The owner Chris and the team did an amazing job on my Pathfinder! The headlamps look brand new after they removed all the cloudy buildup, and my mommy car is shining. The “standard spruce-up”doesn’t include the nooks and crannies, so if you want a deep interior clean, make sure to book the “interior detail.” While I wish that had been included, the car still looked fantastic overall. Chris was super welcoming, and the attention to detail they did provide left me impressed. Highly recommend if you’re looking to bring your car back to life! 🙂👍🏼✨

My car needed a rescue. I always wash the car by hand, and I am good about the proper way of drying it; the one time I try to save time and money, I used an old microfiber towel to dry. huge mistake. Spiderweb scratches everywhere. Thank God they were light scratches, but I could see them at night in my garage, so sad. Boise Detail came to the rescue. We left on a trip, dropped it off at the airport Dan Sherrer of Boise‘s best auto detail, picked it up and went to town on starting the process of having it detailed, but worked with Eric at car medic who came to his shop and took out all the door dings. Then Dan and his team buffed polished shined, detailed, cleaned every nook and cranny and underneath and on top of this vehicle, it smells wonderful. It looks absolutely shiny Everywhere, all of the leather conditioned and soft! They did not miss anything. They are so detailed, and I love that because being a perfectionist, you see all of the imperfections that they took care of! This was definitely a limousine white glove, hands-down experience of having a dropped off, cleaned, detailed not being left at the airport and then When we arrived and landed back in town, all cleaned up for us! What a fabulous idea because we were not Vehicle nor did both of us have to drive over leave a vehicle to be detailed and then both of us drive back to get it. However, if you don’t go to Boise’s auto detail, you’re at the wrong place! Dan Shear is on Century Way across from Costco in Boise Close to the airport and it is worth every bit of money you spend on having him work on your Vehicle! I highly recommend him. He’s definitely a five star, but 10 in my book and my opinion! All I can say is wow my husband was so excited to get up this Morning and go to his appointments in this nice clean vehicle! Awesome experience! This was my first time having a car detailed, and they were very friendly as they explained the process, pricing, etc. You can have them pick up your car and drop it off when it's done. My 20 year old car came back looking good as new! They were also very accommodating with my request to avoid strong scents, since that would likely give me a headache. We agreed to have them run their ozone deodorizer at the very end of the interior detail, and let everything air out before bringing it back - which worked perfectly for me. I would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend!

I came across this shop when researching local places to get some PPF installed on my vehicle. I have had PPF before and knew approximately what to expect in terms of pricing for what I was asking for (a front bumper in PPF and front windows tinted) and actually post covid I expected it to be even more expensive like everything is these days. After getting quotes back from who I used before, Indepth, and a few others around town. My initial reaction was actually that this place had to be a scam or something, because what they were quoting was much MUCH lower than all other options I had reached out to. When I asked them about why, expecting maybe to hear that they use budget films or take some sort of shortcuts I was pleantly surprised that basically... they just charge for what the job is worth, no BS. They knew how long it would take labor wise because they had done so many of my same vehicle (Tesla Y) and that time savings of becoming quick at these particular jobs was reflected in the price. I was still a but skeptical but booked an appointment. The owner as well as several of his staff ALL took time to show me options, discuss exactly what I wanted done with the tint (I just wanted the fronts to match the factory tinted rears). I observed other vehicles they had in there getting work done and everything looked top notch - like they knew what they were doing - no scam here!! Another cost savings! Tesla's are basically known for at this point having paint defects and issues from the factory, so I asked about doing a paint correction before we proceeded with the film and was told it wasn't needed as the film will take care of almost all those and give a consistent finish. I must have made a weird face because the owner took me over to a vehicle, a black one at that, that had the worst swirls I had seen in a long time. He demoed just with a scrap piece of film what he was talking about and sure enough those swirls were gone, no paint correction needed! Not charging for something just for the sake of making an extra buck and honestly looking out for their customers best interests, what a concept! When I asked when I could get in it was a few weeks out, however when I asked about getting the front bumper done ASAP and then waiting on the rest, what that date would look like they were able to pull me in a bit. I wanted to get the bumper protected before it got any rock chips. This then turned into a conversation about where they had seen damage occur on Teslas from rock chips, etc and was asked if I would be interested in getting more covered - they then worked with me to settle on an amazing price for a full car PPF install - something that I had not even requested to be quoted originally because I knew (or thought I knew) that was a $10k+ job and just not what I was willing to spend to protect the paint. They ended up doing the tint, full car PPF + ceramic coating on everything (including wheels!) for HALF of what I was expecting to pay. Another nice touch was that they schedule follow up appointments ~2 weeks after your install, just to take that extra time to go through the full vehicle and look for any issues that may be starting and fix them. They gave me options for everything, there was zero pressure to upgrade and was just presented the facts and pricing. In the end it cost just over double what the front bumper + tint was going to be to do the whole car! As for the quality of workmanship and after sales experience it has also been great. Sure, I spotted a few minor things, but all of those concerns were addressed and fixed in that 2 week follow up - amazing. The staff is all friendly as well, very much want to understand what it is you are looking for, and how they can best provide that to you at a fair price to both you and them. Going full PPF was totally the right move as now the whole car has the same finish and is a breeze to clean. Overall - super impressed, I will certainly be chiming in with them as a recommendation to anyone who is looking for tint or PPF. Thank you INDEPTH!

