If it matters to keep your ride protected and clean, with Much less maintenance time on your part, reach out Billings Auto Detail. I'm very glad to have invested in their local business. I was in the process of getting a Very Large van [22ft long x 9ft tall], and without having my own home or garage to wash it, I needed "help". Imagine the time to wash, brush, scrub, rinse and dry this without a Really Good Wax. I heard of Ceramic coating, like a Permanent Wax, and after a bit of local research, I found Conner and Austin through social media. I had questions, doubts, and hesitant of the expense. But, I did see the Vehicle work and read reviews of both Conner and Austin's prior detailing companies, and after our in-person meet, I do Not regret moving forward with the 10yr Borophene coating coated on 02-13-2024. I've had a month and about 3,000 miles of winter road and grime driving. And Man!, she's Soooo easy to clean and now has a rich Deep Gloss look! I've only Soaped and Rinsed in carwash bays....NO Brush or hand scrubbing! Done in under 8 minutes!! The grime washes right off! Didn't want to spend the usual $200+, so called and asked if they could only do my windows and I'll pay $40. They offered for FREE people !!!!! I went and Hunter did all my windows perfect, then he got the Vacuum Cleaner, emptied my Trash in my car and Vacuumed for FREE !!!!! Then I asked him, can you clean my front panels plus buttons etc etc And I'll pay you total $100, and he said SURE !!!!! Then he got a STEAM CLEANER and finally after total 40 minutes since I first came in, my car was as good as my NEED required, so I didn't want to spend $220 is the point for a complete detail taking 180 minutes, but for only 40 minutes while having a very nice conversation plus all the work, I was very happy to offer $100 cash and he was happy to accept !!!!! This is the main point of life, good, kind people that have feelings for a guy who is homeless living out of my car for 3 years. It just gets me overwhelmed how dirty it keeps getting. But before you think I can't afford things and not have a wealthy story of my own, have a look at the attached photo of my car regarding this very overall wonderful beyond wonderful EXPERIENCE !!!! Hunter gave me his phone number to go shoot pool sometime and me being new to Billings from Dallas, how to get a rental Trailer so I can overcome Montana No Smoking Laws regarding cigarette smoking indoors, for all this including shooting pool and free domicile legal advice, the $100 I gave for 40 minutes of time is what it's all about !!!!! Usually, though, this place is booming, and the parking lot is always packed. I brought in a vehicle we intended to sell for a full detail. Having kids, using this as a daily driver, two dogs, and being the middle of winter, this rig was pretty dirty. Getting the time to clean it up during the freezing months was not going to happen any time soon too. The job Mars did was worth EVERY. PENNY. When I received my Explorer back, it was pristine like it had come off the dealership showroom floor. The care they took into making sure ALL of my concerns were address was outstanding. Kinda disappointed. The man was very nice over the phone. Price was reasonable but service was mediocre. I sent pictures before bringing my vehicle in to show what condition the car was in and asked specifically for the roof to be cleaned.. roof was not cleaned at all plus I felt when I shampooed my vehicle it came out wayyyyyy better..kinda sucks because I was looking forward to it, paid money, and now it looks like I'll have to work on the cleaning also.All the other reviews said they were good at getting stains up, but not in my case. I have had many cars detailed in the past , Paid for full interior and exterior treatment. Interior looked somewhat better, didn’t shampoo seats like promised, still had marks and they were even damp if they did. Questioned about exterior and was told you have to pay additional money to have buffed it was just waxed and washed. Looked horrible. Rims still had dirt on them. I do a better job when I was myself. Then to top it off I was in waiting room for over an hour waiting, they saw me there, had the nerve to call me to tell me the car was ready, rather then just come out to tell me. Horrible Job and customer service!!!!Stay away

