I went to this car wash yesterday evening for a regular $18 wash. Since it was already dark (typical for winter evenings around 5-6 p.m.), I couldn’t fully inspect the cleaning until later. When I checked, I noticed they didn’t clean my passenger-side floor mat properly—there were still visible snow stains. This morning, I checked the back passenger seat area and was shocked to see they hadn’t even vacuumed or cleaned it. It’s still extremely dirty, which makes me question the thoroughness of the service. I can’t understand how this place has such high reviews. Based on my experience, it’s absolutely not worth the money. To make matters worse, I tried to get my printed receipt, but the machine wasn’t working. I had to just walk out without it. Please don’t waste your time here—there are definitely better options elsewhere.

UPDATE: They offered to do my car again, and they did an amazing job this time! I really appreciate when a business takes care of their customers. This is a place I will continue to go to!! This was my first time taking my car to this place, because it had a lot of great reviews. Unfortunately, there was this spot that wasn’t cleaned. They cleaned the hood of the car, but it seems that this spot was missed. Just disappointed because this was my first time at this place and I didn’t think they would of missed the most obvious spot that was dirty. Looks like it cleaned carelessly and quickly.

I’ve now had two of my cars tinted and ceramic coated at Chicago Auto Pros. My first car, a 2024 Polestar 2 Performance, is still holding up and looks showroom new almost 14 months later. So for longevity, I can certainly say Chicago Auto Pros is on top of it! Today I brought in my spare car because why not?! It is a Volvo V60 Polestar wagon. I’d you didn’t get the gist of it by now, I really like Swedish cars. Given my love of the classy, understated elegance of the Swedish cars, I knew I needed a shop that wouldn’t use subpar tints, or try and get me to completely black out my car. That wasn’t a problem at all. Dom, the advisor who helped me, made sure I picked what was right for me. Not surprisingly, the tints are flawless and there is not a single air bubble or imperfection to be seen. I am taking the Volvo back in 1 week for paint correction and a ceramic coating, so she can match my Polestar in flawless elegance. Without a doubt, I’ll be back whenever I purchase a new vehicle….which is more often than I’m willing to admit. I was having issues with rodents in my engine bay. My mechanic smelled the rodent urine in my engine bay and told me I should get the engine bay detailed as the rats would come back by the smell and cause bigger issues. I researched and found detail doctor as they had a lot of good reviews. I called and Aldo got me in the next day. He did not disappoint. Told me the process to get the smell out of my engine bay and keep the rodents from coming back in. Would definitely recommend Aldo and will most likely be going back to get my interior done at some point.

They had a concierge pick up my car from my house to bring it in for repairs and drop it off when it was done. The work was impeccable. This weekend I used Carrectly for some detailing on my car. I have a little one, so naturally my car is a bit messy with crumbs and spills. From the easy scheduling to picking up my car, it was seemless. When I've had to drop my car off at other detail spots, I usually have to plan a ride with a friend. My goodness, where do I begin? I stumbled upon A Plus Auto Detail during a frantic search for a reputable detailer to fix another shop's HORRIBLE excuse for a paint correction. I initially went to Detail Doctor up north to fix holograms a body shop put all over my black Wrangler and this detailer returned my Jeep with even worse holograms! Art took time during the initial consult to walk around my Jeep with LED lighting and point out all the swirls/ scratches still in my paint that you can't see in the sun; it looked even worse than I thought. I sent the initial detailer video of this and immediately received a refund because he knew he didn't do a proper paint correction. When I brought my Jeep back to Art and his team, they took time to skillfully remove not only the holograms but literally MOST of the swirls/ scratches in my paint. If you know anything about black paint, that is not an easy task. And to top it off, he did this at an extremely reasonable price. I am so grateful; I literally smile every time I see my Jeep and get compliments about how shiny it looks. Art remedied an extremely stressful situation and taught me so much about paint correction and maintenance in the process. I plan to bring my Jeep back not only for paint concerns but all my audio needs as well. Highly recommend!

I had been putting off detailing my car for a couple years because it's not cheap. After some research I landed on Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts. What drew my attention to this business was that they travel to you to detail your car. I'm sure many folks can relate to the convenience of not having to drop your car off somewhere for 4 hours. It was incredibly convenient to have someone come to me and detail my car while I work. This is the first time I've had my car detailed but I've seen others' work on friends' cars. I am incredibly satisfied with Eddie and Elijah's work and they offer a ton of different packages for all sorts of different needs. My car was mildly neglected and I hadn't washed it in months. I chose a Full Detail for $375 which took about 3.5 hours to complete. They brought their own water and only requested access to a power outlet. Their services range from quicker interior details, to more extensive paint correction, all the way to show room details. They really cover a broad selection of services. Eddie and Elijah were professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. Nothing was neglected and areas that others typically miss, were spotless. My car looks cleaner than the day I got it. Nothing but praise for Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts! I am a huge advocate for "you get what you pay for." Eddie and Elijah exceeded all of my expectations, and they'll get my business every time, as well as plenty of referrals.

