I like to support black owned businesses, but, why do we treat each other the way we do? There was no sense of urgency and he acted as if I was intruding in his space. And he did not appear enthusiastic about providing services. However, when another vehicle pulled up, which I assumed was someone he knew because he called him by name. However, there was a different side to him which appeared to be friendly, cordial, and engaging person. Go figure. I will never visit this location again.....

Please beware! I took my car in today dropped it off to have it serviced, I picked my car up and I should’ve known that it was something wrong because the guy who washed my car or should I say one of the guys Who washed my car was watching me, but I had no idea why. He proceeded to watch me walk in get my keys. Watch me walk to my car and even was peeping around the bus that he was washing. As I was getting in my car I noticed my mirror was hanging so I thought maybe they cleaned it and it was just left in that position but to my surprise, my mirror was broke. The owner was notified, he came, and was very nonchalant. Shrugging his shoulders like they just didn’t break my mirror, on a 2022. GB Mercedes-Benz, sir this mirror didn’t come to, y’all broke. The owner said that they got cameras and he will review them and Let me know what the camera reveals. Today is January 30 at 5:37 PM and the incident happened approximately 3:20 PM today. I will be waiting for your call!

I love this car wash! For $ 10 you can get your car washed. Then vacuum your car with all the tools you need and they have fresh clean towels for you to use and you don't even need special sprays because the towels are not completely dry, they are like magic wipes. Anyway, love it!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I wish I could give a zero stars. I called them to come detail my car and while they showed up quickly they did a terrible job. I asked for them to vacuum, shampoo, and condition my carpet and seats. When I went out to check the car after the guy was done my car looked like it hadn’t been shampooed at all. I touched the seats and they didn’t feel damp at all. I asked the guy and he said the sun dried it super quick. I know for fact from having my car detailed previous times car seats don’t dry that quickly. I checked the trunk after he left and he complexly missed the trunk. He also missed a ton of stuff around the car. I tried to call and see if I could get my money back and they refused to give it back. If you're wondering whether to use Ardy's and if they are worth it, the answer is definitely yes. Everything went smoothly. The online booking is easy and convenient. They do pick up the phone however if you need to talk to someone. They came and picked up the vehicle, dropped it back off same day, the gentleman was very pleasant. I would honestly put no stars but Roosevelt scratched my Lexus LS460 but didn't tell me about it so when I picked my car up and looked at it he claimed oh it's perfect work he has done so as I started to circle the car to check it out he stopped me by talking about they've already walked around it multiple times so I left got home and checked my work from him and behold a massive scrape under my passenger door. So I took my car back up there he ignored me knocking so my fiance called he picked up and came outside and I asked him about it he beat me being mad about it and started yelling Ian do that and I'm like it wasn't there when I dropped it off I didn't ask for a refund just what happened to my car and this man demanded refunding me still in all being mad while I'm still asking what happened it's not about the money it's about my car but all that to say he does damage to cars and try to hide it he will NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN AND IM SPREADING THE WORD TO INFORM MY PEOPLE OF HIM

Would not recommend this carwash. I have a brand new 2025 kia carnival and I had signed up for a membership as this is a bigger car that I've ever had and washing by hand was a task so I gave it a shot. When I signed up and went through to get my car wash when I came out of the wash I noticed that my windshield was cracked. I immediately notified the staff (Jordan) and they filed an incident report and told me that someone would notify me very soon. Two days past and I received no notification so I called to follow up. When I called the GM Alex answered and told me that they made a decision and that the crack was already there before I came through the wash but he would call me back when he got more information. And that was the end of the conversation, I called back again asking if I could review the video and he got a little snippy and said he would call me back when he got more information. I was a little confused because I didn't understand why he got irritated about me asking to view the information. He called me back shortly and did apologize and told me he was wrong that he thought I was another customer (who also got their windshield cracked but had an older model car). I felt a little better because of the apology, but was still weary because that means it was someone else the same day that had the same issue (a cracked windshield). The next day Jordan calls me and tell me that my claim was denied because their was already a "rockchip" in my windshield. I asked could I come review what they saw and he said yes simply. So my husband and I went to confirm today and once we got there we canceled our membership with no problem as our claim was denied because "due to the rock chip being there it was pre existing damage that just spread from the pressure of the wash". I feel that if they have the technology to see a chip they should turn people away before going in the wash because a chip can be fixed but now my entire windshield has to be replaced. No partial reimbursement or anything just declined. So again I would not recommend because even if you have membership and brand new car if their carwash damages your car they will be in no help in fixing the damages. I've read this on online boards but this is my first experience. So Just a little disappointed.

The only issue I have had is with my monthly pass - I had one of the higher packages but I removed the wheel shine because I hate it ... when they got the new system it messed it up and the wheel shine still comes out even though it's still listed on my account to not do ... called and they have been actively working on it to get the issue fixed ... I just lowered my package until it gets fixed.

I have a monthly plan with Rain Forest and the car wash side staff run it very well. So one day I decided to get everything done at once and get an oil change then a wash. My old oil filter had a leak in it and it needed to be replaced ASAP. The leak had gotten so bad that it begin to spray oil all under the hood. When I pulled up to the bay every employee there came to my truck and told me they couldn't do it because I had an a head gasket leak. Even after I told them I didn't they still insist it was a head gasket leak and refused to do the oil change sending me on my way which could have actually damaged the motor. Anyways I thought about canceling my plan but I like the car wash side of things. Oh I ended up going to Walmart across the street, buy a new oil filter and oil, and just doing it myself. Turns out I do know what I'm talking about and it was the oil filter.