Jim was very professional and help us out by reinstalling body trim on our 07 Mercedes that someone installed with what looked like super glue which fell off the car when we drove it one winter day , he got it in and out quickly Even though he had to get all the super glue off the car and the parts that fell off, luckily none of the parts got bent when they came off and we were able to reuse them. He charged a fair price and the car looked great again, the reason we chose him was he did a great job on another vehicle a friend had him do and it turned out great. I recently worked with Autotrim to put a new grill guard on the front of my truck. I worked with a guy named Brandon we discussed over the phone what grill guard I wanted, the quote, and when to bring my vehicle in. He wanted payment before I brought the truck down for the grill guard. So after payment was arranged and I brought the truck down I found out the grill guard wasn’t the one we agreed on over the phone, it was a different one with a wench attachment that I didn’t ask for. Now I come to find out from my Yellowstone bank app that I was charged $300 more than I was quoted over the phone. I called Autotrim and talked to Brandon and I explained my situation and how I believed I was over charged for a grill I didn’t ask for. I and now notified about a 3.5% interest for credit card uses I wasn’t made aware of before all of this. Overall this was truly an upsetting experience, I would not recommend this auto repair place to anyone. I believe I was cheated and I regret this whole ordeal because I didn’t take necessary steps to prevent this so I suffer the consequences. This place conned me and I won’t forget it.

Terrible experience here. Came here on a Wednesday. Took the morning off of work for tint. 4 hours later with bubbles everywhere and the banner not sticking I wasn’t very pleased. 3 days, 12 hours in total and still have terrible looking windows and no banner. Banner was cut unevenly, not sticking to the windows. I called them and I talked to Mike. Mike told me “just whenever you’re in town again, bring it by and we can fix it for you at no cost”. Except it did cost me. I took ANOTHER day off of work for MIKE TO NOT EVEN BE THERE. He’s there Mondays-Thursday. So I plan for ANOTHER DAY FOR TINT. I get there at 9 am. I tell them abt the windows and the banner. They say “we will get this taken care of” 5 1/2 hours later, passenger window has bubbles at the bottom, in the middle, and the driver side window wasn’t touched at all. 5 1/2 hours for them to fix the one passenger window. STILL NO SUNSTRIP. I did get a refund for the terrible attempt on the banner. Thank god. 3 trips 180 miles round trip each trip. Not helpful. They Disregard everything you say to them. Water streaks all over the doors. The owner(me) had to clean everything up afterwards. Highly suggest going somewhere else for tint. Took them over 30 minutes to wipe the door down just to have it as dirty as it was when it came back to me after tint.

After being repeatedly turned away by body shops for work needed done on my glorious Corvette, Southside agreed to do the work right away. Steve and Mitch were really upfront and helpful. Would be a return customer! Update: Got about $3500 (cash) work done on my 50k mile '97 Corvette -the hood and driver side fender are not flush (it looks pretty bad), the paint didn't blend well with existing and to top it off, the parts I kept that were removed from the car were set in the back hatch area and left 2 huge grease stains on the carpeting. Had this been a random, higher mileage car, not a big deal, but this is my low mile, good condition Corvette. C'mon man. If I ever sold the car, any potential buyer would be highly concerned with these defects- not to mention that every time I drive it, I can see the hood sitting above the fender. I should've looked it over better upon receiving the car back, so that's on me. Will be contacting them with these issues upon returning to town.

I had one piece of equipment detailed here. The driver had a dog. I asked them if they would be able to get it to clean, It was only 6 months old. The equipment not the dog. I asked them to not use anything to make any services shiny inside of the vehicle. Just clean it. I went and picked it up and they charged me double with they quoted me on. And didn't even get it clean. There was still dog hair everywhere, all they did was spray some stuff to make the services shiny and wiped it with a rag. All in all I had to wait to post the review because of how irritated I was over it. I would rather spend my money with local businesses, but when they treat other locals like this it's not worth it.

