First, I highly recommend this business. They are my go to place to keep my car looking new. A couple of years ago I came to them to get my engine steam cleaned. An auto body shop fixing my car noticed rat droppings under the hood. Yikes! Fady scheduled an appointment right away. When I picked up my car the engine looked like I had just left the showroom. Wow! Yesterday Fady and the team completed a complete detail (interior and exterior) with headlight restoration. The detail work was fantastic. The headlight restoration was the best. When I went to pick up my car it looked brand new. Really! I get compliments on how well I keep my car but Sam’s took it to a new level. Fady and the team have always communicated well and given outstanding customer service. This team is professional, kind, and thorough. This is not your usual place. My 4Runner’s paint was pretty messed up after years of off-roading, kids, and DIY or local “hand washing”. Paint chips, scratches, swirls everywhere. I finally decided to get paint correction done and talked to a few shops. These guys gave me straight, honest advice and did the work for an honest price. Came out looking incredible. Hard to capture in pictures. I ended up doing the paint correction plus a ceramic coat. Highly recommend.

I did a lot of research of car detailing in the area and felt that Birds had great, competitive pricing. This was my first time getting a car detailed, we’ve had our Model Y for 3+ years and definitely put it through the wringer. Camping, beach outings, moving furniture, you know the drill. We get it washed when it’s dirty but it was time for a reset. David was so kind and accommodating when my husband was late to drop off the car so I appreciated the flexibility. When I went to pick up the car a few hours later I was stunned. My jaw dropped. It was unrecognizable. The car looked BRAND NEW. It was so shiny. Sparkling. The interior has never looked this good. I went with the Birds Premium which includes (Birds Essential "exterior steam wash/wax, wheel cleaning/tire dressing, interior vacuum/steam sterilization, floor mat steam, interior wipe down, door jam cleaning + Interior Shampoo Scrub, Leather Reconditioning, and Interior Plastic Treatment) . I usually wash the car myself but for special events, I will get it detailed. Eduardo was the staff member who worked meticulously and diligently on the car. He is one of the best so be sure to request for him. Friendly, courteous, professional. He will send you a text when he has arrived at your residence. Shiv was so nice and did such a great job! It was my first time trying to get this car detailed since I got it, and it definitely had over a year’s worth of grime on it. Not too gross, but definitely needed some attention. I got the full detail for $297. We ended up splitting the service over the course of two days because it would get dark outside and Shiv wanted to make sure that all of the dirt was gone since it’s hard to tell in the dark. Shiv also came to where I was at and so I didn’t have to drive over anywhere, which was super nice. Because the service had to be spread out over two days, Shiv threw in a wax and ceramic coating for free!! I also have a car cover and a leather bumper cover, and Shiv cleaned those for me too! The wheels are especially shiny as well — you could swipe your finger on the wheel and no dirt comes off. I really appreciated Shiv being very easy to communicate with and being very committed to a high level of attention to detail. I’ll likely go back to have my headlights buffed and polished as a separate service. Super happy to have a clean car! You can see the before and after pictures attached.

Elmer typically doesn’t work weekends, but he went out of his way to come in and make sure my vehicle was expertly polished. Using a one-step paint correction, he removed as many swirls and scratches as possible, even dedicating extra time to carefully address areas with paint damage. And I thought dealer scammed me and there was no way to get rid of that smell. I had a similar experience to the reviewer above. I was promised big results. I have a jaguar f-type and was hoping to get a color correction and a full interior and exterior detail. 700$ and he left a white paste which was not blended in well on my black car. It is now completely noticeable and looks like someone took a can a spray paint to the side of my vehicle. He also left a white mark on my convertible top, and he completely ghosted me when confronted. Please DO NOT go with this company unless you want to be overcharged for an amateur job. He couldnt even provide me a receipt and when i informed him quickbooks has easy receipts he didnt even know what i was talking about. The reviews below seem fake with his craftsmanship. I should have known from the name "Pure Intentions" like naming your company "I won't steal from you" You have no place in the car detailing industry John, no place. Time will always weed out the imposters.

