Very nice and accommodating in most ways! We arrived for an estimate due to our vehicle damage from another business. We were never given the estimate, but the business that damaged our vehicle was. We didn't agree on the damage during the estimate so their services weren't rendered! We felt like we were fighting with the business to get a fair estimate when it was a "cut and dry" situation! We spoke to the front office spokesperson and never did meet or speak to the person whom actually did the estimate. Each time a question came up about a part or process, an inadequate answer was received! Although we didn't use their business they may be fine with detailing vehicles, as their description depicts! Nice office manager and decent facility to sit and be comfortable in!

My convertible was a mess! Super dirty & dusty interior after having the top down most of the summer. Exterior was dull & had some dings & scrapes. But the guys from ACH Mobile Detailing worked a miracle! The two guys who did the work were here early for our appointment. They were super friendly & very knowledgeable about products / processes to get the best results. The mobile van is self-contained -- didn't need electricity or water source. So all the cleaning was done out of the way in our cul de sac. Exterior hand wash + ceramic coating is so shiney! Little dings disappeared! Wheel rims polished/ tires look new. Interior is spotless - not a speck of dust! Leather seats back to being supple. Car looks fabulous! 👌 And from a business perspective ... great communication! Everything I told the owner -- from the package I thought I needed, to their scheduling system, to text reminders and even the convoluted directions to get into our neighborhood -- was passed along to the guys who came over. I contacted Jonathan at Ratcliffe Auto Spa about detailing the interior of my 2014 Dodge Durango. It had been YEARS since I had it professionally cleaned. Now, I’m not a messy person, but I have a 3 1/2 year old grandson who’s car seat was hiding some pretty serious surprises and stains! I also had acquired some random stains on my cloth seats and just needed some overall love! This was a retirement present to myself back in 2014 and I LOVE my SUV. But it has weathered over the years and lost its “new car luster”. It still has low miles for its age but it didn’t quite look it! When I spoke with Jonathan he explained all the services they provided in great detail! The website and online booking is SO user friendly, he was AMAZINGLY accommodating when at the last minute I needed a pickup/drop off, and when he brought my baby back to me she looked BRAND NEW again! The stains were gone, the shine was restored, and on the initial reveal, HE noticed some things that were overlooked and asked to keep it a little longer to make things PERFECT! After a storm we found our Lincoln Navigator with a tree penetrating our front windshield. Once we replaced the shattered windshield we had to find a way to get rid of the massive amount of glass in the interior. Mirror imaging got it done in one day. Our Lincoln has never looked better. Do you even care about your car? Taylor, his wife, jazzmyne and their team at Excalibur really put the detail in detailing. My car has been sitting a shed for a year and a half and during that time, spiders, dirt dobbers, birds, and even mice decided to make their home in it unfortunately. Two mice even decided they should make it their grave site and well let's just say the after smell was more than noticeable. Thankfully, Excalibur was able to renew life into my sazuki sx4. They really cleaned the inside well, it smells wonderful and I don't feel like my skin is going to jump out of my skin when I drive it. Of course they did a superb job with the outside of the car, it went from a sad grey car to a spectacular silver that makes me giddy and excited to drive the car when I get in and my sad old headlights that were yellow like the teeth of a chain smoker are renewed and like that of a pearl, really incredible. What's even more, is the engine even sounds smoother after they cleaned it out, I'd say my car even got faster after they cleaned it. But, what is most impressive even after all that has been said, is the attention to detail. They cleaned the joints in