I had Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts out to clean the interior of my 2010 Corolla. I've had it for many years and never cleaned it and it was in rough shape with lots of dust, grime, and cat hair. I booked the Gold package and they were out right away and got to work. In about two hours they had cleaned everything from food stains to the little pieces of gunk around the parking brake. I was very impressed with their work and would hire them again!

I brought in my BMW to get my paint reworked, including a big scuff from highway debris. Chicago Ceramic Garage got it out completely, along with all the swirl marks on my vehicle. After that my car was ceramic coated and PPF applied to the entire front. After 2 weeks I am very happy and would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Great value for high tier work. All of the PPF edges are completely hidden, and no shortcuts were taken.

My car takes a beating. Driving from the job site 5 days out of the week. It gets hard to keep up with care…so I came to check out Drive green. They did a great job! From explaing all the different services to their customer care! Everything was spot on. Yes I dropped a pretty penny getting the steam detail plus the ceramic/wash but well worth it cause my truck was filthy. Wish I had a before and after so I can show the difference. They did a great job and I will be back! 10/10 you’re paying for quality and quality is what you get!

I went for the platinum wash, which was supposed to say $24 on the wall, but when I got inside, I paid $26, and the owner was a short fat guy. He is not customer service friendly at all, so the woman that was there needs to get her back but guess what? I’m not coming anymore, and I see all the reviews and everybody else. I used to go here for years. They are horrible. If you don’t double-check with what the guys are doing when they're done, it doesn't look good, and I’m not tipping them ever again or coming back on 3/28/23. I do not recommend it. I chose a mini detailing service, and when they said it was $120 instead of $90 because they decided that my Ford Escape is a Big SUV, I thought, fine, they will do a good job for the extra charge. I left a $25 tip. As it turned out, you can see in the photo. I will have to wash it again. Throw away those towels that shed and leave white lint all over the car, both inside and outside.

This gentleman knows EXACTLY what he's doing. I have never seen my car look so good. He managed to remove more than a dozen stickers, surface level issues, and he was honest about what would be appropriate to do with the car for a ceramic coating. There's enough damage to my paint that what I thought would work would not be beneficial over time, so we changed it. The honesty is what truly spoke about this business. It's focused on the people and their needs and not the bottom line. There's empathy and care. While this might sound strange because it's an auto detailer, let me explain. I took my car there and did not intend on explaining why I had to remove all my stickers. Brought my wife’s 13 year old black Infiniti for an exterior detail. They spent 4.5 hours washing, polishing, ceramic coat, tire shine, etc. It looks so much better as the scratches and swirl marks on the car are much less noticeable and the paint has a nice shine and reflection to it. Went there to get a detail/odor removal done on my truck. The detail job was immaculately done. The odor removal was a bit tough to eliminate thoroughly but Erick was willing to try another attempt at no extra cost. This is very good business practice on his part and I understood that the odor removal was not 100%. He disclosed that upfront and was willing to work something out after the work but it is definitely improved by at least 90%. ***Update: I am actually choosing to replace the seat foam and factory covers since the odor from previous owner is still lingering. The back cushion cannot be replaced but in working with Erick, he was willing to run the foam back cushion through ozone treatment and should sterilize the foam. Grateful for this! Also had front windows tinted and it was done perfectly by his partner and very satisfied. Overall, these guys run a good business with professionalism and genuine customer service. I will definitely be a return customer.

I’ve never had my car detailed before and I have been scared to do it for some reason. They made it very easy for me and it was pretty reasonably priced for all the work they did. I believe David was the one who worked on my car today and probably others. They also got me in right away which was awesome. Very nice staff. I will recommend to others and I will be back. :) Also, my rims are so sparkly and beautiful!! They look brand new. My whole car looks better than the day I brought it home.

I hired Bago detailing to clean my car and SUV and I'm very pleased with the results. All of the dirt, grime and dust I had to look at on the interior surfaces of my vehicles are now gone and I really enjoyed getting into my car today to take a drive. wonderful experience! they were very thorough and competent explaining the different packages over the phone, i got in same day because it was snowing and they did the best package in just about 2.5 hours. i had such a big spill of cat litter in my trunk that i felt bad about having an extra mess but they said no problem and took care of everything; when they heard i was staying to wait in the lobby, one of the employees even offered and put a space heater right in front of me to make sure i wasn’t cold with the door opening all the time! shut my door for me on my way out, put a cover on my chair and the floor since it was still doing the rest of the way, and everything is very clean and fresh :) thank you for the speedy and proper service! i’ll be back.

He did an amazing job, and my ride looks better than it did the day I bought it! All the plastics and synthetics shine, the glass sparkles, and all the upholstery has its color again. 🚩🚩🚩If you value your vehicle, don't come here. I ended up with scratches on my truck after getting a wash from this location. Also, don't pay extra for the hand dry because they use dirty towels! Tried calling no answer. Should've read the horror story reviews before coming here! Hopefully they can resolve this issue.