We wanted to find a way to protect our new 2024 Toyota RAV Hybrid from the intense Idaho UV Sun & Weather. We also wanted to find a way to protect it from paint chipping that can occure while driving around. So we began researching to learn what our options might be. After googling & calling around, talking with many different shops & asking alot of questions, we decided that having it wrapped with PPF & having Ceramic coating applied was our best option. Out of all the places, we found that Indepth Detailing is we felt, the best one. From the 1st time we talked with them, they proved to us that their 1st & foremost core vale is HONESTY. Which is super important to us & so rare to find. They discussed all the potential options while showing us their shop & other vehicles in progress. They then walked all around our RAV sharing options about what we could do & what we did not need to do. They never made us feel pressured & always made us feel like they were walking around their own vehicle. We were "Wowed" by them from the very 1st moment! The other thing that we need to say is "these guys love military & veterans alot." We are Navy vets & they treated us like Royalty ! We were treated so well & the pricing was so reasonable that we decided that there was no one better to trust our new RAV Hybrid to except Indepth. They are super knowlegable, Professional, Very experienced & very easy to work with. They will not try to upsell you on things you do not need. And, again Super Honest in the way they do business. To sum this up, we would say, that Indepth Detailing would be the 1st & the last place that anyone should take their vehicles to. They will Amaze you !

I recently took my 2015 Nissan Altima here for a full interior detail. The owner and his family were very friendly, which I appreciated. They also provided a loaner car while mine was being cleaned, which was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the quality of the detailing didn’t match the price. For $140, I expected a thorough cleaning, but the results were disappointing. The front dashboard still had visible dust, the stain in the seat looked like it hadn’t even been attempted to be removed, there was a corn dog stick left in the seat rest, and trash had been tossed into the trunk. It felt like the job was rushed and lacked attention to detail.

I first used Elite a few years ago, when construction around our home blanketed every inch of my Explorer inside and out with a fine dust. . I was amazed at the phenomenal job that was done then I received so many compliments. I used to be a perfectionist and did my own detailing, Age has caught up to me and with weaker arthritic hands, its a challenge, so I just prefer to let James do it. I have been waiting for months for my Lexus GX 550 Overtrail Plus and finally received it. I go into the mountains regularly and wanted a solution to minimize the Idaho Pinstripes. Check out the photos to see the setup. After lots of research - Rocklear was the obvious choice and Apex was the team. Wrapping my car in plastic (PPF) would be silly as every month I would be scratching it up and damaging to the point of having to replace it. Ceramic is pretty… but not protective against scratches. Rocklear is not bullet proof but I can get a fresh coat whenever I want for significantly less than a full PPF rewrap. My prior rig 2001 LX470 I kept for 23 years and plan on keeping the GX for 20+ years as well. With Rocklear and the Apex team my rig will continue to look stylish even after a decade or two of overlanding.

