The worst place I've ever been for washing my car. It tooks 2 hours and half for a cleaner to wash my car. The reason I went there was my back seat, i wanted them to shampoo the back seat, ""IT IS STILL DIRTY AND NOTHING CHANGED"" I paid them $125 to do nothing. Interior still the same.

I will was this review by saying the detail requested was done well. The trunk was wet from the shampoo, which is a minor complaint. This has left a wet smell in my car in conjunction with a clean smell from products used. And the price asked for services rendered was fair. My issue is customer service related. I called at approximately 12:15 to schedule an appointment between 13:30-13:15 for a 2.5 hour long detail. Tyrone stated that would be fine and to bring my car in. The lot was full of cars waiting to be detailed when I pulled up at 13:07 and was then told my car would be ready at 17:00 when they close. Not 2.5 hours after I turned over my car, I would've came in later if informed to do so. I walked back over at 16:58 to my car being worked on still, with no text informing me of the longer time past closing to finish the job. My keys were provided between 17:20-17:25. ***ISSUE*** My vehicle's trunk worked properly before the detail. Afterwards, at the detail lot, my trunk would pop open when closed repeatedly. Credit to the detail crew, we began troubleshooting. I disassembled my key to ensure it wasn't my key creating the issue. The trunk lever was checked. It's assumed that residue from detailing products are depressing the button on the trunk. Tyrone, who I assume own the establishment was not as accommodating as the detail crew. He attempted to blame the sensors, then my key, attempted to ask for help from a neighboring mechanic (as I ensured it was understood the trunk was a problem) that was gone by this point in time. The trunk was held down as beeping that is atypical of the car continued, which did lock the trunk, which Tyrone attempted to claim fixed the problem until I reopened the trunk and replicated the problem. He then attempted to accuse me of bringing the car with the defect already happening. At this point, the conversation took a different tone, and I bluntly stated that was not the case and would he be financially responsible should my car's trunk issue persist. We shook hands and had a gentleman's agreement that he would assist, as I was told they were packing in and leaving for the day. Detail occurred Dec 26th. The video attached is my trunk 23 hours post service.

These guys are worth every penny you pay! I brought it in here after I paid another guy to buff my truck and he completely botched my paint. These guys took my truck in with zero hesitation and promised a perfect out come and they did not lie. On top of the awful swirls from the guy before them,They were able to take out years of deep water spots and scratches from plenty of heavy wear and tear I’ve put on my truck. They made my 8 year old truck look almost brand new. Tyler dealt with my tough schedule with ease, he made me feel as if I wasn’t inconveniencing them in the slightest bit. VIP Surface Concepts did a wonderful job on my 28’ Chaparral. Detailed top to bottom and all seating etc. They applied a ceramic coating too. My boat was heavily oxidized and now looks like new. Earl's is amazing! They did a phenomenal job on my car for a great price. The detail was extremely thorough and my car looked better than when I drove it off the lot. I had a few stains on my seats I was worried about and they are completely gone. I have had my car detailed in the past and always felt I never really got my monies worth but Earl made me see how worth it it is. I am 9 months pregnant and they went out of their way to get me in on a Sunday and gave me a ride home while I waited. It was a huge relief to have a clean car to welcome my baby home. My black 2021 GMC Yukon was have some paint issues and Royal GMC made arrangements to have my car detailed by extreme detailing, they specialize in black cars. I brought my black 2024 chevy silverado here about a week ago. My truck was only 6 months old and unfortunately got hit by a mist from a cooling tower at my workplace. I tried everything to remove them to no avail. A few of my buddies told me about this place, Madden's Premier Detailing. So I checked out the google reviews and it looked legit. So I made an appt with the man himself, Chase Madden ( no relation to the legendar coach and announcer John Madden) but still a great guy and great at what he does with Detailing. My truck didnt look even close to this good when I bought it. I didnt realize how bad the haze on my truck was from the spots until he detailed it. I was shocked. Its been a week now and Im avoiding rain and puddles and making my wife park in the driveway and my truck in the garage for a little longer. I always usually park in the driveway, Um not that bad. But its like a new toy and once it gets dirty Ill wash again but when its clean it will be clean and no spots! Thanks to my boy Chase. So, I highly recommend him. He's a hard worker and has that great attention to detail. And you will get a fair price, its well worth it.