the car, the door frames, the gas cap, and even the area behind the steering wheel. Everyone deserves a clean car, it is worth every penny, and watch yourself smile with pearly whites just like the shine you'll see on you car. Promise you won't regret it. REVIEW FOR A&G Bottom Line Up Front is that Nick and everyone at A&G did a fantastic job on my new BMW X7. Having said that I feel the need to go I to detail ( pardon the pun) I purchased a 2025 BMW for my wife. I have always maintained our vehicles but I am 63 now and doing all of that work while very rewarding is just a little time consuming and harder to do. I knew about PPF and ceramic coating and wanted to have a professional apply both. I went online and started researching and calling different detail shops. My intention was to have a front end PPF, a ceramic coating of the entire car, all windows tinted and to have the wheels powder coated. I wanted a place that could do it all and not have to piece work it out to different shops. After many phone calls and visits to different shops I had decided A&G would earn my business. I set aside enough money for the work and waited for my new vehicle to arrive at the dealership. While paying for the new car we decided to get some warranty packages and that ate up all of the money for the detail work. I was ok with that because as I said I have Polishers and all of the equipment and products to do the work at home. What I didn’t know was after we got home with the car my wife informed me she had paid to have the detail work done by the dealership the following week. The dealership had the vehicle for about 10 days. I went to pick it up and from a distance all looked well. It wasn’t until I approached the vehicle that I started noticing things were off. Towel marks from where the car had been wiped. Dirty towel marks at that. Dirt was all over the wheels and fender wells, brake dust every where. Then when I looked at the PPF many areas didn’t not reach the seams of the panels. It’s a white car so I knew that everywhere the seam was short dirt would accumulate and cause black lines. I had the manager come out and look at it and I told him I was very upset. There were scratches in the paint that were now under the ceramic coat, and the car was filthy. Any research at all will show a ceramic coating is done as follows: complete wash and decontamination, then a polish for any scratches and then the ceramic coat and then let it cure a minimum of 24 hours. It was obvious that whoever applied the ceramic coating did not wash or polish the vehicle and it appeared as though it was simply a spray on ceramic coating. The more I looked at it and the more I thought about how much money I spent on the vehicle and for the warranties and detail work I was fuming inside. I told the dealership I wanted my money back for the detail work and I would take the car elsewhere to be corrected. I called Nick at A&G and asked him if he could fix it. Without hesitation Nick said bring it over today and we will get started on it so that you don’t have to be without your new car any longer than necessary. On the way to A&G I noticed the tint seemed extremely dark. I had asked the dealership for 20%. Nick checked it out and turns out it was 5%. Nick said not to worry they would remove it and put 20% on. Nick kept in touch with me via texts and he even sent me progress photos. 5 days later the car was done and I went to pick it up. I didn’t even need to get closer than 50 feet and I could already see the gloss and glass like finish. Nick and his entire team did an amazing job. The true seal of approval was when I took the car home and the wife saw it. She could care less about the process but she definitely appreciated the outcome lol. It’s a white car so when you can make a white car glossy then you know the folks at A&G know their stuff. I don’t know if I will ever purchase another new car but you can bet your you know what that if I do I am taking it to A&G. I’m taking it there not just because of their craftsmanship but also because of the character of. Ill and his crew. They treated me like family. I can’t say enough good words about them. Take my advice and take your vehicle to A&G. Doesn’t matter if the vehicle is new or old they can make your car shine.

