Doctor Detail did an absolutely stellar detail of my 10-year-old Prius. I am not exaggerating when I say they made my gross disgusting interior look nearly as good as when I drove it off the lot 10 years ago. I was blown away. Also, the engine now looks immaculate, and the exterior looks incredible. On top of that, their service was super friendly, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely take my cars there in the future. 10/10

I'll start by saying I've never had a vehicle detailed before and wasn't sure where to set my expectations. We took our filthy 2014 Mazda CX-5 here for an interior only detail. There was stains on the fabric ceiling of the car from last winter when a can of pop exploded. No trace of the ceiling stains or anything else in the car when we picked it up. Highly impressed and satisfied with the end result, it's like driving a new vehicle. What expectations I did have were completely blown out of the water. I hired this company to detail my 2015 Ford Fusion and everything looked good until everything dried. There was still some trash left in my vehicle and some spots missed. Very subpar work considering I paid them $125 to detail my car. I called the store back and they are giving me a 35% partial refund. Well now, I am noticing damage to my car, I am guessing from equipment being dragged across my car. Because my car was pristine before they detailed it. I have attached photos to see what I am referencing. I would not recommend this place to detail your car and I will not be doing business again. I honestly feel robbed of all my money at this point and I’m pretty upset about the damage done to my car. Would give one star, but being considerate since they did agree to give me a 35% refund, which honestly means less considering my car has damage but it is what it is. PS: Damage was done near the passenger side of the trunk lid and passenger side mirror.

Best detailing in DSM. I got my car detailed here and they did an amazing job. We got the car buffed, and now it looks new. The interior is cream but had gotten grungy from time. They restored my leather seats. Beyond how good they did on the car, their customer service was incredible. They asked me to inform them if they missed anything. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. The car looks new again, they did such a good job!

You have to give these guys a shot!!! I was in from out of town and wanted some damage done on my car (from a carwash) fixed right away! Nobody else could get me in for weeks. I called and Best Drift got me in right away! The owner was very sweet and they were able to completely restore the damage that was done to the plastic on my vehicle- shines like new! They were very affordable and I would HIGHLY recommend. I'll be honest, it's not a great part of town and it doesn't look like much from the building but this is a little family-run business and I would take them over a big, expensive chain ANYDAY! It's a safe place, don't judge from the location. These are good people just making it from their little family-owned business. I gave the owner a hug I was so pleased with their work. I thought my Range Rover was ruined! I actually paid them more than they charged me.

Unfortunately was not impressed with this detailing company and I didn’t even get to experience their work yet. I made an appointment with a certain rate, then was messaged the morning of the appointment that they messed up and will actually be charging a mileage rate. I ok’d it. Once they got to our house, they said there would be an additional $75 fee for deep cleaning. I asked them to explain the difference between a complete package detail and the need for a deeper cleaning that’s included and they couldn’t. We had a detailing company previously, so I had my husband call them to see what the issue was, and essentially they did not have the proper chemicals to remove dirt build up or something is what he got out of the phone call. The truck was used as a work truck and this was the purpose of the detail. Looks like my husband will be doing it himself to get the job done! Here’s pictures of where it appears they tried to use steel wool or something to remove dirt off of leather?? Here’s the overall car. It needs cleaned up for sure, but I don’t really understand the $75 extra charge. Aside from that, I never said no to paying $75 more, I just asked for a reason why it fell under the extra fee category. It has dirt but shampooing removes quickly and doesn’t take much excessive time, based on experience. I was honestly very disappointed that we counted on reserving an appointment with this company and we were let down.

I highly recommended Hanson Auto Spa! I had months old dried tree sap all over my car. The other shops I called before did not provide tree sap removal as a service, and another turned me away and told me it was too late, most likely permanent damage has been done and I should look into getting my car repainted. Hanson Auto Spa was able to get the tree sap off and make my car look brand new! I only paid for an exterior + tree sap removal but when I picked up my car, Todd told me that he cleaned out the interior a little bit too. My car was vacuumed, dashboard was dusted, I got a surprise air freshener put in, it looked and smelled wonderful inside. He said he also saw the engine was looking dusty so he took care of that for me too. I am truly so grateful as they went above and beyond. They were also very accommodating and offered to drive me to work after I drop my car off (even if it was before operating hours) and then come to pick me up from work to get me back to shop after. I declined as I had a ride but for those who might not or cannot afford it, that is such a kind thing to offer your customers!

DSM detailing was the right call for me. I bought a car with so much dog hair and caked in dust from a farm road that it was gross to drive in. They were miracle workers cleaning it up. They were spot on with their time estimate and pricing. I highly recommend using them. I feel I received better service than when I take my vehicle to the Chevrolet dealer, which is much more expensive. They did amazing and I’d say give them a shot it’s worth it.