I made an appt for same day. They were running a little late and emailed me prior to let me know. They did an amazing job! I dont mind paying for a service, I don't even mind what it costs if I want the service I get it. This is my second and last time to use this place. For 100$ your telling me they can't clean the inside of a vehicle any better? You should have a manager look at these vehicles before you turn them back over to customers and if you do have one, you should fire him. RIDICULOUS! Update: Response to the Establishment Owner. - Sir I have a Ford F350 dually, your people were asked the cost to hand wash and clean and wipe down the driver & passenger side and told not to worry about the rear seat area. I was given a price of $100.00. So more than 3 times your most expensive service, again I didn't mind since I wanted it done. The guy was told my expectations. The service took an hour, I should not have to come out and inspect YOUR work no matter if you have a sign or not, I'm not offering a service, im paying for a service. You or a supervisor should inspect your employees work, period. If you can look at the pictures provided and tell me it's a good job you may need glasses.

We were referred to Frank by another detailer when we were looking for a place to take care of our boat. Frank is the ultimate professional and will treat your stuff like it's his own. The work he and his team did on our boat (2014 Yamaha 212x), that had been out in the LA elements for almost 2 years, was nothing short of a miracle. What we brought in was not the same boat we took home. With the 2 years of sun beating down on the boat the decals were peeling away and the paint was quite faded. His team were able to remove the decals (which had been on the boat for almost 10 years) and were able to make it so you couldn't even tell they were there. The entire job made it look like a brand new boat. Beyond the exterior of the boat they made the interior spotless too. On top of the service, I really appreciated walking into the business and hearing the message playing in the background. I would recommend Frank and the team to anyone looking to have someone to detail their "babies". I wish more service businesses took care of folks the way Frank and the team took care of us.

Wanted one seat shampooed and a car wash. Nothing special. He told me they could not do one seat and the entire car had to be shampooed. Then he said he couldn't just wash my SUV it had to be detailed. I finally agreed although it was much more than I wanted. When we picked it up, we were told their machine was down and we would have to go get cash. (Maybe the IRS would be interested in their cash business?) Then they didn't even clean everything. Found trash in the back floorboard, hatchback wasn't cleaned and the visor still has chocolate smears on it from our grandchild. I do not recommend going here. I will be spreading the word.

I just got into Shreveport from a highway road trip with my car looking dusty and the front of my grill covered in bugs. Looking for a hand car wash place, Google led me to Superior. It may not look like much from the road, but I was thoroughly impressed, and with my high standards, that's saying a lot. Though the gentleman didn't greet me with a smile, what he lacked in friendliness, he more than made up for in his attention to detail. Not a dust particle or bug wing was left on my car after he washed it. My windows were wiped clean until they sparkled. But can I mention my wheels??!! This man sat on a bucket and individually washed and wiped between every spoke. My blue calipers were blueing!! I'm always complaining about the half asz job detailers do on my wheels - this man left no crumbs. Very affordable for such an impeccable job. My only complaint is that I don't live here to make Superior Hand Washing my permanent detailer.

I frequent this car wash and oil service often. I have always had a great experience! Today was absolutely amazing! From the minute I got out of my car in the oil change bay, 3 very nice gentleman with smiles on their faces, greeted me kindly. As I approached the door to go inside the building, 2 nice gentleman greeted me and opened the door for me. Inside, the lovely lady running the register greeted me and apologized for their construction and showed me the way for seating. When my oil change was complete, the nice gentleman took my receipt for a car wash ahead of time so that the gate would be open when I pulled around. I have used this carwash for years. Today I went by to clean up my 89 year old mother’s car. It was really dirty and the tires and rims were horrible. So I stop before paying for my wash to spray tire and rim cleaner on the tires and was told I was making a mess instead of saying not to do it. I paid and moved around to enter the wash and the manager came up and wanted to know what was going on and got ugly. I said you have new wash competition coming. In other words treat your regular customers happy. I was told I needed to go to Rocket Fast. So I did they were really busy where this place I was the only car. I’ll not be back their customer service here isn’t good

Very professional and also you have a comfortable sitting area while waiting for your vehicle. Nice and clean atmosphere even the public restroom was very nice clean and neat. These videos were taken after an initial visit as well as a follow up visit to take care of some areas I had noticed were untouched/unfinished. I cannot speak for others, however as for my experience, I’ve noticed mello provided more excuses than results on my truck. I later learned that he is not a certified installer for gtechniq. No huge deal, however they do not warranty their product unless the installer is certified. If you consider yourself moderately detail oriented, I would not waste your money here. No response was provided when I texted these videos.