I love this car wash. Always leaves my car sparkling even with the cheapest wash. If you have a lot of mud on your car, they will let you go through a second time without charge to make sure it is all removed. This is perfect for our Montana winter. I used Magic Touch for a couple years and after my wife started using Metro Express I decided to give them a try. So I took my Bronco through once and it did a TERRIBLE job. It was caked with mud, but it should still get clean, right? Nope. The bottom of the door sills was still dirty especially behind the rear wheels. The whole back looked like they didn’t even try. The spare tire sticks out, but even that didn’t get clean. Magic Touch takes longer but the reason is that a real true human being power washes the entire thing before you even drive though the actual car wash. Human beings also hand wipe it down at the other end. This place is all automated so you don’t get any of that, all you get is a person with a little paddle telling you to put it in neutral. Then it got worse. I had signed up for the $29.99 monthly special, and asked for my money back. Again, nope. A single car wash costs FREAKING 25 DOLLARS so all they would do was refund me the $4.99. Oh boy the guy heard about that (at that point I was not very pleasant) but refused to budge. So not only does your car not get clean but their customer service is equally bad. Do yourself a huge favor, stay away from this place.

Given the price, I found it very off-putting that the app they used to swipe my card suggested I leave a tip. $400 to clean my car and you can't pay your staff? I might as well start tipping the cashier at the grocery store. Probably will look elsewhere next time.

$550 service “sellers package” is embarrassing. Many areas of the car were never touched or wiped down, the leather seats were conditioned but not cleaned so there is a greasy, grit all over every surface and the leather is still very dirty. The interior headliner fabric was never touched, not even wiped. Even the most common areas such as the door handles, door compartments, seatbelts, and rear view mirror were totally overlooked. I don’t believe the back was even cleaned (see photos) the 3rd row was simply opened and the seats were conditioned. These items would be standard cleaning in a regular car service and I expected as much in a high end “detailing” service. I contacted the owner before posting and Conrad has suggested the car got dirty within an hour of me leaving his business. I find this statement is extremely unprofessional. He made statements that this is “the worst car” he’s ever “detailed” which I disagree with wholeheartedly. Our car is used as a family vehicle and we do have kids and also dogs with a lot of fur - I would never expect every last hair to be out of that car. Most importantly, the dog hair left behind is not a complaint I have with the service- the untouched areas and dirt left behind is not acceptable. The owner sited that the fully removable carpets were difficult to clean and while I find them cleaned throughly they were left soaking wet, dripping in my car, covered in a grease/water mixture and I was not notified they may be wet still and should be removed to dry completely. I run my own small business and prioritize patronizing small businesses, but given the result of the detailing I purchased I would not recommend this business, especially for the cost and the result received. Very disappointed with this business. I had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance to get my Audi Q5 detailed. When I showed up to drop my car off, I was told that they were "overbooked" and I'd have to reschedule. Now I understand that these things happen, but to not extend me a simple communication upon learning of this overbooking (it was quite obvious that the gentleman in the office wasn't even aware of my appointment, as I had to pull out my phone and show the text message confirmation I received). I rearranged my work schedule and made arrangements to be "carless" for a day due to this appointment, which is difficult for me to do given my work schedule and other personal commitments. Had I known even that very morning that I had to reschedule and not discovered this fact out upon arrival to drop off my car would have been a hassle for me, but acceptable. The fact I show up to a scheduled appointment to be turned away and told "sorry about your bad luck" is beyond unacceptable. I do not recommend using this business

THE best automatic car wash in Great Falls hands down. I'm always getting a sleek rinse and dry every time! My tires always looking shiny after the wash too :) I personally like this location because their vaccuumes are always operational and strong, so it's nice to get a quick interior clean right after. Staff are always polite here and the location is never trashy (no litter, area always looks clean and welcoming). Thanks for your business in the summer months 👍

I only use Fast Car Wash. Issue.. don't follow a pickup fresh out of the mud bog.. I got mud on tires, when I drove away the mud from the other guy splatted my car.. I went down to the other Fast Car Wash and had to run through the wash again...they charged me. I'll still go back.. I'm just frustrated on this one trip through. 99.9% their awesome.. brush free..

