My son‘s car was compromised after leaving the sunroof open during a rain storm then sitting for 3 weeks at the dealership. Mike and Mike’s was recommended to us. Mike Sr. picked up on the first ring. He made it work so that they could come out the next day to our house to give the car the TLC and remediation it needed. It looks better than when we bought it. The best part was the great communication between the father and the son with us the entire time. We highly recommend Mike and Mike’s. I was so impressed, I’m headed across town today for a car wash and vacuum of my own.

!!! I wish I could give TEN STARS !!! Jameel did an AMAZING job on my car. I had a mold problem that developed over months of my car sitting in the driveway and some how my engine drain got clogged and poured rain water through the cabin of my vehicle. Jameel was able to perform the remediation at my home and made it look like it was never even there to begin with! He went above and beyond coming back to check that the car was good and no moisture was allowed to grow further spores. I highly recommend him for all of your car detailing needs, no matter how little or severe, because he can do it all! He was also very kind, understanding, and with an incredibly positive attitude. Second, Platinum Auto Spa performed a straight up MIRACLE on my car. It looks even nicer than when I brought it home from the dealership. Joanie and her son did a fantastic job! She was honest right off the bat with what to expect. My Subaru has been through many camping weekends and endured a muddy mutt countless times so the seats were in bad shape. My 15-year-old car is sparkling inside and out! I have three kids, and have used this car for everything for the past 15 years. Somehow, they made it look new. I was blown away when I pulled up and saw my finished car. I was so impressed, I showed it to my family and kids when I got home. lol And they were all like WOWWW MOM! I was like I know!!! I dropped by car off at 10am, and they told me to come back at 5pm. Then, they called me to ask that I come in at 6pm instead, which was fine. When I picked it up, they let me know that there was a stain underneath the driver's seat that they couldn't get out, that was the only thing. Well, that's totally fine, I don't even see that area. lol I can't say enough good things about them.

Sheldon at Touch of Grace did an amazing job on our car. Starting from the quote, he made sure we knew the benefits of the Paint Protection Film, the interior protection and the ceramic coat for the exterior. Once he saw our car and sent us a quote, he was able to schedule us right away and had the car finished when promised. It was even more beautiful finished than we thought it could look. When we picked it up, he went over the after care of the car, the best way to keep it looking its best and proper cleaning. As you’ll see in my photos, I own a dog training company and transport dogs in my vehicle regularly. After Thanksgiving, we drove from Texas to Maryland with all five of our dogs and a bunch of other stuff. You can imagine how much fur and food would be left in the inside. My car is so clean!!!!! I dropped it off in the morning, and I asked for the "Full Detail" option. It was ready same day! It was sparkling clean, smelled really nice, and the mirrors and windows were so crystal clear! It was a lovely experience. The customer service here is wonderful, they really take great care of the vehicles and even asked if I wanted to keep my son's stickers that he stuck on the inside of the rear door. :) (We did want to keep them, so I was very glad they asked!) I had Becca and Dylan work on the interior of my 13 year old SUV. I don't own any pets. But even the regular use over the last decade plus certainly left its imprint in the car interior in many places. They came to pickup the car and then dropped it off with an interior cleaning job that looked as if Mr. Wolf (any Pulp Fiction fans??) had worked on my vehicle! Interipr looks spotless. Their customer service is also great. Becca was able to answer any questions I had all the time. I have had 2 things done here so far. I have had my bumper fixed and repainted with a 3 stage paint a couple of months ago and then just recently had some aesthetic parts put on that i brought in. They did amazing, they're all very kind, respectful, hard working men. Their prices are very affordable+reasonable and they are very responsive and quick when contacting through phone. I know I didn't get anything crazy done, but they have definitely taken good care of my car and made sure everything is up to a T before giving it back. I will be returning. This is my second time here (the reviews were great so thought the first was a fluke!) and there is left over soap residue all over my car again. Side mirrors both have spots all over them and looking out the back window there are so many spots. All over headlights, front hood, back of car. They were very backed up today so we waited a while and that is completely fine with me but the car not being clean for the top wash is frustrating. I’ve spent $50+ there for satisfactory washes.

