If I could give negative -3 I would. I initially booked my vehicle and they kept my vehicle for almost 5 days. I planned on paying $3800 to have my entire car ceramic, the glass ceramic and the extra layer that goes on the hood. My car is an $80,000 BMW so I really wanted to protect it. when I called to pick up my car that following Monday, the receptionist told me “we’re really sorry, but there are other people that are trying to get their cars done. “ So basically, my car wasn’t done when I called five days later. Somehow, my car was magically done the next day! Not sure how they did that! So when I picked my car up, they said that they were only going to charge me $1800 and then acted like they Put the ceramic over the entire vehicle, etc., etc., and gave me a huge discount just for the Problems I don’t mind paying $3800, that’s what I intended on paying. But the truth is, they did a really crappy job on my car and I don’t think that they did ceramic on the window and it is nearly impossible to get the bugs off of my car after washing it twice. Keep in mind I have to hand wash my car now. I can’t take it through car wash. It’s impossible to get the dead bugs off! Furthermore ceramic pro does not list Reflectionz as an authorized dealer so how are you supposed to register your product? I’m now Going to have to take my car to somebody else to have it done properly and now go without my car again for another week. The pictures that I have attached are after washing my car twice!

Discovered on an FB ad and saw a number of positive comments. Needed to detail my dad’s cars as he’d been disabled for years and they were pretty neglected. Charles was quick to respond to every text, has very reasonable rates and really accommodating with schedule. A team of 3 arrived to detail my dad’s 2010 Corvette & 2007 Silverado and made them look brand new in no time. We opted to do extras like headlights, engine and headliners (totally worth it!) Zero stars. Paid Justin to detail my truck $600. When I looked at my truck it looked like a basic corner wash from the side of the road. So when I asked Justin about his work he became unhinged and began screaming and almost hit me with his truck peeling out with his kid in the vehicle. He then ran inside and grabbed a bag of trash and debris and threw it at my truck. Had to call the police and filled out a report with LVMPD. Pictures included. After reading your response Justin I have come to the conclusion that you are mentally unstable. Everything you responded with is a complete lie and you know it. We will see you in court. Photos don't lie. Hope that whatever you're dealing with in your personal life can resolve itself.

I started with a full ceramic treatment to the exterior of my brand new car. I had them treat the entire exterior including windows, wheels, and brake calipers. The car reflects like a mirror, and is easier to clean despite being a dark color! They showed me a video of them washing the car after the treatment and water just runs off of it! They did such a good job on the exterior, when they asked if I wanted to do a similar protective coating to all my interior leather surfaces, I had them do that too! I figured I wanted to protect my investment from the Vegas sun and any potential spills. I could not be happier with the job they have done at Royalty Auto Spa and I am very happy with all the services they have provided me. Every time I bring my car in, I feel like they enjoy working on it. I will continue to use them and look forward to trying their mobile services in the near future.

Absolutely love this place!!! After a few of my local military friends recommended this place, I decided to give them a try. Sin City Mobile Detailing really wowed me with their attention to detail both inside and outside my truck. They were even able to remove stubborn stains that had been there for years. These guys did a great job! Every detail was addressed . Very professional, knowledgeable, and wouldn't consider the job finished until I was completely satisfied. I needed more than just a simple detail, I needed to get the smoke from the previous owner out of the fabric in the seats and floor. Really came out perfect! Due to rain the next 2 days following the detail job they just did, I had paid a little extra for "rain protection" and glad I did. Great job by Lusso once again. I’ve had five different cars having exterior work done by Lusso with outstanding results each time. Didn’t hesitate to bring my newest, most expensive car…’24 Corvette E-Ray there to get paint correction, track package PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. Their PPF work is top notch, hard to see where it was applied. The ceramic coating is super shinny and smooth. Zack on the front desk is all about customer service. Brian the ceramic coating detailer is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and go to Lusso.

Been using this location and the Lake Mead location for months with my Tesla Model 3. I have a monthly plan, and use one of the locations once a week. UPDATE Owner reached out and paid for the pillar replacement and apologized for issue. They gracefully accepted feedback so they can do a better job next time. Definitely feel better using these guys now. Give them a try, I learned a lot about tint and ceramic coating. The coating looks amazing, just know it does have yearly maintenance but it's worth it. Tint done poorly. Pre service great. After service poor. Details: Mixed bag, other bad reviews are not wrong. Got a ceramic coat and window tint. I had a tighter schedule but the owner said it was fine and had someone stay late to get it done. Friendly in person. Got it to them one and a half hours before my appointment, they worked on it immediately. The bad: More expensive than other shops, but their ceramic coat has a warranty. (That costs additional 200 a year that was not mentioned on their website or in person.) When I picked up my car they closed an hour early so I had to text them. My car interior had some damage that wasn’t there before and they said they “didn’t see it”. They sent my car to another shop but did notify they were moving my car. The tint is… lighter than expected and full of bubbles big and small. I had to ask for the after care instructions and they no longer do the welcome kit. Inside of tinted windows was very dirty and I had to gently clean it off to see during the sunset. Drips from water were on my car screen and steering wheel. My insurance notified me of “aggressive turning and harsh breaking” when they moved it to another shop and back. Additional: I did ask if it would be a better idea to schedule a week later so they had more time but they said it was fine. Small bubbles I’m not counting because they are supposed to “work themselves out”. For $3520.00 (+200 a year for warranty) I am unsatisfied and I recommend looking elsewhere. I did contact them and they did respond but “we didn’t see any damage and oh well email you the care instructions” is all. 3/5 I will update if issues are corrected or ignored. 3 stars and not 1 because the coating appears /perfect/ on all exterior surfaces and outer glass. (Added two external wide photos) Ceramic pro “elite” dealer? Not from my experience.