Not bad. I got the option 2 (of 4) that gets you a wash, vacuum, and armor all exterior for $15. SUVs are extra but the sign doesn't indicate how much. I had driven cross-country recently, so I had bugs and thousands of miles of dirt. They quoted me $10 more. OK, no prob. I also have a roof bike rack, so I figured that's worth it to clean between the rails. Exterior, I give it an A-. There were a few spots, like the inside of the door frame when you open the doors, that didn't get touched. A quick wipe with a damp rag would've sufficed. Dirt remained in a few corners near the trunk hatch. Inside, B+. I had to ask them to vacuum the crud around the e-brake lever and shifter, which a manager happily did. We have a Collie, and they did a good job of sucking up her fur. They also didn't wipe the dirt along the tops of the windows that disappear into the door when you roll them up, so a thin stripe of dirt remained when I rolled the windows down. Annoying. I waited about 20 mins on a Wednesday mid morning, with two other cars being cleaned. Total paid: $40 (25 plus 15 tip). For a quick exterior wash and cursory interior vacuum, $15 is worth it. But for a more meaningful cleaning inside, there was a bit left to be desired.

I did some research on detailing places that specifically took pride in their work. I was also specifically looking for someone to do a proper strip wash and paint correction process on it with a dual action polisher to get the swirls out. Angel was the tech who worked on my car and he was very detail oriented. They were up front about how long it would take, their process, etc. The car came out fantastic. Inside and out it was cleaned very thoroughly. No more swirls! No road grime! No brake dust on the wheels! Just good clean paint and a really nice deep polish on it. Used a light bar on it to confirm the great polish application. Angel is a really great guy and the team at Genesis Detailing did a great job. The price seems fair for the work done as well. Intend on leveraging their services a few times a year to stay on top of the car's looks. I look forward to dropping the car off in the future and more importantly, picking it up when it's spotless ;).

11/23/2024 UPDATE - CAR LOOKS PHENOM! It's 3 weeks or so after my pretty thorough detail. I was walking to the car, as you see it pictured and thought... ..."I can't believe how good this car looks!!!" (I have not washed it since the detail). This to me is the true sign of quality work. Thank you, Nick and Angel! (I've attached some pics taken 11/22/2024) --- Original review 11/01/2024 - ish I don't know sh*t about detailing and paint and I hate car related spends. Came into a very well maintained, pedestrian, red metallic Lexus IS 250, that had a history with Nick and his team. Walked into the shop and saw a Ferrari, two Bentley's and a 1957 Bel Air that was in original, cherry, factory shape, both interior and ext. I figured they could properly service my pedestrian Lexus, lol. Angel (who did the work most excellently) suggested the clay and polish, in addition to the normal detail and wax they had been doing to this car and said he'd confer with Nick, the owner. Car looks great, and when getting clay'd probably best to pay for professional expertise so one's clear coat doesn't get taken to the Salvage Army. Shop is clean and looks very well organized. I recommend Nick and Angel as experienced pros. The cheapest price is NEVER the best deal.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Devin detailed my car, had an interested buyer 20 min after I listed it, and I sold it just 2 hours later!!! My little Camry had been with me all over the country, quite literally to almost every single state, dozens of national parks, etc and I am a full time pet sitter, so I had tons of dog hair and dirt in the back. I’ll be the first to admit I didn’t take great care of my car and stained the seats, along with the aforementioned dog hair and dirt. Summary of my experience at Hand Upon: 1. Daniel was willing to take the time to educate me on the options for my new Bronco. We arrived at a blend of PPF and ceramic that worked for my needs - there were never any "sales tactics" used. 2. I got several quotes from other businesses in the area - Hand Upon was the best value based on what I was getting for my $$. 3. Daniel obviously loves cars. We spent >15 minutes just talking about my car (and cars in general ) when I was at drop off. 4. Daniel frequently updated me throughout the process AND as questions came up (do you want this or that?) he asked right away and kept me involved with the decisions. 5. I went to another detailing place and they told me they could not detail my car due to the upcoming rain. I really needed the inside detailed so I tried Lee’s which was a street away. CLEAN! I tried my hand at detailing my motorcycle and caused a mishap using an orbital polisher and creating swirl marks all over my gas tank. Elias was able to take ALL of the swirl marks out and made my bike look like new! With my busy schedule, it's hard to find time to clean my bike, so it's nice to have a reputable mobile company come out to my office. John was great! I had a 3 year old hot chocolate stain in my passenger seat and it’s completely vanished. And he took care of a little paint stain buffing on the side of my car for a small additional fee. The car feels like new! He had a really positive attitude as well and did a great job. Excellent service! Highly recommend John and Dapper Pros. John came to my house and cleaned the inside and outside of my SUV, which was VERY dirty from many (almost daily) beach trips. John did an amazing job. The inside of my car looked new! I can’t believe that he was able to get all of the sand and particles that were in the small crevices between the seats out! He also suggested a type of mat I could get (from Costco) to keep the sand from getting in the mats/flooring in the car. He was able to get me scheduled with very little notice, communicated well with me regarding when he would arrive and did a thorough job!. I am very pleased! Prior to scheduling, I was reluctant to use the service because I though the price was too much; however, given the quality of work he did and how long he spent him cleaning my car, it was definitely worth it. He did a much better job (much better value) than I what I have gotten from local full-service car washes that don’t pay nearly as much attention to detail; not to mention, I didn’t need to leave my house and wait at a car wash. I will definitely use them again!!