I recently took my two-year-old car to Detail to the Max, and I am beyond impressed! My car looks just as it did the day I drove it off the lot. They managed to clean my WeatherTech mats and remove stains I had tried to tackle without success. Even with an all-black interior, they were able to remove every single speck of dust! On top of that, they also handled a tricky situation. After driving around with a large Polish catering order, I had a tragic spill of sauerkraut juice in the backseat of my car. Detail to the Max not only took out the seats and cleaned the mess but completely neutralized the odor. Within 30 minutes of dropping off my car, Max provided a time estimate and a detailed quote. Used a Groupon for a small sedan detailing. Scheduling was great and had a Mobile pro come out 3 Days later. The cleaner spent over 2 hours detailing which was a little surprisingly long to me. The car came out very nice, particularly interior. I think he spent too much time in there and not enough detailing the door sills and tire rims but happy overall.

These guys are always great, Eric used to the one I always dealt with but he’s gone. Steve is a great, knowledgeable go to person for me now. I’ve had my 22 ZL1 completely ceramic coated, PPF and serviced yearly for last 3 years and they stand behind their work. Had my 19 GMC done there, including this last hail storm they not only fixed the hail damage with their partner company but also redid the ceramic coat from where the hail damage got fixed. Do Not Go Here. I am not one to post a negative review but my experience here was so horrendous I feel like I have to. Water leaked into the back of my car that I don’t ever go into. It must have taken me weeks to notice because when I did it had begun to mold. I decided the problem was bigger than I could handle and happily took it to a professional. They charged me $300 to clean it. I thought the price was high but was willing to pay it. They told me it would take 2-3 hours. 7 hours later after I had to call them they said it was done. Because of the lateness my boyfriend picked up the car. The next morning when I came out the windows had condensation on them….ON THE INSIDE. They left my seats soaking wet. Additionally it was clear that they had barely wiped down my car missing quite a bit in the back. I called and explained what had happened and they offered to re-do it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought my car in again. I was assured that the people who had cleaned it the day before were trainees. Another 7 hours later and not being notified it was done again I went to pick up my car. The windows had not been cleaned on the inside so the condensation lines were still there bad enough it made looking in my mirrors blurry. My car also smelled of moth balls which I chalked up to some sort of mold remover cleaner. While unhappy with my experience I was willing to let it be. Today (two days after the second cleaning) I went to put new floor mats in only to discover the carpet under the old ones was SOAKING WET! I cannot explain how upset I am about the experience and service. How in the world do you give someone a wet car back?!? Not damp but full on WET. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money. They clearly are not careful nor do they do a good job.

My 1994 Buick Roadmaster looks as new with the freshly applied ceramic coat. Evidently, the Ace Custom Detailing shop is small but mighty. The service process was painless. I dropped the car off, and it was finished within a day and a half. Amber is wonderful! She thoroughly went over the entire car with me and discussed the problem spots that were beyond the scope of her service. The post-ceramic coating care was explained in detail. I think the price for this detail was very reasonable in comparison to other shops. In the future, I will be bringing my vehicles to Ace Custom Detailing.

10/10 recommend! I had a friend puke in the back of my car, leaving a mess and a horrendous smell. I had to drive around all weekend with my windows down lol. Thankfully they got me in fast! Before taking my car, Belk listen to my areas of concern (the puke) and then told me his game plan to clean my car! When he was finished, my car looked and SMELLED brand new! My truck had lots of scratches and swirls, all over, but especially on the hood. I was amazed that Gavin was able to get just about all of those scratches and swirls out of my truck. He added a 2 year ceramic coating to protect it from future scratches. It looks better than it did when I bought the truck! I took my car to Gavin for interior detailing. I’ve had my car for 4 years and have barely ever cleaned the inside. The price was affordable and the work was exceptional. Before I went in my car had a lot of swirls and was a dull white. It also was a pain to wash everything that it picked up became stuck on. After their detail, two step, and coating the car feels smooth to the touch, and shines like it’s brand new. It’s a 10 year old car so obviously it can’t be perfect but it’s close to it. They’re really great to work with I brought it in to get their opinion and we talked through it, I mentioned my budget and they stuck to it. It may seem expensive but, they spend days working on it and it’s a lot cheaper than any paint job you’d need to correct it. Overall, they get a great job and were super easy to work with.

My boyfriend used Bond’s and got my car detailed for me for Valentine’s Day. They did an AMAZING job!! My car has never been this clean and it was gross to begin with. I have a border collie that goes everywhere with me, so my car was full of dog hair and dirt. I play sand volleyball so the driver and passenger seats and floorboards had sand, food crumbs, and who knows what else… Anyways, you get the picture. Dont waste your money here they do half ass work. I paid $200 to have my car cleaned and they didn’t even steam clean my seats they did spot clean and it doesnt even look like they did much. The stains on my front seats look horrible I did give them 2 stars for how good the mats looked but disappointed big time in the overall look of my car, the seats and doors werent cleaned properly. Just doesnt look professional

In Jan right after Christmas and a surgical procedure, my car was stolen, but found and returned in a few days. My truck looks like a new truck .I booked an emergency clean because my dog threw up on my seat and man did it smell bad. They not only took care of the smell but cleaned it to an impeccable level. I work construction so my seats where stained my center console was pretty gross looking from where I rest my arm after long days of work and it all smells amazing and looks great. For exceeded expectations. On top of everything they were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. Would recommend and do plan on using again.