The owners of Midnight auto are some of the best I’ve ever met/dealt with. When I met them, I had no idea what I was doing when it came to car care and I was using low quality products. Thanks to them, I now I have some of the best products I can use for both of my vehicles + the methods needed for the best care. I brought my 2021 TRD Tacoma in for a detail and wax after it sat in a shop for almost two months, after that, I finally fell in love with the vehicle again! After I brought my 2022 GR Supra in for paint correction and ppf, my car looked better than it ever has. The car came out perfect and also came with a perfect mirror finish. Since then, my car was so much easier to clean and the owners made sure to provide me with the knowledge on how to take care of a car with ppf and ceramic coatings. The maintenance wash provided a week later was a must have in order for me to wash my car weekly. Also wanted to note that they have provided me with some of the best products in the world. My car or what's left of it. All thanks to The Auto Spa in Frederick RT-40. We have been going to The Auto Spa Express for years to both the Hagerstown and Frederick Maryland locations. This past Saturday Matt and I decided to drive out to Frederick because they reopened the full service detail Auto Spa on RT-40 after being closed for 6 months. We pulled up waited for someone to come out and walk us through getting on the conveyor belt, put the car in neutral, make sure foot is off the brake, and hands off the steering wheel. The same as we have done almost every day for years. Once our car was on the track immediately we noticed it was moving quickly and only soap was being sprayed on the car. Then the car jolted and next thing we knew were pinned up against the wall and smashed between 2 big brushes that normally clean the car. We couldn't move and 2 minutes later several employees came running up to our car. The first employee told us we were in drive and needed to put the car in neutral, however, we were already in neutral as we had been the whole time. After 10 minutes of the staff attempting to help us get out of the tunnel by having us go from reverse to drive we got out of the tunnel. That's when we were able to see the damage. That the machine caused. To make matters worse, the female manager had the audacity to come up and say that it was our fault and that they would investigate and tried to blow us off. So I called the police. We have tried reaching out to corporate and have gotten no response. All I wanted was a clean car and now I have to deal with insurance, getting a rental car and lawyers. I will never go use a car wash again designed with the conveyor belt. Unfortunately, I always thought that we were safe because of the emergency stop button. I've seen them push the button if cars got too close or were off track. Apparently Frederick doesn't have an emergency stop button and my car is now paying the price.

I took my vehicle for "basic" $11 wash On 3/17/2025. This location has recently been remodeled so I decided to visit as I had taken my car there prior no issues. I immediately noticed the machine was scrubbing VERY aggressively more than usual. As I approach the end of the conveyor belt I hear a loud noise. I look towards the passenger side and rear of my vehicle. My passenger sideview mirror had been completely turned the other way and my spoiler/wing on the same side of the vehicle had been BROKEN. When I get out of the tunnel I asked to speak to a manager. The manager who before even introducing himself leads with " we don't cover after market parts". As any upset client i asked to speak to someone else as the location manager at the time was useless. I got in contact with district manager Megan. I spoke with megan about what had transpired. She said she would need 48 hours for an investigation. After waiting i receive a call back from megan that they will not be covering any damages. The car part is not "after market" as it is sold from the manufacture which is Subaru. Now this "basic" $11 wash will cost me few hundred. Unless you want you vehicle broken and poor customer service DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION !!!!!!

I’ve always loved the Auto Spa Express locations for their convenience and ease of membership. However, the Monocacy Blvd location has noticeably declined in quality. The wash itself stops multiple times while inside, the dryer at the end is ineffective, and the spinning dryers haven’t worked during my last 3–4 visits. The staff here are mediocre at best. That said, the ability to visit any Auto Spa site is a huge plus. If you’re considering trying Auto Spa, I highly recommend it—but you might want to skip the Monocacy location and visit another site instead.

