I shipped my car across the country and it was really scratched up during transportation. I got it detailed from a different detailer but they left swirl marks everywhere in the paint. Since it is a black car, this was clearly visible under sunlight. I found Magic Auto Shine online and took my car in for a quote. Omar looked over the car and explained what needs to be done to fix the issues. He was very friendly and courteous. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. There was little bit of additional damage that was uncovered after the first wash. Omar immediately called me and gave me a couple of options on how to proceed. They did an amazing job on my vehicle. All the swirl marks are gone and the paint looks good as new. Fantastic experience overall.

Contacted JB to get my car detailed. Opted for the mobile service and they gave me a very reasonable quote for exterior wash + clay / one step paint correction + xpel ceramic coating + thorough interior cleaning. Luis did an amazing job detailing and applying a ceramic coating to my car. Gloss n Shine was a recommendation from my coworker who was extremely happy with the quality of work he received from Luis. Even though the price he charged my coworker was based on a cheaper 4 year coating (that he was no longer using), he was still able to honor the price. He walked me through the whole process and explained what would be done to the car. When Luis heard that I was planning on going on a trip around the appointment time, he even offered to give me a ride to the airport to help with the drop-off. While he was working on the car he sent me multiple updates with before / after pictures which was great. He completed the job on time and even used a more expensive 8 year coating (no extra charge) because they ran out of the one that I requested. I really appreciated this because other shops would have simply postponed the job until they received the coating and Luis stuck to his word and got it done on time. Can't recommend Gloss N Shine enough. The work Luis does surpasses other detailers that charge two to three times more.

Emmanuel and Ricardo came to do a full interior detail today and it took almost 2 hours to do. They removed a good amount of the stains, which there were many. There was also dog pee and they completely got out the smell, which is what they recommended to me for an extra $49. Everything looks great and way better than how it was this morning before they came. Very recommended!

I stupidly spilled smoothie all over the front passenger seat of my car. It was 8:00 am and I had just gotten to work. I did my best to wipe off the goop, but because it was berries, I was SURE it would stain. I immediately looked up car detailing places nearby, and a coworker recommended Manuel. I called him and he said I could come during my lunch break. So I went in and he cleaned it so fast and so well that look! You can't even tell!!! Amazing work. Friendly guy. Lifesaver. He also buffed out a couple of minor scratches I had on my bumper. Will definitely recommend and will come back!!

Manuel took one look at my car and added $50 to the estimate, even though he already knew my make and model and I keep my car relatively clean. If you want to charge $300, please say so up front instead of waiting until I'm at my appointment and, of course, feel too invested to cancel over $50. If he pulls this on you, ask specifically what it is for. When I got home, I found my phone charger broken and hidden in the center console. Presumably they broke it while trying to clean around the charging port, but there was still dust there. I would not recommend coming here but if you do, inspect your car thoroughly before leaving.

Five years on with Ceramic Pro from the pros at Dynamic Detailing, and our Model 3 finish still looks amazing! We have driven this car on some long road trips… Death Valley, the Canadian Rockies and to Tennessee and back from Cali. Back in 2021 I requested two quotes for full front PPF. One from Supreme Detailworks and another from a different local shop in SJ. I went with the cheaper quote and quickly learned that the lower price did not equal a quality product. I kept telling myself the PPF was doing it's job protecting the paint on my truck in hopes that I could overlook all the dust, creases, and poorly wrapped edges. I ultimately decided it needed to be redone and I spoke to James again. He spent a good hour on the phone with me and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I made an appointment and dropped my truck off a few weeks later. When I dropped my truck off, James took the time to go over all of the areas on the truck that I was currently unhappy with. He advised that no such issues would be present with his installation and promptly showed me a few client vehicles that he had just installed PPF on. Flawless!! I was confident that James would do a great job and decided to go full body PPF instead of full nose. I picked up my truck the following week and James walked around the truck with me to make sure I was happy with everything. Everything was perfect! I very much appreciated him taking the time to do this, my previous experience seemed as if they were trying to rush me out the door. James, his brother Wil, and all of the team at Supreme Detailworks are the type of people who care about your vehicle as much as you do. My confidence in them and their work means that I will always bring my vehicles back to them for PPF in the future. In fact, James recently did PPF on my girlfriends Honda Civic and we have an appointment to get the windows tinted as well. Supreme Detailworks FTW!!

