From the beginning this shop complained about the job they were requested to do. They tried to push it on me like I didn’t want to pay them. I never once intimated that I wasn’t willing to pay for the cleaning. I knew my kids car was messy. If a car is brought to your DETAIL shop and it’s going cost extra, just be upfront with your estimate and do the job. If you don’t want to do the job then say that up front!

I went through this car wash and when they were done drying my car, I had scratches on my hood, deep scratches. I even noticed how dirty the towels looked when they were done drying my car because my car was still filthy. So they used dirty towels to dry and the dirt left on the car proceeded to scratch it. When I spoke to the"top guy", maybe the manager, who knows he didn't introduce himself, instead he argued how there is "no way" they scratched my car. He made every excuse why my car wasn't clean. I drive a brand new traverse and refuse to go to any car wash but touchless in the hopes that my car will be free from scratches. He told me to go through the car wash again to get it clean, but denied the scratches, saying the way the scratches looked on the hood that it isn't possible they did it. I told him to watch the cameras. He said he did and that it wasn't them. It is such a lie. In the warmer months, I hand wash my car I know what my paint looks like and pro clean car Wash absolutely scratched my car!!!! I am completely appalled at how this facility took no responsibility and the only thing they wanted to do was rewash my car because it was still filthy. Screw this place. They charge you almost $20 to get a car wash, yet your car comes out looking dirty and then they proceed to dry it and scratch it. So unprofessional! I'm curious to know how many other cars come out looking filthy and scratched from the way they dry on a dirty car.

Fast and convenient car wash! Friendly staff and the guys were very thorough on towl drying my truck after the wash. I don't mind paying 15 bucks for a nice wash and these guys did a great job! Definitely will be back.

Zero stars is more applicable. The car wash had a promotion that I wanted to take advantage of. Instead it took advantage of me. I have a very nice pickup that I wanted the road salt and grime washed off. (This has fresher paint on my bedside from a dent repair)so there are zero cosmetic issues with my bedside until Tidal Wave took advantage of it. They ran their coarse brushes along my truck creating even swirls in the paint. Front to back. I only care about my new paint as the other paint has imperfections already. I noticed this the moment I walked around the truck to dry the windows. It's been 30 days since paint sprayed it's no longer "soft". I went for my first wash and made the mistake of choosing Tidal. To my dismay the representative that I talked to came over and "looked" at the bedside stating this wasn't their fault. The consistency in the swirl damages aren't the normal damage they cause. They "investigated" the cameras and show the brushes didn't touch my truck.... How else would they clean the vehicle? I paid for the most expensive wash. This isn't a touchless car wash. I went ahead and talked to the body shop I had my truck painted at. They tell me the paint swirls are the number 1 complaint from their own customers. A large number of paint damaged cars come from Tidal. Tidal won't pay for damages that are shown to them in broad daylight. The lady Amber has "years" of experience for a car wash that has been open for ~6 months. Amber isn't helpful when it comes to addressing customer concerns. Don't waste your time, money, or breath taking anything with value through this wash. Take you vehicle to Tidal if you want the Tidal wave engraved in your vehicle paint otherwise choose a different place to go. Again to the "owner" A fresh paint job with zero imperfections was swirled by your machines. These are facts and not just claims. Own your mistakes. Your "investigation" is as thorough as your broken down car wash.

This car wash is wonderful. I decided to test the $30 for a month subscription, and I highly recommend it! Unlimited car washes for a month for $30 could not be a better deal. Especially when the wash is really nice and gentle on your vehicle. Leaves my truck glowing everytime I have used it. The staff is also always super friendly and very enthusiastic when I go.

I had a soda explode in my car after accidentally leaving it in there. It was all over the ceiling and back seat. La Bella was one of only place I found that cleaned the ceiling. They did an amazing job and went beyond my expectations and cleaned the outside as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their car detailed.