Great work and great communication! I contacted them after finding them online and sending a message. They were Quick to get back to me and rather than push more than I wanted they quickly offered their different levels and base prices for the work I was looking to get done. Some scheduling changes happened but he was straight up with me and told me if it did not work for me we can leave it where it was. Thankfully I had the time to accommodate and was more than willing to do so! The paint is a lot better looking than it previously was! There are still some deep scratches when you look close but I knew that going into the detail and i had not paid for a full paint correction! Very happy with the results and the truck looks killer!!

Amazing work by the guys here at Indepth detailing. I bought this 2024 Golf R with only 6k miles and the previous owner had absolutely trashed the paint. I took the car in for full paint correction and window tints. I got the car back and it looked like a whole new car. Nearly all of the deep swirl marks and scratches were removed and the tints came out great as well! The guys definitely know their stuff and took the time to explain every step of the process and had great communication while my car was in the shop. Above all they are car enthusiasts and take pride in what they do. They also threw a few extras in at no charge to me to make the car look even more stunning. Amazing work by the guys here at Indepth detailing. I bought this 2024 Golf R with only 6k miles and the previous owner had absolutely trashed the paint. I took the car in for full paint correction and window tints. I got the car back and it looked like a whole new car. Nearly all of the deep swirl marks and scratches were removed and the tints came out great as well! The guys definitely know their stuff and took the time to explain every step of the process and had great communication while my car was in the shop. Above all they are car enthusiasts and take pride in what they do. They also threw a few extras in at no charge to me to make the car look even more stunning. Ill be returning for any of my future needs for sure.

Awesome experience! This was my first time having a car detailed, and they were very friendly as they explained the process, pricing, etc. You can have them pick up your car and drop it off when it's done. My 20 year old car came back looking good as new! They were also very accommodating with my request to avoid strong scents, since that would likely give me a headache. We agreed to have them run their ozone deodorizer at the very end of the interior detail, and let everything air out before bringing it back - which worked perfectly for me. I would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend!

We left on a trip, dropped it off at the airport Dan Sherrer of Boise‘s best auto detail, picked it up and went to town on starting the process of having it detailed, but worked with Eric at car medic who came to his shop and took out all the door dings. Then Dan and his team buffed polished shined, detailed, cleaned every nook and cranny and underneath and on top of this vehicle, it smells wonderful. It looks absolutely shiny Everywhere, all of the leather conditioned and soft! They did not miss anything. They are so detailed, and I love that because being a perfectionist, you see all of the imperfections that they took care of! This was definitely a limousine white glove, hands-down experience of having a dropped off, cleaned, detailed not being left at the airport and then When we arrived and landed back in town, all cleaned up for us! What a fabulous idea because we were not Vehicle nor did both of us have to drive over leave a vehicle to be detailed and then both of us drive back to get it. However, if you don’t go to Boise’s auto detail, you’re at the wrong place! Dan Shear is on Century Way across from Costco in Boise Close to the airport and it is worth every bit of money you spend on having him work on your Vehicle! I highly recommend him. He’s definitely a five star, but 10 in my book and my opinion! All I can say is wow my husband was so excited to get up this Morning and go to his appointments in this nice clean vehicle! I was so excited to wake up and take pictures of it outside and not just in the garage from getting in late last night! What a beautiful job they did! I really don't like being harsh. Cody did an excellent job on my carpets. They look beautiful. I don't know if I could have done that myself but they were full of dog hair and some of my husband's long hair. I just couldn't clean it myself after losing my husband after 37 years I've increased it a star and thank you Cody for that. He did not even wax my car. The inside he was supposed to detail the leather . Put a protector on this leather. He did nothing. I have pictures. It's disgusting. For the amount of money that he charged, this is absolutely disgusting. Don't believe the five star reviews with 106 people. Cody did an excellent job on my carpets. They look beautiful. Cody, I have asked five different people if they feel the inside in the leather was cleaned and conditioned. Sorry to say I couldn't get one out of five.