I brought my daily-driver white Shelby GT350 in for a Signature Detail a couple weeks ago. In the process of moving, I had to leave it outside for about a week, and it accumulated a thick layer of pollen/dust/rain deposits. Will and his team are awesome. I'm a home detailer, and know the ins and outs/do's and don'ts of car detailing, and these guys are utter experts. My Shelby could easily pass for brand new. The light swirling that showed in her paint before the appointment is completely gone. The interior is spotless - they even fully removed a tricky stain that I would've been happy with them leaving alone. I'm extremely impressed with how consistent the wax coverage is. I chatted with Will and his team throughout the process (there's also a really nice waiting room nearby with coffee & a small restaurant) and it's clear that he's a huge car guy. I got a few recommendations for fun roads to try in the area and feel like I made some new friends. I'll continue with Signature Detail appointments every ~8 months with some Deluxe Details thrown in for maintenance. Might even get my car wrapped here soon - they have an awesome selection of options & I saw firsthand the quality of their wrap handiwork. I won't take my Shelby elsewhere. Andrew is absolutely amazing at what he does. I have a brand new cybertruck that has been wrapped in PPF which requires special care when washing/detailing the vehicle as not to leave any scratches. I chose to go with Andrew based on all of the great previous reviews. Besides being a very nice person, he always does such a great job at detailing my car. I’m giving 2 stars because I like how the ceramic coating came out but bad customer experience because one time I asked if they were open on a Monday and they said they were. There was some sort of miscommunication, maybe he didn’t think I was coming that day, but I drove one hour all the way from Tracy to San Jose just to be told by One of the other employees that we’re in store that called him and asked him his whereabouts and was told he was out on a mobile detail and told me if I could come another day. So I followed up and I messaged him just to be left on read so I sent another follow up message a couple days later just to be left on read again. Bad customer experience, did not expect this from a professional shop. Will not recommend to anyone who has to drive from outside of San Jose

As an auto driveway driver I am often required to get vehicles detailed prior to delivery. On one recent trip dropping off in San Jose and picking up in San Jose I encountered two vehicles in need of considerable detail work. Primarily because of location I chose top quality detailing, as their reviews were pretty strong. I contacted Christian with an impossible task, I needed to bring both vehicles in on a Wednesday and have them completed on Wednesday and I couldn't get there before 11:00 in the morning. On top of that, one of the vehicles was in really stressed condition; multiple stains on several seats and on the floor mats. Additionally a lot of crap all over the console, etc. While Christian had other jobs he needed to get done he offered to take them both in as long as I got them in as quickly as possible which I did. I was incredibly shocked when both vehicles not only were done that afternoon, but the quality was phenomenal. The attention to detail was great. Christian and his professionalism were just outstanding. And the price was ultra competitive to boot. What a great experience, more than happy to give him five stars, and I can assure you if I'm ever in that area again he'll get my business again.

Amazing experience, this was our first time getting our windows tinted and I must say they provided world class service, took great care of our interior while performing the service, offered cold and room temperature beverages as well as a comfortable lounge to wait while they performed the work on our vehicle. The outcome was great and my wife was extremely satisfied with how the recommended percentage of shade came out. It’s been almost a week and there have been no signs of bubbling or anything. I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for years, and while the staff has always been friendly and the customer service excellent, my latest experience has left me quite disappointed. This review isn't about the customer service—it’s about the quality of the wash itself. The main issue I have is with the car wash's "spot-free system." If you’re going to advertise that your system leaves vehicles spot-free, then the results should reflect that. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. After using the wash, my car still came out covered in spots, which defeats the purpose of using a "spot-free" service. These spots are not only unsightly but can also be harmful to the vehicle's paint over time. If this is supposed to be a place where you can trust your car will come out clean, then I shouldn't have to do additional work to wipe down my car by hand after going through the wash. The machine isn't doing its job properly, and it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. As I said, the staff is great—always helpful, polite, and eager to ensure customer satisfaction. But this is something beyond their control. If the system isn’t delivering on its promise, it’s a problem that needs immediate attention. After many years of coming here, I can say with certainty that this is an issue that shouldn’t be ignored. Please fix the "spot-free" system so your service can live up to its claims. Thank you for your response. Yes, to clarify, the water spots I’m referring to are from the wash I received at your facility. My vehicle was freshly washed with you, and I immediately noticed the spotting afterward. I do not wash my car anywhere else, so there aren’t any pre-existing water spots that would need additional treatment beyond the service I expect from your spot-free system. I appreciate the effort to maintain your system’s quality, but despite your daily checks and filtration processes, something is clearly not working as intended—at least not in my recent experience. I’ve trusted your wash for years because of the “spot-free” guarantee, using your service just isn’t what I signed up for. It's a car wash, that's it. You have to pay to vacuum - I don't like that. I didn't see that they offered free microfibers to wipe down your car. It's on a busy corner, and even if they did offer free vacuuming, it would be so full & and busy. I think I would just say forget it. They'll get you in & out quickly, and the machinery seems to be in good condition. Staff was friendly. I would go back again for a quick run-through, but for $16, that's just a lot.

Noah and his team at Dragon Auto will go above and beyond. I have gotten two cars done with them and they always want make sure the job is done right. Noah took the time to personally speak with me answering all of my questions and concerns. Chris the man on the other side of the phone that I never met in person was awesome to chat with. Amazing amazing AMAZING!! I have 2 dogs, 1 of whom sheds a LOT. I also park under a tree that blows dust clouds of pollen on my car at least 4 times a week, for 12+ hours a day. My car was looking... rough. The staff at Pacific Hand went above and beyond! Somehow there is ZERO TRACE of dog hair and muddy paw prints on my seats, no more nose marks on my window, and the pollen that covered my car in a thick layer of yellow is completely gone. They shampooed my seats (much-needed after one of my dogs decided to relieve himself on the backseats a couple weeks ago) as well! I dropped off my car and provided my phone number, and a few hours later, got a text saying my car was done and ready to go! I love that I was able to have my car professionally cleaned while I was at work; I am so happy I found this place. And of course, I am beyond impressed with how spotless and brand-new my car looks. I almost don't want to let the dogs back in... 5 stars for the fantastic work done by the team at Pacific Hand. Yall rock!