(DON'T BOTHER WITH THEIR PREMIUM WASH, IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY, IT TRUTHFULLY MIGHT BE THE EXACT SAME WASH!) I have been going to this place for 30 years and normally I only get the basic wash after my car is very dirty and/or has lots of bugs all over the front. Usually, but not always they do a decent job for the $10 that you pay (Which is now $13) because for that amount I don't believe you should expect greatness. However today my car wasn't very dirty, just very dusty and spotty from the rain because it had been sitting for a couple weeks after I hand washed it really well. So today I thought I would have them do their BEST wash because it would be simple for them to rinse the car off and then apply a little wax/polish to help it shine a little more then when I simply hand washed it. For $20 I thought at the very least it would look as good as it did two weeks ago, but hopefully even a little better. When I got home and looked around my car, not only was I wrong on both accounts, it actually only looks slightly cleaner. How is that possible for a $20 BEST WASH?! (To be honest, the wash service I got looked exactly the same as all the $10 jobs I received in the past.) I am sure I could bring it back and argue with them about it, and then I would get the same crew screwing up the same easy job they had in the first place wasting my time twice in one day. If I had that kind of time I would have done it myself again. It's crazy how prices go up, but what you get for that price simply goes down. I don't do a lot of these reviews, but today I am so irritated I feel compelled to share my thoughts. In the past I would have given them mostly 3 to 4 stars for their basic wash because it's never been great, but the price was reasonable and they were quick. Today I would say one star is being generous!

No complaints and the bronco hard top didn't leak surprisingly lol. First time ever doing a auto car wash but overall not awful stop gap from a hand wash for sure. ( Tire shine was me)

We have a cabin in the mountains and really mud up our vehicle. Before putting it in storage after wach trip, we always use this place to clean her up. They have free vacuums, floor mat washers, and they give us a wet clith with which to wipe the interior surfaces as we progress thru the wash. Then the employees hand dry the exterior, making certain to get the door jambs, etc. This place is the best!

I've known Dennis a long time now and trust me when I say that he provides quality work at a reasonable price. This time around I had him hook me up with a chrome delete and nearly a complete Expel Paint Protection Film. This was a ton of work, two full days and I could not be happier with the outcome. Only took three weeks to get in with him, well worth the wait. Him and his sons are quality and take great pride in their work and care of your ride. Do yourself a favor and give this guy your business, you wont regret it.

I had a problem with my battery draining recently, we had checked many different possible reasons. My son mentioned it could be my car starter so I took it to Auto Trim Design where I had purchased it and they found the culprit, corrected it, and it was a great experience. I used a credit card to wash my vehicle and was overcharged. My final payment said 2.50 cents for the two or three minutes it was used and I was charged 10$. They stole 8.50 cents from me and so far I haven’t been able to reach anyone to find out why I was overcharged or if there is anyway to get a refund. If you use this car wash I recommend that you only use coins to pay so they cannot overcharge you for your car wash. They put a 10$ service fee for using a credit card but it goes away after a few days and you are not charged the money only what you are supposed to pay.

Very impressive. I was greeted respectfully, and they were hands-on once they got going. I was amazed by their attentiveness to detail, very meticulous. The Drivers waiting area is clean and well kept with touches of fragrance in the bathroom. They have definitely gone above and beyond to make your experience a joyous one. Though my truck was in a bad state coming from out of the snow, they did step up to the occasion and did a fantastic job. Great going, guys !