I shipped my car across the country and it was really scratched up during transportation. I got it detailed from a different detailer but they left swirl marks everywhere in the paint. Since it is a black car, this was clearly visible under sunlight. I found Magic Auto Shine online and took my car in for a quote. Omar looked over the car and explained what needs to be done to fix the issues. He was very friendly and courteous. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. There was little bit of additional damage that was uncovered after the first wash. Omar immediately called me and gave me a couple of options on how to proceed. They did an amazing job on my vehicle. All the swirl marks are gone and the paint looks good as new. Fantastic experience overall.

Luis did an amazing job detailing and applying a ceramic coating to my car. Gloss n Shine was a recommendation from my coworker who was extremely happy with the quality of work he received from Luis. Even though the price he charged my coworker was based on a cheaper 4 year coating (that he was no longer using), he was still able to honor the price. He walked me through the whole process and explained what would be done to the car. When Luis heard that I was planning on going on a trip around the appointment time, he even offered to give me a ride to the airport to help with the drop-off. While he was working on the car he sent me multiple updates with before / after pictures which was great. He completed the job on time and even used a more expensive 8 year coating (no extra charge) because they ran out of the one that I requested. I really appreciated this because other shops would have simply postponed the job until they received the coating and Luis stuck to his word and got it done on time. Can't recommend Gloss N Shine enough. The work Luis does surpasses other detailers that charge two to three times more.

Emmanuel and Ricardo came to do a full interior detail today and it took almost 2 hours to do. They removed a good amount of the stains, which there were many. There was also dog pee and they completely got out the smell, which is what they recommended to me for an extra $49. I stupidly spilled smoothie all over the front passenger seat of my car. It was 8:00 am and I had just gotten to work. I did my best to wipe off the goop, but because it was berries, I was SURE it would stain. I immediately looked up car detailing places nearby, and a coworker recommended Manuel. I called him and he said I could come during my lunch break. So I went in and he cleaned it so fast and so well that look! You can't even tell!!! Amazing work. Friendly guy. Lifesaver. Manuel took one look at my car and added $50 to the estimate, even though he already knew my make and model and I keep my car relatively clean. If you want to charge $300, please say so up front instead of waiting until I'm at my appointment and, of course, feel too invested to cancel over $50. If he pulls this on you, ask specifically what it is for. When I got home, I found my phone charger broken and hidden in the center console. Presumably they broke it while trying to clean around the charging port, but there was still dust there. I would not recommend coming here but if you do, inspect your car thoroughly before leaving.

I brought my 2015 Toyota RAV4 that I park outside in for a deep inside and outside clean. I regret not taking proper before pictures because the after is incredible. All in a day and it’s cleaner than the day I bought it! The team added a little touch up paint to some front chips and make my headlights clear again. And the grime that builds up on the steering wheel, even if you clean it regularly, gone! Last plug, I’m sensitive to fragrance and smells and this shop uses products that don’t include any so while it smells clean in that it is clean, there’s not a lingering fragrance smell and I love that. I will absolutely be back. Worth every penny.

Words cannot express the results of Andres detail on my car. He took the time to explain to me how he doesn't use a clay bar, as it can cause damage to the clear coat. He thoroughly went over how he would professionally detail my car using modern equipment, considering my car has a very old paint job. My kid puked all over the second row of our SUV. This stuff was in the leather and on the mats and under the seat. It was awful. Jose came promptly and cleaned every crevice of our car and shampooed everything. Every single cheerio and goldfish that had accumulated over the years was gone. Even the playground sand that had gotten into the holes of the leather was dug out. The car interior looked like new. He was also able to clean off various scrapes on the exterior of the car. Truly a miracle worker.