The Auto Spa Express is a fantastic car wash. I started using their service about 5 months ago and use their monthly membership. It's very easy to drive through the monthly pass entrance, sit back while the car wash does it's thing, and then use their vacuum center. Their phone customer service and in person customer service are both exemplary as well. They are very helpful when ever I have a question or concern.

I had my car ceramic coated with protective headlight film installed about 2 years ago. Recently noticed the headlight film had failed and gotten dirt underneath the film. After contacting the shop, I was told I need to reference my receipt before they can do anything. So much for warranty work and the shop keeping its own record to honor their product and service warranties. I guess the 3 year ceramic coat warranty is also no longer valid since they don't keep their own warranty paperwork. Buyers beware.

I was recently rear ended. After researching companies to fix my car, I gave up and called geico. They gave me a few options and I went with Nyla. I was able to drop off my car and received update on when I could expect to pick up my car. The experience was quick and simple. Staff are very polite and patient. The guy called the rental car company and was on hold for a really long time (30 minutes or more) but didn't give up. My car is barely a year old so I was so sad but you can't tell anything happened. At pickup we did a walk through in which explained what was repaired. I would highly recommend nyla for body work and other services. Truly happy my baby is restored! Update: water starter leaking from the trunk. I called and was seen the same day. They were able to fix the issue and this leaked occurred months later. Great customer service and truly passionate about their work.

From the very beginning when I started inquiring for estimates this company stood out. They replied quickly & gave me thorough information. Came in for a free estimate, didn’t feel pressured to accept anything. The guys at the front are very friendly. Now as far as the work done, we brought in my son’s 2003 Subaru because his car was hit in a parking lot, they gave us a very fair estimate. We brought the vehicle in the next day, they gave us a 2-3 day estimate time of the vehicle being ready. Car was ready when they said, the work done was way more than we could have hoped for, they left it brand new they even buffed out and fixed some spots on the bumper that weren’t part of the accident! Charles and the team at Ace Auto Lounge are pros at what they do. From start to finish, communication was clear, and the quality of work (PPF, ceramic, window tints) were unmatched at very competitive pricing. Just don't. I should have turned around immediately on seeing the haphazard and dangerous way they had client cars parked (shoved) together all over the lot AND lined up down the road in the most unsafe way imaginable - WITH a construction zone right there making things even more dangerous. As for the service, I was absolutely ASTOUNDED at how incredibly bad it was - especially for a SUPER PREMIUM price. 1. Broke one of my windshield wiper mechanisms - dealer who fixed it said someone just yanked it way too hard lifting it to clean under it (which even that they didn't do well). I KNOW they broke it because I was literally using it when I pulled into their shop and it was perfectly fine. Five minutes after leaving, when I turned it on for a light drizzle, it was broken. (When I turned around and drove back - arriving ten minutes after I left to speak to them about this they were GONE - 30 minutes before the shop was supposed to actually close. Even though they'd complained to me when I dropped it off how SLAMMED and BUSY they were and did I REALLY need my car back TODAY. Yeah.) 2. Didn't even actually clean the trunk at all - like literally, didn't even open it. 3. The seats were DRENCHED and SLIMY and stank so badly they made me feel sick driving home with the windows all open. Even with a plastic bag over the seat I ended up SOAKED. TWO DAYS LATER STILL WET & SLIMY. Like I have NEVER had that with any interior detailing EVER. And the CHEMICAL STENCH OMG. It's a week later and we've been literally leaving the windows open even at night and it is SO BAD. 4. The exterior wax was smeared over the windows and balled up in lumps at the bottom of the doors. 5. There were dark smudges and fingerprints in so many places, as well as a NEW stain on the passenger front seat and some kind of dark black drips on the other side of the same seat. (covered by a plastic bag when I picked it up) 6. There was NASTY DAMAGE to the back left door where it looked like someone tried to scrub the interior of the door with steel wool or something and only succeeded in scraping off the fabric! 7. For the amount of money I spent on both EXTERIOR and interior detailing, I expect the wheel wells at the LEAST to be cleaned, and usually this cost includes cleaning the undercarriage as well. NOPE. 8. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. Just everything about the entire cleaning job was sloppy. I didn't even want to take it back to them to clean the trunk after I complained. And I didn't trust them to fix my wiper either since the owner? manager? who answered the phone when I called about these issues pretty much said 'we aren't mechanics so...' Don't do it. Don't go here.