I had my old vehicle detailed at La Bella for $300. Upon drop off It was cleaned out with the exception of upholstery stains and pet fur. When I picked up the car it had puddles in all of the cupholders, visible pet hair in the cracks, and dirty visors and roof upholstery. The car window wouldn't roll up either. As it happened, the water temporarily shorted the window, but I was treated like I knowingly brought a defective vehicle in to try and scam the owner into paying for a repair. It was hard to ask for the dirty upholstery that was missed to be cleaned after this, but I did and it looked really nice the second time around. This is not a place for older cars with sensors.

Really tired of paying for a monthly membership and not get what I pay for today 03/12 took my car thro and first off the change Machine has been down you can’t put change in the machine due to it being clogged with change stuck go through the car wash, and there is no tire shine On my tires When I paid for this membership, it was included. This place has gone downhill, and I remember this car wash being much better a few years ago. The wash overall was not the best on a car that had some dirt from winter driving (we selected the rapid option). During the wash, there was no foam or soap that usually sprays out. Vacuums were an absolute joke. We tried the vacuums closest to the generator which had no suction at all. We went to the other side and there was suction, just not as strong as it used to be. There used to be a long line before but now there were only 1 or 2 other cars there. There are other better automated car washes in the area that have opened that make this car wash look like a joke. If you want a better automated car wash go to Pony Express. If you want to make sure your car is clean and want to avoid the risk of getting scratches just go to a self serve car wash.

I have used this car wash for three years without issue and it was great until it wasn't. I had an issue with the car wash where there was a malfunction which caused the carwash to completely shut down, and my car was damaged severely. The employee had me file an incident report and assured me I would be contacted the next day by the manager and apologized for the damage that occurred and told me that they would take care of it. I waited the until the next day and did not a receive a call so I reached out and was told that it would take a couple days. After waiting a couple days and not receiving a call I reached out again and happened to catch the manager. I was given a very generic answer, and it became apparent that the issue was never looked into and even though they claimed they reviewed the footage they obviously did not. Things happen. I understand that. If they would have shown me the decency of giving a call back or looking into my concern or did anything to try and remedy the obvious damage to my car, I would have been happy to continue my business there. I will loudly advise anyone that doesn't want to see their car damaged to go somewhere else. I have submitted them to the Better Business Bureau and if this rant keeps even one person's car from this business, then at least I helped someone.

Not happy at all with this car wash! As you can see in the pictures it took our leà rear bumper partially off. It actually has a pushed in dent also by something hitting into it, along with scapes. Also not happy with the cleanliness for $20! Really hoping they will help us out with these damages, but I'm not holding my breath! Well as I thought, they are telling me that this damage was not done in their car wash. I'm very confused because I don't know where this damage could have been done other than at Car Wash Express! I will never ever use this car was again and I would recommend that no one else does either! You say that my vehicle was scanned by 9 HD cameras before entering the car wash. And that tells the story. My vehicle had NO damage until after exiting your car wash. So I'm not sure why you are saying it was damaged before entering your car wash. Also the auto body shop where the repair was done said that they have heard a lot of complaints about your car wash. That tells the story!

Decided I would come here for my quick rinse, After putting loads of coins into the machine and thoroughly washing my car, I noticed the ceiling is so filthy it is literally making my car dirty again. Dripping nothing but dirt back onto my car. Yes, that droplet has a heavy grey hue to it. Also, the sham machine shammed me out of 3 quarters.

I use the stupid app that is now required. Which takes forever and with no directions. I came after, I just left the other Bengal carwash and had a horrible experience. Then after an employee finally come to figure out what is wrong, he can't even be nice. What is wrong with this carwash??? I thought pony Express was the bad one . Will not use these car washes again, free or not. Customer service, should count for something.

Pony Express did a decent job washing our car. There were some bugs still left over on the windshield and front bumper of our car. At least all of the dirt was washed off. The vacuums were very strong compared to other car wash vacuums around the area. I also really enjoyed the towels you could use to wipe and dry off your car. There was no line so we were in and out quickly. This car wash was much needed especially for this part of town.

Pony Express has been one of the only car washes I will take the nice cars through. Even though it's not touchless, it doesn't deal will all of the baked on bugs and dirt after a hefty roadtrip. You will most likely end up with micro swirls, especially if it's a busy day. How ever that could be the case with any way you wash it. But sometimes you don't have the time to wash the car at home and touch less won't cut it, if that's your situation, go to pony. Staff has always been very helpful, and they definitely have the best vaccume/detailing section.