I have had a membership and another car wash in Lafayette, Louisiana for years now. They recently changed ownership and their service and quality went down. I was online one day when someone mentioned xclusive. Yesterday I was in the area and my truck was pretty dirty. So I stopped in for a wash to check them out. When I drove up and was greeted by two of the employees. From that second on the experience was absolutely fantastic.. They were friendly and helpful and answered all the questions that I had. The wash was great. It had all the things and more that I used to love at the other place that the national place took out. I also think it’s awesome that this place is locally owned and supports our local community and charities. I highly recommend them. I’ve already gotten a few other friends of mine thinking about switching their memberships from the other place.

I can not say enough good things about these gentlemen. Booking was very easy. Communication was the best I've ever experienced with a mobile detailer. They were punctua tool. Most importantly, they went above and beyond. Great clean, but they also fixed some loose bolts on my trailer and pointed out the open vent before washing. Great price, great service, very quick. They nailed the trifecta. And i love the way the interior smells.

Tyler with Dupre’s Detail Shop did an amazing job on ceramic coating my 2022 Sierra 2500HD Denali!! It had never shined or had such a deep reflection like this before, even when it was new at the dealership. Tyler was very friendly and professional, he quickly responded to any questions I had. He even touched up a couple rock chips on the bumper and a scratch on the tailgate. His pricing is very reasonable, I would’ve expected to pay more for this type of professional service on such a large truck. He even delivered it to my house on a weekend! I had used a different shop to get my other car ceramic coated in the past but was more expensive and I wasn’t satisfied with the service at all. I would definitely recommend Dupre’s to anyone and will be bringing my other vehicle to him!!

Tyler Dupre @ Dupre’s Detail Shop did an amazing job polishing and ceramic coating my citation, the jet looks like it just rolled off the factory line.For someone who’s never ceramic coated a jet, to take the job and execute flawlessly is something to admire. I brought my Tahoe to Seth and he worked a miracle. My truck is black and my paint job was in horrible shape. I had been going through express car washes and I had really bad water spots that wouldn’t come out. Seth did a level 3 paint correction and it looks better than from the factory. He went above and beyond on my vehicle. It took a little longer than we initially talked about but it was well worth the wait. I would recommend his services without hesitation, hands down he’s the best around. The first picture is before and the following pictures are after.

The service and expertise is the best I've ever had! I have a 2019 Ford Raptor with Black reflective paint and it's difficult to get that new truck clean/shine. I've had issues with brown water marks for over a year and couldn't get them removed. I've been through many other detailers that tried and failed at getting those water marks off. That's until the Mobile Detail Guys came along. They cleaned my truck perfectly including those water marks and a good price. I fully recommend!

I contacted I shine u shine when I purchased my new fourwheeler this year. I wanted to protect my investment and keep it looking new for as long as possible. Mr. Williams was prompt in scheduling me and was very reasonable on his pricing. He was able to make the red “pop” and shine brighter than when it came off the showroom floor. On the first trip out it was dusty and upon getting home I hosed it off. Even though I’m on a well the water just beaded up and rolled off leaving no streaks or water spots behind. This was done earlier in the year and is still shining brightly. Even going through the woods it does not appear any of the shine has worn off. Would highly recommend anyone wanting to protect their investment to reach out to I shine u shine.

To my knowledge this is the only automatic car wash for dually pickups. Went there this evening around 6:15 to wash my dusty dually. Did an excellent job on driver’s side of truck. Yet I noticed not much soap and/ or water being put on passenger side. Had to wash off some old road base on lower passenger side door at home. If working properly this is a great car wash. Just needs a little maintenance.

With moving into the area on such short notice, we had to find a place to wash our dogs. Just so happens to have a dog wash attached to the car wash! What an awesome idea! Everything you need from shampoo to flea and tick. It also has attached leashes so you can safely restrain your dog! And if you have more than one dog they have kennels for the ones that get a little too excited. All they ask is to clean up after you finish up! Will be using this service again and again. 👍🏻

If there was a no star option, I’d choose it. Went in to allow him to look at what I wanted him to get done, we agreed on a price, and when he saw it was going to take some elbow grease to complete the job, he called and said it was going to take two days and 500 dollars. Very unprofessional, do NOT take your vehicle to this place. He tried charging me 50 bucks to take the bugs off my truck, I looked at my truck and said you did? There still on it. Basically got charged for him to put a paste wax on my tires, the only thing that didn’t need cleaning. Don’t waste your hard earned money or time.

They did a terrible job cleaning my car, when I claim why my car was not completely clean and they answer was that I told him to focus on the Dr Pepper stain ok the top roof of my car .... $200.00 for that was a steal ... and when I have to pay their machine was not working so end up downloading an app to send them the payment because all I want is leave that place and never come back. I was expecting detail cleaning on my car but not even regular cleaning was received.