Best detailing job ever! Logan does such a great job and always returns my vehicle looking like a brand new car! That’s saying a lot since I have three kids and we are in my car all the time. Im absolutely in love with the results of my car! I have a dog that sheds very badly and his fur was ridiculously stuck to the carpet. They were able to get ALL the dog hair out! Highly recommend. Good communication & quality work. Also extra points for honesty and integrity. They damaged a small speaker on my car when doing the tint. The damage was not visible and did not impact the functionally of the speaker. I never would have known if they didn’t tell me. They ordered a replacement without me asking, called me the second it came in, and replaced it. A little bit of a hassle taking my car back in, but super impressed they were so honest and transparent. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Had these guys tint my wife's Chevy Cruze and it looked really good so I took my 04 silverado in and had them tint it as well. The silverado was done very poorly. The front window strip was not cut professionally (had a bunch of jagged edges and didn't follow the windshield lines well), the driver and passenger doors have bubbles in them, and the extended cab windows started to peel off after a few months. I called them and asked about the warranty and they said they would look at it. They replaced the windshield strip and I thought they did the side windows but looking at it lately I don't think they did. And now I've noticed my wifes car is starting to bubble on the windows. For how much it cost I expected a quality product, but I live two hours away and the drive almost dosen't seem worth it for properly tinted windows.

Oh my gosh, Ruger and his team are amazing. He cleaned a truck that belongs to my husband. It was a work truck that probably hadn’t been washed in years. I’m not kidding! Thick with mud and grime & every inch of it a mess and he cleaned it spotless & made it look brand new …even took apart the seats to get everywhere! And I have a beautiful BMW that my Collie sheds hair in… and Ruger just made her look brand spanking new, and I’m happy to report, I found a pet seat cover so that Ruger and his team don’t tell me no in the future! From the beginning this shop complained about the job they were requested to do. They tried to push it on me like I didn’t want to pay them. I never once intimated that I wasn’t willing to pay for the cleaning. I knew my kids car was messy. If a car is brought to your DETAIL shop and it’s going cost extra, just be upfront with your estimate and do the job. If you don’t want to do the job then say that up front!

I went through this car wash and when they were done drying my car, I had scratches on my hood, deep scratches. I even noticed how dirty the towels looked when they were done drying my car because my car was still filthy. So they used dirty towels to dry and the dirt left on the car proceeded to scratch it. When I spoke to the"top guy", maybe the manager, who knows he didn't introduce himself, instead he argued how there is "no way" they scratched my car. He made every excuse why my car wasn't clean. I drive a brand new traverse and refuse to go to any car wash but touchless in the hopes that my car will be free from scratches. He told me to go through the car wash again to get it clean, but denied the scratches, saying the way the scratches looked on the hood that it isn't possible they did it. I told him to watch the cameras. He said he did and that it wasn't them. It is such a lie. In the warmer months, I hand wash my car I know what my paint looks like and pro clean car Wash absolutely scratched my car!!!! I am completely appalled at how this facility took no responsibility and the only thing they wanted to do was rewash my car because it was still filthy. Screw this place. They charge you almost $20 to get a car wash, yet your car comes out looking dirty and then they proceed to dry it and scratch it. So unprofessional! I'm curious to know how many other cars come out looking filthy and scratched from the way they dry on a dirty car.

Zero stars is more applicable. The car wash had a promotion that I wanted to take advantage of. Instead it took advantage of me. I have a very nice pickup that I wanted the road salt and grime washed off. (This has fresher paint on my bedside from a dent repair)so there are zero cosmetic issues with my bedside until Tidal Wave took advantage of it. They ran their coarse brushes along my truck creating even swirls in the paint. Front to back. I only care about my new paint as the other paint has imperfections already. I noticed this the moment I walked around the truck to dry the windows. It's been 30 days since paint sprayed it's no longer "soft". I went for my first wash and made the mistake of choosing Tidal. To my dismay the representative that I talked to came over and "looked" at the bedside stating this wasn't their fault. The consistency in the swirl damages aren't the normal damage they cause. They "investigated" the cameras and show the brushes didn't touch my truck.... How else would they clean the vehicle? I paid for the most expensive wash. This isn't a touchless car wash. I went ahead and talked to the body shop I had my truck painted at. They tell me the paint swirls are the number 1 complaint from their own customers. A large number of paint damaged cars come from Tidal. Tidal won't pay for damages that are shown to them in broad daylight. The lady Amber has "years" of experience for a car wash that has been open for ~6 months. Amber isn't helpful when it comes to addressing customer concerns. Don't waste your time, money, or breath taking anything with value through this wash. Take you vehicle to Tidal if you want the Tidal wave engraved in your vehicle paint otherwise choose a different place to go. Again to the "owner" A fresh paint job with zero imperfections was swirled by your machines. These are facts and not just claims. Own your mistakes. Your "investigation" is as thorough as your broken down car wash.