Great work. I am surprised with the results. Jose and his team did an excellent job. They took out a soda stain that exploded in the cover of my car’s sunroof and gave an excellent shine to my wheels as well as inside and out but the images say it all. I have an almost 10 year old large SUV that had never been detailed, and not often enough even cleaned, and was completely disgusting. Nick did a great job on it. The interior especially looks nearly new, and he restored all the exterior black trim to its original color. When it turned out to be a bigger job than he thought, instead of just giving me whatever work would fit into the estimate, he spent more time on it to get it up to his standards and didn't renegotiate the price. I plan to use him again for all my cars and hopefully never let them get so bad again.

Nick recently detailed my 23 year old Honda Civic. It was in good shape but recently a mouse had built a nest in spare tire area and had abandoned it. Nick found it and cleaned it all up (smell and all) along with detailing the car. When I saw it after 2 days. The car smelled fresh and like new. He had polished the dash and shampooed the carpet and they were looking spic and span. The outside of the car was shining and looked amazing. Nick's attention to detail was much appreciated.

My fiancé and I are extremely pleased with our entire encounter from start to finish with Pristine Auto Spa. We were in the process of purchasing a new vehicle and wanted some extra protection (PPF) up front. Our last new vehicle is practically totaled due to rock chips from Maryland highways; very dreadful but you live and you learn. With that, we were interested in full frontal PPF and front window tinting to match the rears. I came across Pristine Auto Spa on google and was surprised to see hundreds of well written, 5 star reviews. So, I submitted an inquiry on their website and within hours I was chatting with Lloyd. He was able to work up a few quotes for different options with our interests in mind. The professionalism from him was top notch. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed, he answered all my questions with detail, even invited me in for a tour when I asked how he wraps his corners. I made it very clear I was detailed oriented and wanted nothing but the best quality. Lloyd worked with us on scheduling as the dealership kept playing games on our delivery day. Dropped the car off Sunday night and picked up Tuesday evening, awesome turn around time! Lloyd walked us through all the warranties that come with the tint and PPF. Even mentioned a courtesy/follow up inspection and cleaning they perform a few weeks after installation to make sure the film is doing well and adhering as it should. After getting the car home and fully inspecting the quality of work I must say, we chose the right place; details were on point and everything was to my liking. Edges were smooth and cuts were clean. We are ready for all the highway rocks and pebbles! Professionalism and quality go a long way for me and Pristine Auto Spa hits every check mark in my book! StarWay did a fabulous job detailing my 10 year old CRV. It's in good shape, but had many years in the nooks and crannies. They come to you and bring everything they need. I had my car detailed inside and out by Luxe this past weekend. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I have never seen the inside of my car as clean as when I picked it up! The upholstery looked like new, and my car is 10 years old! The outside also looked great, a real polished finish ⭐️ I’m most impressed with Rayyan’s professionalism. We had a great experience with Sharp Detail. We booked them on short notice and they arrived within the assigned time window (and even communicated it would be towards the end of that window due to a prior vehicle taking longer than expected). With the recent snow and ice (as well as two kids), the car needed a thorough deep clean as it had not had one since we bought it. Our detailer Thomas did a very thorough job and we were very happy with the results.

