Some businesses solicit reviews or even pay for reviews. I have seen them remove legitimate bad reviews. Joey has a 5 star and doesn't do any of those things. This is a true rating. Exceptional value and top quality. He was able to get an ex police car sticker paint fade completely removed.

I had my car detailed and cannot believe how close to brand new they were able to make it. It’s 10 years old and looks and smells like I just bought it off the showroom floor. OUTSTANDING! Simply put, the best detail we've ever had done and we've used a few over the years. And, that includes the more-known names in the Prior Lake, Savage, Burnsville area. We had both of our vehicles detailed inside and out including the engine. We are extremely pleased with the results. The paint shines, the interior looks like it's right out of the showroom, the wheels glisten and the engine looks new. Can't recommend OC Detail highly enough. We will be back for sure.

Came in for XPEL XR Plus Ceramic Tint and the Pristine team completed my car within a few hours from the time I called to see if they could take me same day to finish They were able to answer my many questions as well as accommodate my many demands in an efficient & timely manner. I went with Full Ceramic 30% all around including the windshield and full rear window to be done in a 1 Piece to avoid that pesky line that appears when people try to blend in the factory roof tint to the rear window tint. The Pristine team was friendly and awesome with nothing short of excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any work.

First time ever at a Paradise Full Service car wash. I got the Admiral wash. I must say I was impressed. The process is quite involved, with many workers and much automation. Most impressive was the staff. There were many vehicles going through and everybody was working like a well oiled machine. The end result is my SUV looking fantastic.

Pretty shaky experience. Day 1, I wasn’t given advanced notice of their parking lot being worked on, so had to go and find out, then make another reservation. Day 2, I sat at the store for 2 hours only to find they cannot do my car. Had to make another reservation. Day 3, finally he starts working on my car. Really really sloppy tint job. 4 side windows are not all bad even though all 4 sides are uneven. I have small windows next to the back windows, and those tints are terrible. Looks like someone’s first ever tint job. I will never go back to this store even if they offer to fix my time for free. They don’t even charge a reduced price, so I would rather go to a better and more professional people. Instead of taking accountability, you blamed me for tampering with the tint. For your info, I didn't put the windows down for 4 days, and washed the windows after 2 weeks time. So no, I didn't tamper with your tint job. This is exactly why I won't go back to you for fixing it. Just to look good on google, you blamed it on me. It's sad.

I had my first appointment with him for an exterior detail. I am genuinely impressed with the work that he was able to accomplish with the state I brought him my vehicle in! There where some scuffs from a previous car wash that went south, and he make them completely disappear. He is really nice, and down to earth with what is possible with the detail. Overall very happy with the service and definitely plan to come back to do either interior, more exterior, and some window tint!

Ken's customer service was top-notch. He set expectations in a professional and courteous manner. Dan did an amazing job in cleaning my car inside and out. It wasn't an easy job; after a summer of camping with our dog, it was full of sand and dog hair. Dan was meticulous. Well worth the price!

Ziebart has done good work on my car now for about 15 years. I've gotten the under body protection, ceramic paint protection, and interior fabric protection. (I also usually schedule an annual detailing.) They do great work! The business changed hands a few years ago. Ken is now manning the phones. He's a great guy to work with and I continue to be pleased with the quality of work and customer service!

Full service isn’t actually full service. It was fast but I paid a lot of money. They don’t wipe things down- just vacuum. And they didn’t even try to vacuum the 3rd row, even if you pay extra for the 3rd row mats to be cleaned (which they didn’t put back). I know I didn’t get it detailed and dog hair is tough. So is a third row. I was not expecting it to be spotless, but I paid way too much money to have to spend another 45 minutes at home actually cleaning the car.

I bought a monthly ticket about the same time the personnel by the frontdoor were let go. So now the exterior gets spray washed, but the ones that wiped the interior of the car down is no longer included. I'm not going to buy another auto entry since it's only half the service. I can get fast, efficient, friendly self-service elsewhere for less.

I recently brought my 13-year old Golf to 360 Ultra Detail for a 360 Ultra Complete package. My experience is six stars, but I can only select five! Here are my reasons for each star: 1) Drop-off was easy; Jay (owner/operator) made sure when and where. Plus I love the location, nice and central. 2) Pricing was clear and straightforward; the website is fantastic, a model website for simplicity and clarity. 3) Jay took the time to talk over the job with me and advised on the right treatments/services. 4) The job was completed on time. 5) Quality! Top notch in and out. Just wow. I feel it was better than I deserved. Need I say more? 6) Yes, one more thing: sometimes in life, it’s a good idea to treat yourself to something excellent. I almost never do nice things for myself, and I wanted this done while I was away a few days; luckily, Jay made an opening. I think everyone would be happier getting the car professionally cleaned and protected at least twice a year. It will last longer and it feels better to drive. I’m grateful for the experience. I brought my husband’s Charger to surprise him with a nice detail. Back story, the car’s carpet was stained and very dirty with years of salt and dirt. I expected it to be clean but not all gone, since it was really bad. They did an AWESOME job, they got EVERYTHING out and the car was pristine at the end. I was really happy with the result, everyone was nice and welcoming. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know, and will bring my cars there in the future. Edit: (changed stars) The response shows this business will stand by their work and make it right! I also want to add that the staff (owner?) was very personable. This was supposed to a $450 interior & exterior detail. They also had her car for 3-4 days without calling. The exterior was up sold to her for $100+, and all they did is shine the wheels. An $11 automatic carwash would have been better. To be fair, my mother was too timid to speak up to them, so they didn't get a chance to make it right.

