless with this resolution, I would consider giving them another try for an upcoming detail! I paid $680 for a premium detail and 8 hours later, my car looks like it just got a really good exterior cleaning (they did kind of buff out a scratch I think someone left from a shopping cart), but the interior was another story. There was a lot of dog hair and drool and that was definitely awesome that they tackled that, but I've had the same dirtiness and gotten a basic wash or even a $300-400 detail and seen better results. The reason why I'm even bothering leaving a review is because for over $700 including tip, I would expect it to look amazing. If you specialize in details, it should be 10/10. What the Premium Included: - Complete Detailing Top to Bottom, Inside and Out - ALL 10 Ala Carte Upgrades Included (Pet Hair Removal, Headlight Restoration, Engine Bay Detail, Ozone Treatment, Clay Bar, Headliner Cleaning, 6 Month Ceramic Sealant, Undercarriage Flush, Spot Scratch Removal, Leather Treatment, PLUS 2 Step Paint Correction) Things that weren't up to standard for a premium detailing: - Streaks/smear marks on windows (yes, I know it happens, but for a premium detail at that price, the windows should be crystal clear - a local car wash would fix streaks for a basic wash) - Screen for map/music/etc. was not cleaned - there were spots and smears all over - Dirty back seats/whatever residue was on there wasn't cleaned (could clean it off with my nail) - Gauge glasses (for speedometer) had spots all over it like it hadn't been cleaned - Dirty cup holder (was able to do the cleaning at home with a rag and cleaner) - Speakers were not cleaned (easily cleaned at home with a rag and cleaner) - Ceiling was not cleaned (easily cleaned at home) - Back seat/trunk had a part that was popped out and they didn't put it back in. The mats were cleaner, but still dirty (again, tested at home and it came right off - because I was trying to see if maybe the car had just been dirty too long) - Metal parts of the interior (like for the headrests and door handles were not cleaned) I don't expect perfection, but I would've been bummed if I spent this much for a $300-$400 detail, but for $680 I am more than bummed. That is a pretty penny to lose and not have the results. If they couldn't get the car there, they should've walked me through why and shown me why. I would never go here again. Taking my car to a basic wash to get the interior cleaned up.

10 bananas out of 10! Got friendly and detailed information on my initial phone call. They were helpful working around my schedule. Was very nicely received when dropping off my car. Eric was awesome! Came out to my house less than 24 hours after I gave him a call because water flooded my car through the sunroof. He spent 7 hours getting all the water out and detailing my car and I couldn’t be happier. The price was well worth it, I’d recommend Eric to anyone looking for auto detailing services!

I bought a new-to-me car that had been WELL loved by what appeared to be an entire herd of sticky, grubby 3 year olds. The kind of gross where you’re afraid to touch things. This is by far the best Detailing in Lexington available. I took my work truck into them that has been pretty nasty and hasn’t had a detail in about 4 years. The pictures do not do it justice but they made it look new again, i was shocked at how well it turned out at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Bluegrass Auto Spa is great! When it comes to detailing and paint protection, James knows what’s up! I’m very happy with the Suntek Reaction paint protection film that he laid on my Chevrolet ZR2. It’s a black truck with a complicated grille and body lines, but he knocked it out of the park and it looks great. Now I don’t have to worry about the black front end of my new truck getting destroyed by rock chips and bug guts. 👍🏻👍🏻

I cannot recommend Shirley’s mobile enough!!! Kenneth worked tirelessly on my suv yesterday and it looks absolutely amazing. He has great attention to detail! He even kept working when the sun went down and did a final walk through with his flash light. I felt bad he was working in the dark but that just shows his dedication! Great company!

Absolute crooks! They held my friends car hostage until they received storage fees for it being parked on the lot overnight. The car was accidentally dropped at the wrong location. Then they blocked her car in so she could not move it to the shop to get repaired. They lied about having her keys. And refused to to give her keys or unblock her car until my friend got the police involved. Absolutely shady individuals. Do not ever go here for anything.

Nice job they got my Batmobile together just in time for my bday same day the staff was cool as shit I’m from Chicago I didn’t know them I trusted them with my car gave them keys left they text me told me my car was ready they’re probably the cheapest in Lexington and they get the job done with no problems. I got ripped off going here. I’m a female I came to the shop because my car was making a noise. The first time they said it was one thing was 500$ the first a week later my car was making multiple sounds after taking it, went back paid 2,000$ to “fix” that. And my car started making a different noise along with a bunch of lights on my dash I ended up having to buy a whole new car because of this. Will never go back here. One of the guys slipped up and said yeah your car really needs to be aligned, And mind you I paid for it to be aligned 600$ for that, but I could just simply tell that it was not.

Over and above! I noticed my front plate came off in the wash, went back the next day and asked if they had seen it—no luck, but they said they’d call back if it came up. Fully expected to never hear from them, but it wasn’t 10mins later, they called back after they went to look for it, found it and left in the front office for us! Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful! And a huge bonus, the wheels looked amazing—we’ve tried everything to clean them up and could never get them as clean and shiny as Jeff’s can!! We’ll only come back to Jeff’s!!!

When it comes to detailing a vehicle, you will not find anyone better than Graham and Envious Details. Simply, a professional at his craft and his work is phenomenal. My vehicle was side swiped down the side in a parking lot and I brought my vehicle to him because of a large area of scuffing that occurred. The attention to detail was impressive, and he took the time to explain the process, making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. It looks as good as new. Visiting town from Canada, my truck was covered in salt and needed a wash before making the trip back, I opted for the complete inside and out package for $39 USD and honestly they did a fantastic job! Attention to detail for an express drive-thru car wash was very impressive. Polite and nice staff Only complaint is , from the time I lined up to the time my car was ready was around 2 hours! Yes it was a sunny Sunday and the car wash was busy but it’s something to note and keep in mind. If you are in a rush then maybe something to consider.

Took my daughter’s car for a deep cleaning. Her vehicle has not been cleaned in over a year.. I normally use the self service Drive thru car wash, but i needed the interior cleaned. It was well worth the $30, exceptional service. Kevin, the owner, really did me a solid. He got me in the books the same day and his team did a beautiful job. They cleaned the interior and removed all my coffee stains. Took my 24 Tacoma to Scott for a ceramic coating. Since it was a new vehicle I wasn't sure how much different it would look after the coating was applied. I checked on the vehicle after its initial wash and they pointed out the grit in the paint and made sure to give a good clay bar over the whole vehicle. They took their time and wanted to make sure it was perfect, and the result was amazing! The coating beads up the rain and gives a brilliant shine. Scott Campbell is the master installer for Fireball products in the region.. Lots to learn about ceramic! And Scott educated me on SiO2 coating, decontamination prep, installation, and maintenance of my vehicles to keep looking showroom condition.. Fireball ceramic was applied to my brand new Sienna Limited, and 2005 Infiniti G35 coupe. Astonishing product I must say...water flies off the paint like never seen.. My G35 coupe looks like its almost new.. No swirls, blemishes gone! Sienna drove to Fla for 3 months. While there, light wash and dry and its showroom brilliance.