Took my car here to get an exterior wash, and soon as I got home I noticed that the plastic trim on my door was full of scratches and left my tire hood without removing the dirt. Initially, took my car at their santa clara location but wasn't satisfied with the service and so I took my car at the bascom location thinking they may be better, but i was wrong. It's by far worst than the other location.

Took my car in for detailing, came back spotless despite some very resistant dog fur inside. I’ll have to take some “before” pictures next time, but believe me when I say there was chihuahua fur everywhere. Took about three hours and now it looks brand new.

Steven and crew did an amazing job on my Highlander Hybrid! I messaged Titans Auto Detailing on Yelp early Sunday morning and they responded right away saying I can bring the car in at 9 AM. I had a hard out at 1 PM that I had to pick up the car for a family event and they assured me it would be ready by then. I picked up the car at 1 PM and the car looks brand spankin new! I bought a new car in late 2023 and decided to get it wrapped. From start to finish, my experience with Joe and the team was exceptional. Joe was my main contact, and his communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. He helped me finalize my decision on which wrap to go with and provided excellent advice on the benefits of each option. I ultimately chose the XPEL Matte finish – and to be honest, I never cared for matte finishes before, but after seeing the completed wrap on my car, I absolutely fell in love with it! Fast forward to today, and the wrap is still holding up beautifully, just as Joe promised. There have been a few minor cuts in the wrap, but to be clear, these were no fault of the wrap or the installers. Unfortunately, a parking lot incident involving careless car doors caused the scratches into the paint. Thankfully, I was able to buff out most of the small marks, leaving them barely noticeable. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the results and the ongoing durability of the wrap. The attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of the work here is worth a conversation with if you're interested in getting your car wrapped or detailed.

This place did a phenomenal cleaning job on my Kia Soul!!! I work with a lot of dogs as well as my own dog is always in the car with me everywhere I go. I pretty much gave up trying to keep my car clean because it’s impossible to really get the hair out in the tight spots. Jesus and his sons even said it was pretty bad! Yikes! 😂 They worked their magic and it looks just like new. Now that it’s beautiful, I’m going to do everything I can to protect it. Give the nice people at Silicon Valley Auto Films a try if you want excellent detailing service at reasonable prices. You won’t be sorry. Thanks guys!!!

They did an imbecile job of detailing my car. However, after discussing it with the guy who came to my house and picked up the car, they were supposed to bag up all of my loose things inside of the vehicle and leave it in the trunk for me. Instead they thought it would be a better idea to just throw all my stuff in their dumpster!! I mean... who in the hell does that with someone else's property?? So I have an issue with that. Who wouldn't?!

Manuel and the team are fantastic! They did an amazing job with my full front ppf, ceramic coat, and ceramic tint on my EV6. The initial prep was great - the car was delivered with swirls in the glossy black plastic and that was all polished away perfectly. 2 years later the ceramic coat is holding up great and the ppf has saved the front from numerous rock chips. The ceramic tint makes a huge difference during the summer too, it makes a huge difference in keeping the heat and sun out. They are absolutely worth the price and deliver a solid value. Would definitely return to them! (AndI have for the ceramic annual service it's totally worth it!)

Anthony provided the most competitive price for a full matte PPF on a 2021 Tesla Model Y in October of 2021. Him and Reggie were able to complete the job in one week using Stek Dynomatt PPF along with ceramic coating on the wheels, windows, and plastic trim. They take pride in what they do providing updates regularly via text and they also pay close attention to detail when working on these cars. They even pointed out defects in the paint of my vehicle that would of otherwise been left unseen by me. Their customer service is next level, fast forward to Feb 2022, I had Tesla Service correct those paint defects and Anthony replaced the PPF film on the fender and A-pillar at no additional cost this goes to show that they are willing to go above and beyond for the customer and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Anthony and the rest of the team at Norcal.

I took my 2021 BMW M5 Competition in for a two stage paint correction and a full PPF job. Anthony and his team were very well organized and were great at communication from start to finish. They even provided me progress photos as they were working on the car. I highly trust them to do any sort of PPF or paint correction. Pricing here is unbeatable as well. A lot other places wanted to charge me an arm and a leg which didn't make sense to me. Over here I felt very well welcomed and absolutely got treated with the white glove service which completely sold me on the work they did!

Kobe is a hard working individual. I gave him my car and at the time it was completely filthy. He gave it back to me absolutely spotless and pretty much reflective like a mirror. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a nice quality detail. He’s very easy to work with. (if you look at the photos it was two days of driving the car after the wash)