Decided to surprise my partner with a full interior detail. I’m assuming it was the owner, but he was very quick to respond once I place my inquiry. He went over what was included and ensured there was no confusion with booking. He was able to squeeze me in on short notice which was amazing because I had a little bit on a time crunch. The owner was extremely friendly and explained everything to me. I knew what the full cost would be prior to receiving my car and there was no hidden fees. After dropping my car off, he let me know what time to come to retrieve. I should’ve took before pictures but he did an AMAZING job. My partners car was so disgusting and he made it look brand new. I would highly recommend.

The shop far exceeded my expectations on what could be done to this vehicle. Now it looks nicer than it did than the day I bought it. The service is also a lot more affordable than the other guy. Who offers a fraction of what the shop does. So, if you're looking for a place to get your car looking great. For not a whole lot of cash. This is the place to go and you'll be glad you went there.

I purchased a full service wash with an interior package cleaning totalling $41 and some change. After the "service" my vehicle still had bugs on the front bumper and the windshield wasn't clean on the inside with smear marks. This place is all about how many cars they can push through their doors with no quality control. $41 for what? You're better off paying $10-14 at a gas station.

I paid roughly $35 for full service exterior and interior clean. The exterior looked good after the wash, but my tires did not appear to have the shine product applied. A guy asked me to show him my receipt, so you can only trust that they are doing what you paid for. I don’t even know if they use a system for employees to know which package a customer wants and to show the process/ status of the clean. The only difference I noticed with the interior was my windshield and rear view mirror were wiped, which left smear marks. I still had dirt on my faux leather drivers seat and on one of my backseats. The center console and cup holders weren’t touched at all, my pedals weren’t wiped, and both of my front carpets still had stuff on them. I went home and took the extra time to thoroughly clean what they should have done. I understand that Paradise provides a “quick” service to customers, but they have a lot of employees working there at one time so there really is no excuse to not getting the job done properly. I also recommend the manager adding in more chairs for patrons to sit on. They only have 2 chairs. Be better. I was so disappointed.

Couldn’t be happier!! Tyler was great. My car looks back to brand new. I had spilled a yogurt drink all over the front seat of my car (I didn’t take a before picture). I went to one place and they couldn’t get it out. Then I found Platinum Car Detailing in St. Louis Park. Tyler was confident he could get the stain out and did not disappoint! Horrible finished product. Went in to have a window brow done should have been easy but I guess not. To start he didn’t even do the job the way I asked. Was then told the air bubbles would work themselves out and two weeks later it never happened. Also found small pieces of cut tint behind the brow. Got my truck back a mess on the inside. The entire truck was wet. I get they use water but you would think the would wipe the dash and center down to clean there mess. Will never use or recommend them to anyone.

I called ahead before I brought my car there to have tint done Dan told me it will be $300 dollars and when got there he didn’t explain anything to me, I don’t know a lot about tint I looked up percentage pick one and I’m not happy with the results it doesn’t even looks like the percentage I picked is done correctly. He told me to call him if I wasn’t happy and now that I am not happy he told me he will charge more money I explained to him that’s not fair and he kicked me out locked his door. When I tried calling him he hanged up the phone on me. I wish I known I would never spent my money on his rude unprofessional service. He didn’t even explained anything to me what so ever and now that he got his money this is how he treated me. I will find someone who appreciates my business. And I will make sure anyone who mention his location not to go there. I’ve never ever been treated this way he probably treated me poorly because of my Race.

Daiezon was an amazing person who started with one car and before the week was over did three of my cars including cramic coating a 10-year old Pathfinder, that looks as good as new. He started working with me when I got a 14-year old Subaru for my kid and it was getting fixed at a local shop. He was flexible with the time and offered a good interior exterior detailing price that was as good or better than what I could find online with other shops or via deals that you see come to your mailbox. He was honest and upfront with the time and when the Subaru came with a light bulb issue or dashcam falling off, he charged nothing extra but fixed it. After seeing the work he did on the 14-year old car (see red picture), I asked him to help with the 8-year old Hyundai Sonata which had fender-bender with rear bumper pop-out (via hit-and run). He popped it back and cleaned it very well, and I maintain my cars but I was impressed that I asked him to now look at my Pathfinder. He was surprised that it was 10-years old and had no rust or problems and asked if I would like a ceramic coating and I said no, since I didn't know what it meant. I looked up prices online and declined as my vehicles are not used much, but he offered a sweet deal and I was so happy to have taken it up. The pictures I have taken do not do justice and he was having a busy post January, but Daiezon and the work is worth the price. I plan to have all my cars looked cleaned at his shop once a year as its worthwhile investment. Kudos and if you like the review, give him a shoutout. You will not be disappointed

Daiezon was kind, professional and gave me a great deal for full detailing with Ceramic coating included for my AMG. He was honest and upfront with the time it could take, and called at the time I wanted to pick my car up again. In the beginning when my car came from out of state it was full of dirt everywhere, especially in the interior. I was really upset at that dealership, but thanks to kings of detailing it looks amazing. The ceramic coating gives it a nice shiny look. Thank you again Daiezon. My SUV needed an extreme interior clean after my toddler went to town on it. I found Cole through google reviews, because I was looking for someone to come at my house for some interior detail work. Cole was excellent at initial communication, responsive and was able to give me an appointment pretty quick. He came on time, and spent almost 3 hours on my car, meticulously shining and disinfecting it, and covering all surfaces. He did a great job especially the vacuuming because the crumbs were all over the mats! I would definitely hire Cole again especially during the winter!