I hired Out & In Detailing to clean and detail my Lexus and I was absolutely amazed with the finished work outside and in. David and Vincent stayed in contact with me even before they arrived at my home as scheduled. David was so professional as to let me know that they were running according to schedule and would be arriving at my appointment on time, and so they did. They both received two recommendations. One from me now. The other from a passerby who commented that my Lexus looked like it just came from the showroom floor. I do have OCD, and my vehicle is one of my obsessions. They did a remarkable job outside and in. My car did in fact look even better than when I bought it off the showroom floor. They were very careful to discuss the industry-best products they would be using, the pricing and package I wanted before the appointment, and inspected the car with me to remedy any issues that I needed addressed after they were finished. I prefer to wash & detail self-serve car washes my “near me” search only caught car wash and McBees was an option clicking on it I received a $25 ultimately car wash and free iced coffee!!! The car wash was superb quality And the young eager service attendance were excellent!!! I feel like I stole something, especially since I could only give these kids a two dollar tip as I didn’t have any more cash on me😞. We made an appointment for Tuesday. They were supposed to arrive in the afternoon. I removed everything out of the vehicle to make it easy and made alternative arrangements for transportation. They were communicating up until an hour before they were supposed to arrive and then they ghosted us. We've made several attempts to text and call to no avail. This place comes highly recommended so this is strange or maybe it's just not a big ceramic and so it's not worth their time.

My husband Kurt asked Gaines Detailing on Illinois Avenue if they could power wash the undercarriage of my car. Owner Rodney said they could- their next door neighbor is Classic Whips auto body shop and they had a lift he could use. We called Thursday and were told the lift hadn't been available so the car wasn't done. We drove over there late Thursday afternoon to get our garage door opener (which we'd left in the car accidentally). We were shocked and horrified to see a bunch of paint over the passenger side rear wheel well was missing. The owner said, "Kurt, we're both businessmen. Things go wrong. You burn pizzas so you make new ones. I'll make it right." He told us he would have the car done by Saturday. I called again Saturday afternoon and an employee told me Rodney had made an appointment the following Monday to have the fender repainted next door at Classic Whips. Kurt immediately went there to talk to Rodney. Rodney told Kurt one of his employees, using a very powerful 300-degree steam cleaner, got too close to my car while working on something else nearby. Rodney said those machines were so hot that he could have removed all the paint from the car in a few minutes. Kurt told him he wanted to talk to Classic Whips and get references before any work was done. We planned to get several estimates from body shops we trusted, and assumed Rodney would pay for the damage. The car is a 40 year-old Rolls Royce with original paint and we needed someone who could accurately match the Mason Black color. On his way home, Kurt stopped in at Perry Collision Center on the next block. He showed the photos he'd taken and Perry gave Kurt a rough estimate of $2,000 to fix it. We went back to get my car on Monday afternoon, February 26. It was parked out front and Kurt looked underneath. He rolled out from under it with big clods of dirt in his hand- it had not been cleaned. When we went into the office, the woman behind the counter gave us our keys, a bill for $245 and an envelope. Rodney charged $95 for the wash and wax, and $150 for power spraying the underside. In the envelope was a $400 check for "Paint Peel." We asked to talk to Rodney. Kurt is a reasonable, non-confrontational guy. Kurt said, "Look Rodney, this is just a nightmare for all involved but we want to do the right thing." He again told Rodney he wanted to get several estimates before we repainted the fender. Rodney blew up. He told Kurt Classic Whips would do it for the $400, would guarantee the work, and that's all he'd pay. He then said the paint was already bubbled on that fender when we brought the car in. When Kurt tried to talk, Rodney just yelled over him. Kurt was gobsmacked by Rodney's outburst and just stood there. Then Rodney told us to forget the bill for the wash and wax and power cleaning. He yelled that we should just take the check, leave, and not come back. And if we wanted to hire an attorney, he'd see us in court. This was a horrible and extremely disappointing event. The car has been my daily driver for 21 years and we know every square inch of it. The paint was not bubbled in that area. We understand that accidents happen but Rodney made several big errors as far as we're concerned. He should have let us know immediately when the car was damaged. We now believe Rodney was hoping to stall us until he could have his friend next door repaint it and hope we didn't notice. It was Rodney's bad luck that we turned up unexpectedly to get our garage door opener. He should have allowed us to choose where to have the damage repaired. He should not have lied about the condition of the paint, especially since he'd already admitted to Kurt that his steam cleaner did the damage. He should never have lost his temper and been so rude when Kurt was calm and actually quite forgiving when we first asked to talk to him. All Kurt wanted was someone to power wash the undercarriage and now we'll be dealing with hundreds of dollars of additional expense and inconvenience when we do decide where to have it repaired. We'll never take another car to Gaines.