I had my old vehicle detailed at La Bella for $300. Upon drop off It was cleaned out with the exception of upholstery stains and pet fur. When I picked up the car it had puddles in all of the cupholders, visible pet hair in the cracks, and dirty visors and roof upholstery. The car window wouldn't roll up either. As it happened, the water temporarily shorted the window, but I was treated like I knowingly brought a defective vehicle in to try and scam the owner into paying for a repair. It was hard to ask for the dirty upholstery that was missed to be cleaned after this, but I did and it looked really nice the second time around. This is not a place for older cars with sensors.

Really tired of paying for a monthly membership and not get what I pay for today 03/12 took my car thro and first off the change Machine has been down you can’t put change in the machine due to it being clogged with change stuck go through the car wash, and there is no tire shine On my tires When I paid for this membership, it was included. I’m going to stop going to you guys every other week. There is something wrong with your facility.

This place has gone downhill, and I remember this car wash being much better a few years ago. The wash overall was not the best on a car that had some dirt from winter driving (we selected the rapid option). During the wash, there was no foam or soap that usually sprays out. Vacuums were an absolute joke. We tried the vacuums closest to the generator which had no suction at all. We went to the other side and there was suction, just not as strong as it used to be. There used to be a long line before but now there were only 1 or 2 other cars there. There are other better automated car washes in the area that have opened that make this car wash look like a joke. If you want a better automated car wash go to Pony Express. If you want to make sure your car is clean and want to avoid the risk of getting scratches just go to a self serve car wash.

Definitely impressed with the results of the interior detailing. I'm more than happy with how it turned out. Will be bringing more of my vehicles here.

We was very pleased great peesonality and hard worker. Have had several of our vehicles detailed by weston. Was very satisfied. Ready to take my truck over right after hunting season. We will definitely be back and will tell all my family and friends to go there.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The interior detail job on my Hummer 2 was perfection. I'm sure it has never looked this good since it was new. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took my messy kid car here for a detail and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. My car smelled great, was detailed top to bottom and looked like I had just drove it off the lot. Highly reccomend the car detailing!! The employees are also nice and great to work with.

I have used this car wash for three years without issue and it was great until it wasn't. I had an issue with the car wash where there was a malfunction which caused the carwash to completely shut down, and my car was damaged severely. The employee had me file an incident report and assured me I would be contacted the next day by the manager and apologized for the damage that occurred and told me that they would take care of it. I waited the until the next day and did not a receive a call so I reached out and was told that it would take a couple days. After waiting a couple days and not receiving a call I reached out again and happened to catch the manager. I was given a very generic answer, and it became apparent that the issue was never looked into and even though they claimed they reviewed the footage they obviously did not. Things happen. I understand that. If they would have shown me the decency of giving a call back or looking into my concern or did anything to try and remedy the obvious damage to my car, I would have been happy to continue my business there. I will loudly advise anyone that doesn't want to see their car damaged to go somewhere else. I have submitted them to the Better Business Bureau and if this rant keeps even one person's car from this business, then at least I helped someone.

Not happy at all with this car wash! As you can see in the pictures it took our leà rear bumper partially off. It actually has a pushed in dent also by something hitting into it, along with scapes. Also not happy with the cleanliness for $20! Really hoping they will help us out with these damages, but I'm not holding my breath! Well as I thought, they are telling me that this damage was not done in their car wash. I'm very confused because I don't know where this damage could have been done other than at Car Wash Express! I will never ever use this car was again and I would recommend that no one else does either! You say that my vehicle was scanned by 9 HD cameras before entering the car wash. And that tells the story. My vehicle had NO damage until after exiting your car wash. So I'm not sure why you are saying it was damaged before entering your car wash. Also the auto body shop where the repair was done said that they have heard a lot of complaints about your car wash. That tells the story!