Very disappointed had some paint in the wheel wheels. Yellow paint they couldn't get it off or I should say they wouldn't get it off. They said they don't take paint off of anything. If they couldn't see it, they didn't clean it or if they thought any one else couldn't see it. They didn't clean. I got a $100 detail. And it cost me 250 bucks.Very disappointed won't be back

He was quick to get my car into his shop, reasonably priced, professional, nice, and did amazing work! My car had calcium deposits along the side of my driver’s side from a parking ramp and they are gone! I had scratched my car trying to remove them myself and he was able to buff the scratches down and coat them to the point where they are hardly noticeable. This is the best detailing place hands down! I just bought an excursion off a farmer that used it to haul feed and small animals inside and it was so gross that I felt bad dropping it off. The dash was literally sticky for some reason... Now this old, used SUV looks nicer than any brand new vehicle you get off a car lot! They got all the hair, the dust/dirt, every nook and cranny, and cleaned things that I had accepted were not going to look any better. I've used other detailing services before, but the amazing quality, quick and clear communication, and price is far superior than anyone else and this will be the only place I use going forward.

I was very impressed with Carlos and AMT Mobile Detailing. Carlos responded to my text inquiry quickly, and provided additional information to set up the detailing appointment at my home. Carlos also confirmed the appointment the day before, and let me know when he was heading my way on the appointment day. Carlos spent about 3 hours detailing two car interiors, and they were immaculate when he was finished! Carols was able to clean a few stains in one car without a trace, the inside windshields were bright and clean, and the dashboards, doors, and floors were beautiful. If I could give this business 100 stars, I definitely would. Brad, the owner, is AMAZING to work with . VERY kind, professional, and so easy to work with. We had to reschedule a few times, and he was so generous and understanding and willing to do so. My 2013 Subaru Forrester looks brand new!!! I bought it back in September, and the dealership would not buff out the scratches and what not. I went online, and came across this business. The cost is extremely affordable. You can tell that Brad is doing this because it is what he enjoys, as opposed to trying to make a fast buck, because the cost was way better than I ever thought. Detail Plus offers fair pricing in return for very conscientious work. On short notice (same day) they fit me into their schedule for exterior detailing and allowed me to provide my preferred wax; Hybrid Solutions Ceramic + Graphene Paste Wax. The real stars of this shop are Travis and Logan. After washing and drying the car, applying and removing the wax, they took the car outside to insure no areas of wax were missed. Because of their outstanding work, wheels and tires too, I was able to go home and apply a second coat the next day building upon their foundation. I will definitely be back in the Fall for a repeat application.

I got my car as a gift and it really needed a cleaning. I dropped it off at 8 in the morning and didn’t get it back till 5 pm for it to not feel very clean at all. I only wanted the interior cleaned such as the vents carpets and ceiling which all came back not clean. I’m not sure what they took all day to clean. There is dust still everywhere and weird stuff in my vents I wanted out that wasn’t even touched. I took everything out of my car nothing in my center council and that was not ever looked at or whipped at all I simply went home and got a wet cloth and it came up easily.

First off, I hate giving businesses bad ratings, that being said, being disappointed with the service I got on my first visit is an understatement, went in for a full service as the interior needed a good cleaning, my truck came off almost as dirty as it was before, they only water the floor mats, a lousy vacuum to the seats, and quick pass with a rag. This was a ripoff, not the way to run a business, I've gotten way better cleaning for half the price. This was a scam, I did not received the service I paid for, never going back.

I tried Pro-clean car wash twice. I thought I caught them on a bad day the first time however I learned this car wash just falls short of basic expectations. The "brushes" barely do anything, the dryers missed spots and my truck had streaky residue left all over. This type of car wash has great potential over the other automatic car washes. I assume this location is due for an update. I am hoping the feedback is helpful for customers and the owner. I'll try again after some maintenance and updates have been done.