My goodness, Paul did an amazing and timely job on my newly purchased used SUV. The previous owners had a pretty bad sticky gummy mess inside everywhere. He did amazing in the amount of time I had to give him. Went above and beyond. Please give Paul a call. He's Great!!

He was able to get me taken care of immediately. Was able to give a quote right over the phone., picked up my car and dropped it back off. Although timing was a little off, he went beyond what was expected. Also, did it cheaper than any quote I got from other online providers.

The two young men who own this business and came to detail my car did an exemplary job, and at a reasonable rate. It’s honestly as though I have a brand new car in the garage afterwards! The 2017 SUV was grubby… now the leather seats are supple and spotless and the carpet looks as if it’s been shampooed. Every single surface is polished clean. The entire transaction, from booking through cleaning and payment, was handled with efficiency and professionalism. It was the kind of experience you frankly seldom get these days. I would enthusiastically recommend M&W for your car detailing needs!

Aron was fantastic to work with. He was able to get me in quickly. Picked my car up and brought it back which was fantastic. The less I have to worry about the better. The interior cleaning was great. I was most impressed with the engine. My engine was nasty and when I popped the hood to do some maintenance I was blown away. You can tell he put a lot of effort in. I would recommend Central MO Detailing to anyone looking to have their car detailed. The price was great too.

Aaron (and his assistant) did a fantastic job on my car! He was friendly, very accommodating, and he made sure it was ready by the time I needed it to be. He even followed up after the sale! My son had taken his to another detailing place several months prior, and they took a day and a half to finish it, even though he was told it would only take about 3 hours. Never again! We will use Central MO Detailing for all of our detailing needs going forward.

Had an agreement that they could finish a 12 passenger van by 2pm if we dropped it off at 8am. When they finally got done at 3pm the van was still dirty on the outside, full of dust streaks and lines from water dripping. Left dirty muddy foot prints all over the step bars and was very pricey for the work that wasn’t done. Will not be going back and would not recommend.

This location is the best of the locations in Columbia. Always friendly and the car wash is always correct. Some of the other locations you don't get the right one even with the membership. I enjoy having a location so close. Being able to use the rags and getting air fresheners and the vacuums is great. The staff never looks annoyed at being outside regardless of the weather.

I have never had a car wash experience like this before, I was thoroughly surprised by all the courteous and polite staff members. I felt so genuinely welcomed, and the stations that were available to vacuum your car were spacious. The vacuum was super powerful, plenty of towels and free windex!! The state of the art mechanics and solutions used to clean your car was to me the best ever, made me feel like I was in an amusement park ride!! All that for $12!! Can’t wait for next Tuesday!!

Mike’s Attention to Detail is aptly named and Mike provides extraordinary service. My Atlas was fresh off a beach vacation and all of the sand and grime that entails, along with your typical kid-created mess, and now it looks new!! Mike came to my office at a time convenient to me. He took his time and cleaned every inch of my car. It’s sparkling inside and out—I’m impressed to say the least! I pulled the trigger a little faster on buying a new car and didn’t have time to get the trade in cleaned up like I wanted. Mike fit me in quickly and the results were phenomenal! It was cleaner than when I bought it brand new. I think his motto should be, “Like the kids were never there!” But seriously, he’s professional, thorough and really takes his time to make sure it’s done right.