After the car dealer did a horrible job washing my car a brand new Black 2018 Honda Fit it was in need of some paint correction to fix the scratches. DetailedByPrecision did a fantastic correction paint job, as well as apply CQuartz Protection which added a beautiful ceramic coating to the car. I also asked him to apply the CQuartz leather protection to the seats inside the car. He did a completely thorough job, spending more time on the car to make sure it was perfect, and provided some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. A free maintenance wash was provided after the initial coating. He was super thorough in what needed to be done, how long it would take, and kept in in the loop if anything came up like additional scratches that needed to be taken care of. Bringing in both vehicles in Oct 2024 for an assessment on initial care started off with their Silver Exterior Detail Package. Both of my 2001 and 2019 vehicles look and feel smooth as glass. Staying on a biweekly schedule for exterior washes has kept the road grime and brake dust build up from happening, and from causing deteriating effects. Once established, their communication for reminders and arrivals are great and helpful. Fog or light rain in the forecast, they've reached out to ensure I still want my scheduled service - which I do appreciate, and I still stay with the upkeep. Friendly team members make a difference, and the business helping out locals during the holiday seasons is a great thing to see. I brought my car here for the Platinum Detail Service and I was extremely happy with the job they did. All the nooks and crannies that get missed during a regular service were spotless. My car is only 3 years old and wasn't terribly dirty but it came back looking brand new. I will be back. Thank you for the awesome service, as always😉

I definitely RECOMMEND A&P for auto detailing!! I have used other places in the past and they don’t compare to the level of professionalism and quality that A&P provides. I wish I had taken before pictures to represent the amazing job they have done with my Audi. I have three kids, live in the country and drive ALOT! That’s a lot of crumbs, dust and wear and tear. They have cleaned and shined up my car so well she looks and smells brand new. Scheduling my appointment was easy and at drop off the receptionist checked out and noted and communicated all of my concern areas. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone!!

I booked Oxotic to detail my interior and restore my headlights before listing my vehicle for sale. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and the car looked and smelled brand new by the end of the service. They even had extra time on the clock at the end and cleaned off some surface scuffs on the exterior. I have a new car now and will totally be using them regularly to keep it looking clean. They’re very reasonably priced for the quality of service!

Called on Monday morning, they were able to get someone scheduled for that same day which I really appreciate. The tech text me before he arrived which I also appreciate. Took him about an hour or so, my vehicle 2 door sports car and I looked it over after it was completed. The big thing with me was the engine bay as water spills in. Danny fit me in at the last minute with a great price! Uses the latest and best products in the industry. Update 9/24: again Danny saves the day by fitting me in with a wash at 6:30am! Also, this time I opted for the interior dressing and boy was I impressed. Using an air blaster or tornado blow gun, he was able to spray down the interior quickly and efficiently. Overall, he has proven himself as a reliable, go to guy.

We went to Ceramic Pro Fresno for a ceramic coat and front end PPF wrap on our new car. Zack was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all our questions and walked us through the process. There were a few minor areas of the coating that needed buffing and some small bubbles in the wrap but those were taken care of during the follow up visit. Overall great service and high attention to detail.

The team took great care to ensure every inch of my vehicle was spotless—inside and out. Inside, the attention to detail was phenomenal. The upholstery was vacuumed and shampooed, leaving it fresh and free of stains. Even the smallest crevices were cleaned, and the dashboard and console were wiped down to perfection. They also treated the leather seats, making them soft and supple. What stood out the most was the team’s professionalism and the time they took to ensure every part of the car was immaculate. Once I got my new car, I immediately called my brother John to ceramic coat it for paint protection. He is very knowledgeable and didn't cut any corners on detailing everything such as washing car multiple times, clay bar, and polishing/buffing scratches before ceramic coating. He has different wash buckets and brushes to never mix dirty water so he doesn't scratch your car. He also uses high grade detailing products. I have a black car and it came to me a mess from the dealer. It took a lot of work to get the black (worst color) looking good again and now shines like luxury. Very happy and telling everyone to get their detailing from John, especially with a new car. The new paints are junk and his special flashlight will show you all the scratches from manufacturers and dealer, this service is a must and final product will make your car look amazing.