My vehicle was sent to this shop by a local dealership for paint peel which my car manufacturer was covering. Unfortunately when my vehicle was returned to the dealership, it was returned in horrible condition. They didn’t take care of my vehicle what so ever, my seats had black stains, white dust all over, and stains all over my cars interior fabric. They also did a poor job masking off the vehicle as my entire cars paint feels like sand paper. I take pride in my vehicle and it was in near perfect condition before going to this shop, needless to say this place is a complete joke.

I'd definitely recommend this shop for any paint and body work! Very friendly, communicative, and solid work. A coworker backed into my car at work, but left her information thankfully. She had Farmers insurance and Superior Paint and Body are a Farmers certified shop, so that made the process smoother than I imagine a non-certified shop! They took pictures of my car and wrote up an estimate. Then it was in Farmers hands. Once Farmers approved the repair I took my car down, they gave me a ride over to Enterprise for a rental, I was kept up to date on what stage my car was at in repair as well as an estimated finish date. It was done in 5 business days, so I was pleasantly surprised on how quick it was done! The car looks brand new, getting in had that fresh new smell as well, I received a warranty booklet for the reapplication of the clear bra, as well as a little thing of Paint Touch up and a paint matched hot wheels car as a souvenir! All in all a great experience!

I brought in my 2017 Toyota Prius because the hood wouldn't shut completely because the previous owner ran over a curb. The mechanic quickly diagnose the problem and made it so the hood shut completely flush. Did an excellent job and they only charged me $40. They know what they're doing. I would recommend them to anyone who has an issue with their car

Best place ever! Here traveling from Oregon in a company car, they got Holman to approve the oil change and rotation under an hour, got the oil change tire rotation and they vacuumed all under 11 minutes. They also gave me a flower which will stay in my cup holder until it dies. Thank you so much, really, you guys made my past month of traveling brighter..❤️❤️

I went in to have a simple oil change done today. One of the workers comes out and hands me a service maintenance schedule and starts explaining to me how important it is to get all of this work done. If I totaled up all the work that they wanted to do the price would have been close to 1,000 I said no thank you to all of it except for the simple oil change. They made it seem so bad that I said if my car was really that bad off it sounds like I need to get it into a mechanic. So I come home and I take a moment to start looking at their maintenance schedule work which they were offering and said really needed to be done. From the pictures you can tell that my car only has 19,000 mi on it. One of the services they were really pressuring me to do was a front and a rear differential. My car shouldn't need a front or a rear differential service until it has driven at least 40,000 to 60,000 MI. Just doing one differential service was more expensive than the entire simple oil change. On top of that while they only have my car in the bay for about 11 minutes they have this little countdown clock for how long your service should take and if they go past the anticipated time they will give you a dollar for each minute over the time. Well they take my car out of the Bay but then spend another 15 minutes doing things before they are ready to speak to me and let me check out. So if I was hoping for quick Service I ended up spending over two times the amount of anticipated time it should take to do a simple oil change and get me out of there. Trust us forever lost. Watch them closely when they do your oil changes and don't you dare believe the crap they tell you about all these maintenance things done. When they took out my perfectly clean filters and brought them over to me I just looked at them and said you can put those back in my car. Customers please beware of the antics they will pull

I came in with a big issue that the dealer and mechanics wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for and the staff here figured out it was a small issue and got me fixed up. I had a serpentine belt break on my Rv outside of Pocatello. I called at 3 pm and he told me if I got towed by 6 pm he’d fix it. We got towed in time and he replaced two belts and had me on the road at 8 Pm at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this young man.

My Ford Transit broke down and I had it towed straight here. They were super responsive and understanding of my situation. It ended up needing a new transmission, so they sold me a used one (they did offer a new one also) for a great price and got the work done quickly. From the time the vehicle was dropped off till it was all done, it was 3 weeks. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. I'm super happy with my experience.