Not thrilled with the service - it looked nice from the outside but when I got in, not so much. I paid for an interior detail and many things were overlooked. The guy working this morning was all by himself and he was working really hard. I’m bummed that I paid $160 for my car to look this way when I got it back. I’d call someone, but it is really hit or miss in terms of if someone answers the phone (or responds to voicemail).

What an amazing experience! Saying my car was a disaster before bringing it in would be an understatement. So I opted to go with the Ultimate Detail Plus package in hopes to get it looking halfway decent again. I brought it in at 9am expecting it to probably take all day. At 4:30pm Troy called me and explained he was still having trouble working on a massive stain that was on the front passenger seat. I knew it would be a problem because the stain was deep and over 5 years old. He politely asked if he could keep it overnight to let it soak and to work on it again in the morning. Of course I said yes. Let me tell you, when I saw my car the next day it was a whole new vehicle. The stain was practically gone, only being able to be seen if you really looked hard. I was shocked at how much he was able to get out. Of course the rest of the car looked incredible too. He was even nice enough to walk out to it with me and go over a few things, even getting me a piece of plastic to drive home on my seat since it was still a little damp too. I will definitely recommend Touch Up to friends and bring my other cars here when they need it!

I had a very terrible situation and Grimsley was patience with the detail to make sure he corrected the concern. I appreciate his transparency in not guaranteeing 100% but saying he’d get pretty close. In my mind it was 100%. My car smells and looks amazing. I will be leveraging his services again!

This is my first time using a mobile detailing service. George came out on time and was nothing but pleasant! He even remembered to text instead of knocking on the door bc of our nervous dog. My car is spotless and all the nooks/crannies were meticulously cleaned. I am a yoga/group fitness instructor so the driver's seat can get kinda gross (lol) and it looks as good as new! I will definitely be using them again! Thank you :)

Paid $47 for a rushed job. There was still so much that needed to be vacuumed I just went and finished the job myself. They did not clean my cup holders well at all still stuff all in it. The seats were not well vacuumed well just a waste of my $47. Very disappointing. This is my first time back after the ownership changed over from the original company. This is just disappointing.

Me and my husband have been going here for a couple of months and we have canceled our membership. For the price you pay you would think you can have you car washed and return to you without a crack on your wind shield. The company refuses to compensate us and take accountability. Our vehicle did NOT have a crack on the windshield until it was in the carwash possession. Take your Vehicle elsewhere!

Best car wash around. And there are alot of options. Manager is very courteous. The guys wiping down my car didn’t miss a spot. The inside was very clean. This will be my go to when I’m not able to hand wash at home.

This car wash is incredible! They did an amazing job on cleaning my SUV which was covered in bird wrap and the aftermath of a snowstorm. It cost a pretty penny, but my vehicle looks incredible! I will be returning.

Second, he repaired our vehicle in a single day to reduce our time without our vehicle. Finally, he kept his word, returned calls promptly, and came through on every single commitment he made. Don't let the fact that this small business operates in a residential area concern you... this is how small business owners continue to be competitive in a nearly impossible market. We had a great experience with Sharp Detail. We booked them on short notice and they arrived within the assigned time window (and even communicated it would be towards the end of that window due to a prior vehicle taking longer than expected). With the recent snow and ice (as well as two kids), the car needed a thorough deep clean as it had not had one since we bought it. Our detailer Thomas did a very thorough job and we were very happy with the results.

I initially was recommended to Travis/Double T by a close friend that had her stupidly expensive Mercedes and Tesla worked on by Travis. If she trusted them to work on her car I knew he had to be good. Originally I had him tint all of the windows and ceramic coat the inside. I was so impressed by his work and how quickly he turned the car around that I then had them PPF and Ceramic coat the car because it's brand new and I'm so happy i did (tesla makes shit paint). He answered all my questions about what my options were and what the differences were with each service option. I got the car back sooner than I expected and the work is flawless (pics below). I can't recommend Double T/Travis enough and will definitely be using him to wash and detail my car in the future.