It's absolutely convenient are clean and employess work hard. The worst negative for me is that there is no ability to cancel or remove your card and cancel in the app. It is not available. Point of contact requests failed 3 months in a row. I've gotten 3 overdrafts. I'm hoping it gets resolved and refunded. The concept is perfect.

A few years back, I went here and they stripped my oil drain plug. Work at a local company and found that they just did the same to our new company vehicle. They first admitted they were at fault and then took it back. Would not recommend this bucket of nimrods.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, especially for a small business that is just getting started up but it’s just not fair to the general public to not leave this review. I will preface this by saying he is a very nice guy, but if you bring your car here, then you are paying for someone to experiment on your vehicle. I scheduled an appointment over the phone before leaving for a trip. We both agreed on tinting everything minus the rear glass because he didn’t have the correct size of film in stock for the rear glass (Tesla). I would bring it back after my trip for the rear glass, which sounded perfectly reasonable and accommodating. I get a call back that he finished but ran out of the tint he was using and had to put a different percentage of tint on one window (passenger front) which I was understanding of and accepting of since I will be bringing it back anyways. I take delivery of the vehicle and am immediately unhappy with the windshield. There were scratches everywhere, wrinkles directly in my line of sight, and a grainy look across the entire windshield in the right lighting. It was awful to look through at night and is what I imagine people with an astigmatism see when driving at night. I messaged him and told him verbatim “my initial reaction is that I just want the windshield tint ripped off,” but he assured me he would handle it when I got back. I also informed him that the driver side window had some imperfections that look like wrinkles in it. Again he assured me it would be handled. I get back from my trip and drop it off with him to have the rear glass tint applied, windshield replaced, the driver side front door replaced, and the passenger side front door replaced. It takes me three days to get my car back. Three days later I finally get my car back. The rear glass tint looks great, but surprise surprise, there are still issues. The passenger side front window still had the same tint which was temporary, the front driver side window still had wrinkles, and now the front windshield had water trapped under the tint which once it did dry left large air pockets under the tint around the edges. I messaged him again about this episode of issues and he assured me it was a quick fix. I told him “I would like this to be our last interaction so please take your time to do what you need to do.” Third visit: I drop the car off with him and go grab some lunch. I return from lunch to pick the car up and he informed me that he replaced the passenger side front door with the correct tint and fixed the windshield by pushing it down flat. He shows me the little bubbles that are trapped and assures me they will go away. (Those bubbles did not go away) I will not return a fourth time. I will accept my $1,000+ partial loss and move on in life. I wish this guy the best, but you won’t get the best from him despite the name of the company.

Sean and Caleb did an amazing job on my 2024 Tesla Model 3 and the ceramic tint looked phenomenal. They were even able to tint the full back glass in one sheet. I recommend them to anyone wanting ceramic coating or tint. My tesla looks bada$$ thanks to these guys!

I was passing through MS on my way to Texas and went to this car wash. The quality of the car wash was amazing but when I was going through the dryer one of the spinning threads got caught in the glass portion of my passenger side mirror and ripped it right off. All the plastic tabs behind the glass section were snapped off and I could not reattach it back into place. I ended up filing an incident report with Hana who was the manager on duty that day and Barry reached out regarding helping me fix my mirror situation the following day. I told him the part is super expensive but as my car is old I would be fine with a used one if he could source it and I even found options on ebay for him. He then told me because my car is 10 years old that I wouldn't qualify and that I am on my own for the repair. However it's amusing because Hana filed the incident report and it clearly states my car is a 2014, even if she overlooked that part when the area manager sees it if this was the case he should have informed me of such. However instead of doing that he waited to see how expensive the repair was before making an excuse. I have attached the pictures of the damage and the incident report for you to see for yourselves. I ended up paying 756 for a new part out of my own pocket because the glue I used to put it back together wouldn't sit through rain and wind. I genuinely hate giving businesses poor reviews, but it is deserved in this instance. If you take your vehicle through here beware.

I used to love this car wash. Today however my car was still dirty after wash. Bird poop still on the hood. And the vacuum had very little suction. What happened? I hope this is a one time thing and will get fixed.

Yesterday I took my vehicle to the new car wash on Pass Road in Biloxi. I was very pleased with the wash, the vacuum station, the staff and the overall experience. Today I brought my other vehicle to Rich’s Car Wash on Popp’s Ferry Road in Biloxi for a comparable and what a disappointment. My car went through the was and I drove it to the vacuum station and noticed my car still so wet from the wash. However, after trying to dry it off I noticed it was still dirty. I called the attendant (Josh)over and I asked him if the equipment was operating correctly. His response was yes but they have had problems with the blowers blowing the cars dry. His response to car still being dirty was he don’t know?? The vacuum station aren’t even comparable to the new facility. My recommendation is to go to the new facility to get what pay for. That’s where I’m going to now to correct this deficiency.

I had to stop what I was doing today to write this review because rarely does a car wash get a review from me. But this place was probably the best experience I’ve had in the last 15 years. I paid for the full interior / exterior, and the attendant told me she recommended the leather conditioning, which I also chose. When I went inside to keep warm and looked out the window, it was no less than 3-4 people working on my car. They paid attention to every detail and were meticulous with their cleaning. For the price, it was well worth it and I wish they had this business where I lived in Alabama.