Holy guacamole 10/10 would recommend. My car was so crusty and gross inside from taking it camping so much the past 2/3 years. They performed some kind of witchcraft and my car is brand spanking new. Not a spec of dirt or crud to be found. I really don’t know how they did it. I’m so impressed it was totally worth every penny. They also did a ceramic coat and it’s so pretty and shiny it looks photoshopped in real life. Y’all are the best in the west, many many thanks from me and my Yeep 💛

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Bozeman Pro Detail! My vehicle, unfortunately, spends a lot of time outside and is exposed to the elements. I did some research into protective coatings, and ceramic coatings really seemed to be the best option for a protective coating. After doing more research, Bozeman Pro detail kept coming up as a great place to get that done. I got in contact with Ethan at Bozeman Pro Detail, and he took the time to explain their different ceramic coating packages, services, and prices. He also followed up with a great and informative email after my initial phone call. Once I decided on a package and emailed him back, he made it so easy to set up a time to have the ceramic coating done. Also, the week before I was supposed to get my car coated, someone door dinged my car and left a decent-sized scratch in it. I sent Ethan a picture not long after it happened in hopes that he could fix it when I brought it in for the ceramic coating, and he assured me that they could! The day of the appointment, it was so easy to drop my vehicle off, and everything went really smoothly. It looked AMAZING when I went to pick it up. The scratch is barely visible and the coating really shines! I can tell it is quality work! Ethan also detailed my car, and it looks so wonderful on the inside too! He was even able to get some pesky sticker residue off of the interior of my windshield (which I forgot to mention, so that just shows the attention to detail!). Overall, I am very impressed by the quality service, attention to detail, fair prices, and great communication offered by Bozeman Pro detail. I would definitely recommend them!

I HIGHLY recommend bringing your car to these folks to get your car detailed. Oh my, I’ve never seen my old Tacoma shine like this. I brought it to them to get a professional detail before selling my truck. When I brought it in, the paint job looked like it was “matte finished,” I don’t think I polished it more than once in the 11 years I owned it. The interior was also pretty ragged, like a mountain truck can look like. Dan and Ashley worked out a level of detail package that fit within my budget, and promptly worked on it. When I picked it up, I couldn’t believe it was my truck! I could see a shiny glow in my paint again! Unreal! And the interior looked and smelled like a new car! All in all, I’m so happy I was able to get an appointment In with this crew… I sold my truck for a good amount more than I ever would’ve imagined. I will DEFINITELY be bringing the new Taco in this spring for a post-winter sparkle. Thank you!!!

UPDATE: Justin reached out to me and explained the lack of communication experienced. Offered a discount for the headache caused, and reassured me his cooperation in getting my deposit on the initial appointment. I was not scammed as I had originally feared. I appreciated his honesty and offer of discount on services given the unfortunate circumstance. I would consider making an appointment with The Detail Shop again, and offering them a second chance. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If 0 stars were an option, I'd choose that. Made my appointment far out because of my availability. 2 weeks prior to the appointment I wanted to cancel, left a few voicemails with no response from their team. Drove up to their location (as per Google Maps), they're not there! Even UPS left a "sorry we missed you" sticker on the door, for them specifically. So they left quickly and quietly. I could not reach Justin, or anyone else for that matter, to receive my deposit back and confirm cancellation. Scam!

Brought in my Jeep Wrangler and it came out perfect! Not a spec of dirt on the inside. I thought the pricing was fair for just a standard interior detail, about $250. They did a great job detailing my 2007 Hyundai Tiburon. It was very dirty when they got it, and when they finished the car looked brand new. This was my first visit to this car wash as it's not especially convenient. I paid for the top option. While inside there seemed to be a problem and the wash stopped temporarily and restarted no problem. However I noticed when I went to vacuum the rear was basically untouched. I spoke to an employee and they gave me a free rewash immediately. However even after two washes it's not even close to clean. (Photos after the second wash) I won't be coming back here. Too many better options.

We have been members since they first opened. It’s a nice facility, they did a great job with how nice it looks and overall the car wash does good, it just doesn’t get every little nook and cranny. Overall we were happy with it and it was worth the membership price. Recently the past couple months however the car wash has been completely missing the rear of my car. There were no stops or emergency shut offs when I have gone through it (as this does happen sometimes), so that is not the cause of this. It’s becoming frustrating that the entire rear of my car is consistently being missed. This was never a problem before, so I’m not sure what’s happened the past couple months where it’s no longer being washed.