I rarely leave reviews but Wow Car Wash did deserve one today. I paid $50 and my car was left looking like this🤡 I asked why back mats were not washed when I specifically paid for it extra and was told that I only paid for front which is BS because there is no option on the screen to choose front or back or both. They barely vacuumed front and I feel like back wasn’t vacuumed at all. See the pictures. Guess they were hoping I won’t look in the back. Just horrible. Keep in mind two months ago I came to this car wash and for $40 they washed my car clean and hung an air freshener. Today for $50 I basically just went through drive through wash.

Seriously a great experience from start to finish. He's a true professional. Listens to his clients needs and he was ridiculously accommodating with my personal situation. A chrome delete took longer than expected and delayed the ceramic coating but he was so understanding, even when I told him to take his time he prioritized my vehicle knowing I'd been without my vehicle for a few extra days. This man worked through the night for my vehicle! I plan to use him for all my detailing needs in the future and regular maintenance on my ceramic coating. Great guy and super professional. Highly recommend.

Usual Car wash station. There are no problems for now. This is not a hand car wash exterior but by a machine so it is not a perfectly clean out every hidden spot, but it was acceptable and satisfying for me. I had newly moved to Illinois and for the first time driving in a snowy area couldn’t imagine snow making the so dirty the car. I’m really glad to find out here.

- I went to mister car wash on E.State to get my truck cleaned & to get the salt off , I left mister car wash with a damage front end & hood due to the dryer piece coming down . It scratched the front of my truck really good & took the paint off . I also now have scratches in my hood . I’ve called multiple times this week & have not got a phone call back as of yet . I would not recommend this place .

These guys are the best in the game!!! i know there’s a lot of other detailers and coating specialists out there, but at Rockin Auto Solutions the service was GREAT!!! from the beginning when i first talked to emilio to the video explanation of the service i was getting then to the updates as my car was getting ceramic coated. before my car was even done i knew it was going to be amazing! i would HIGHLY recommend these guys i got a ceramic coating done and a paint correction and it looks amazing. i also thought why not get an interior done while i was at it and they did it all for me! they also do mobile detailing in the chicago land areas and have a shop in downtown joliet, which i thought having 2 options was amazing and definitely worth it!! don’t hesitate to work with these people if i could give 10 stars i would’ve!

I have used this company many times for just a wash and vacuum and had great results. So when we needed to get a car detailed there was only one choice. So we called and explained what we wanted and they told us the price, but because the car was only a year old they said the cost may come down due to not having to work as hard to get the new car shine. So we drop it off and they do the work. And let me say the car looks great. But when they said it was ready for pick up they said the price went up due to it being a hatchback. The three stars is for a great looking car. But the up charge will not win my business in the future. One and done

I was looking for someone to detail my car asap and was contacted my JPW mobile detailing right away. They responded in a timely manner and also came to my location with no problem. They were available as soon as the next day at 9am which was perfect. Had a great experience here when I got my interior detailed. My car ended up smelling fresh as the same as the day I got it. Stains removed, all fabric was deep cleaned, and all dirt, muck and debris completely removed from the car. David was extremely nice and clearly knows what he’s doing.

I would give this place 5 stars if the manager wasn't so rude to customers. I been coming to this business for over 30yrs and never experienced NO rudeness until these past 2yrs. If they didn't do such a good job I would definitely go elsewhere, but don't get it mistaken, I will find elsewhere if this rudeness continues. Not going to spend money where I get treated rudely at. Someone had projectile vomited in my car, front passenger, throughout all of my dash and vents. Adrian had so many good reviews and was extremely flexible with his schedule, gave him a try and was amazed to say the least. Brought my wife’s 13 year old black Infiniti for an exterior detail. They spent 4.5 hours washing, polishing, ceramic coat, tire shine, etc. It looks so much better as the scratches and swirl marks on the car are much less noticeable and the paint has a nice shine and reflection to it. Got my car done today, it’s cleaner than when I pulled off from the dealership. My husband got our kid out the back when I got home and he said “wow it smells really nice”. Where not to go. Was very dissatisfied with the service. We've had positive results in the past with other vehicles, however not this time. The price quoted was $350 for a complete interior/exterior showroom detail. Upon vehicle being dropped off, it was made clear that brand new carpet was just installed along with only two front bucket seats. Very minimal work was needed for the interior. However when the vehicle was returned to our shop, it became clear that the rear hatch was never opened because it represented dirt and debris. We cleaned and detailed it ourselves accordingly. Thankfully we took the time to inspect the work. Reputation is the number one asset of any business. Your company just lost it. We will not be back nor recommend you to anyone else.

Everything went well for me today. Despite the other location being fully booked until Thursday, I managed to find an available slot at this one. David, who happened to be there, agreed to clean my car inside and out for a reasonable price, even though they were only working on retooling for the reopening.