Summary: I DO NOT recommend that you go here. Shop elsewhere. I've had a wash tunnel membership since September of '24, and I've quite a few issues. A lot of them minor, but they've kind of built up in that time. First, the wash tunnel tends to blow mud onto your car from the blowers. This tends to be more of a morning problem, I usually stroll through right around when they open. This has been a fairly consistent problem, attached are photos of the first time it happened, which was the worst, and today, many occurrences later. The shammy at the end of the tunnel tends to smear it, but it luckily wipes off. But that doesn't matter if they don't have towels. Like this morning, for example. I rolled up around 7:10, and the cones were still blocking the tunnel entrance, the vacuums were still off and open, and the machines you buy the washes from were still shut down. They're supposed to be open from 7am to 7pm according to their site. Its somewhat frustrating that I get here when they are supposed to be open, and they aren't ready to run my car through. Yesterday was a similar scenario with the tunnel being shut when I showed up, but someone was working on it. They ended up opening before I was about to head out, and I ran my car through. Mud all over. They only gave me one towel when I requested two, I typically just deal with it. Receiving only one towel when I ask for 2 or 3 is fairly normal occurrence, 50% chance. One towel wasn't enough to get it all, and I was left with a hazy film on my windows. That was cool. The tunnel also doesn't adequately clean my rocker panels, pictures attached. This is another reason I would wipe down my car, wiping the rockers at the absolute minimum. Can't do that without any towels. Shouldn't have to do it regardless. I'm willing to look past a lot, my car looks awesome once I've wiped it down, but things have just added up. I pay almost $50 a month for this membership, and I am likely going to start shopping around for a different one. The combination of the constant mud, constantly poor job of cleaning my rockers, often not getting the towels I request, and them often not being open at 7 like they should be leads me to recommend you DO NOT here. There's just too many issues.

I called on Thursday they got me in by Thursday of the same week . My car was absolutely a mess when I dropped it off . We have 3 dogs so my car was full of dog hair and it’s the family car so we have lots of messes . When I picked my car up it absolutely blow me away ! I’m so obsessed with how clean it is ! Wonderful business! I recently dropped my engagement ring beneath the seat of my car. Somehow, it ended up in a small hole that we couldn’t have gotten to. We called a different shop that told me it would be $150 dollars and hour and they were closing so they couldn’t help me today. I was visibly upset and crying and they didn’t seem to care. I called Craft Body Detail and he was so understanding of my distress and told me to come it. They had to tear the car apart to find it, but it’s safe and sound on my finger again. Craft Auto Body did an excellent job on my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss. Brought in with some vandalism damage on the R/S/F fender. They returned the the truck looking as good as it came from the factory. You can’t tell there was ever a dent or that the fender was painted and matched to the door or hood. Not only did they return the truck with the fender looking amazing but they washed and detailed the car insides and out making the interior looking just as good and the exterior. Will definitely be recommending them in the future and returning if I have any other body work on any car or truck.

I can't stand for an company to tell you to go online to cancel your membership and the cancellation website to tell you not found for two months. Had to lock my card. However the second month I tried still told me website not found I forgot I unlocked my car to make a purchase somewhere else and they took my payment out. Even signing in and trying to edit membership doesn't give the option to cancel. Reach out to Support and Given an number to call to get my account canceled and refunded and was told it would be cancelled but not refunded. Deserve a refund do to cancellation site not working for two months

Nephew was a vomit volcano late Friday afternoon, able to get an appointment on Saturday morning. Straight to the point and up front about cost. Let me know what sections would be covered. If I could give this place ten stars, I would. I took my car into Five Star and spoke with Gaddam. My car was in really rough shape and had mold growing underneath the carpets in the front seat as well as the back seat. I was worried no one would take it and I would have to sell my car and bike around. However, Gaddam completely removed the carpets and cleaned them, and identified the two sources of mold (detached AC hose and a missing plastic piece). Gaddam was extremely thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process. He sent progress pictures each day and also explained everything he did thoroughly to me when I picked up the car. He also had me wait a couple minutes to make sure the AC was working properly! He truly went above and beyond with helping out my car and I can tell he takes great pride in his work. Afterwards, he sent me a youtube video to explain the AC issue further and really strived to make sure I understood everything. Thank you Gaddam, I truly appreciate all of your help.

I have been Bob’s customer for several years. My little red chariot has been treated so well by him, always with some special extra touch. I don’t know how he does it in just a few hours. Wish I would have known how incredible Josh was when I first got my windows tinted. Didn’t realize he and Carousel were a thing when I paid someone to tint my windows. That tint job resulted in my driver’s side rear bumper getting scrapped with less than 400 miles on my brand new ride. Traveled to get a quote from Josh and wasn’t disappointed. Not only was he the best price but you could just tell his shop was going to provide the best service and get the job done right. To know they are contracted with the carousel dealership but still retain their independence is everything you need to not have to worry about the typical less than desirable dealership auto body experience. Carousel Detailing removed 13 years of dirt and grime from the upholstery, carpet and armrests. The interior looks like the clock was rolled back to the day we bought it in 2006! They also cleaned, scrubbed and polished the exterior of the car and the tires to a like new. Though as expected physical damage (holes in plastic bumper) can not be cleaned away the over all appearance was outstanding. They also clean and buffed the headlight free of 13 years of wear and tear.