What an amazing experience!!! I went here to Buggy Bath Car Wash recently because I really needed my entire car cleaned from the inside out. I believe that the price was very reasonable given how many staff all work together flawlessly to get the cars worked on and I see staff working on all the cars to get them moved through the line. I waited about 30 minutes from start to finish, which wasn't bad, especially given how dusty and simple dirty my car was. They did an excellent job on my windshield and all my windows. Got my car back looking so shiny and like new again. The tires have to be the best part! They cleaned them so well and my wheels and rims are still looking great despite it having rained a week or so later. I would for sure recommend this small business!!! Amazing service every time! Employees are polite and hardworking. The car was literally shining when it was finished. Great prices, quality products, and incredible attention to detail. The results always exceed my expectations and last for quite a long time, and the air fresheners smell so good! And, the leather seats were so buttery smooth and clean afterwards, I was so impressed. The car genuinely looked, felt, and smelled brand new again, it was so nice! Also, this company offers a large variety of services from shampooing, to ceramic coatings, to windshield chip repairs and headlight polishing. And because it is a Honda CRV I have no doubt it will be on the road a minimum of 5 years after my 15 year warranty expires. And because of Detail City's exceptional service I have every confidence that they will be around to service any future warranty claims I might have many years down the road! As an added bonus they even report the application of Iconrocklear to carfax ...so if any time in the future your car is involved in a wreck, and insurance gets to repair your cars bodywork the insurance pays to have the product re -applied to the affected areas. . And with the drivers in vegas that could save you $2000 or more in out of pocket expenses! Way to go guys! Detail City Rocks! Honest, informative, and FAIR! I wasn’t going to leave a review and be a Karen but since no one has responded to me, I shall. Just acknowledging these issues would’ve been enough- not even needing to fix them. I’m 8 months pregnant and needed it done and felt $150 for basic was decent. The quickly went to $199 when I discussed shampooing. I agreed to pay the $199 for full detail. Once here, they told me it would be an additional $75 due to my cars condition and time it would take I believe. My car was very dirty in the second row but it would be mainly vacuuming (thanks kids) but the other rows were not bad. I felt this was extreme but assumed if they needed extra time, obviously I get paying for that time. They finished in about two hours, which again the $199 would have covered that labor so that was frustrating. Other places offer $200 for 3 hours work and I thought this was the same. I felt they just wanted to up charge me because I was a woman and I was alone and needing it done with two kids I had to get back to inside. I thanked them once done and then checked it out later in the evening and I noticed the back cup holder areas were not even touched. There was a spill in one and I know they didn’t even attempt to clean it. I messaged them and they told me “oh yeah those areas are hard to get” and something by about scratching the plastic. But I paid for the steam cleaning which would’ve solved it. There were spots left on the seats and some of the sides. Also in between the seats had spots probably just from not being wiped throughly. And just a few crumbs here and there. Dont get me wrong- it looks wayyyyy better BUT for $275, I should not be 8 months pregnant climbing into the back of the SUV to steam clean a cup holder and wipe down seats/walls.

Peter and his team are amazing! He is a great communicator and he provides incredible customer service. I had a last minute request during a very busy time but Peter and his team squeezed us in and even came to our hotel to detail our rigs. The attention to detail was impeccable. Not sure what happened to this place, but it has really gone down hill. $50 for inside and out and trust in my 5-minute drive home I noticed all of the fingerprints that were not wiped off any of the windows, and the handle well of my driver side door was filthy. It's dark now and I can't see the rest of the car, but I'm sure there's other areas that I won't be happy about. Also, whatever they use to clean and condition the leather and vinyl in the car smells like a filthy dirty dish rag. It makes me want to vomit. Very disappointing. 😔

I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of care and attention given to my vehicle. I opted for the luxury executive plus service priced at $45, expecting top-notch results. However, upon receiving my keys, I was greeted by a strong foul odor emanating from the car, reminiscent of a dirty diaper. Even after a few hours, the smell persisted inside. During dinner with my family, I inspected the vehicle and was dismayed by the overall lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. For the price paid, I expected a much better job, especially considering I could get two car washes from mobile services for the same amount. The back seat was left dirty, the mud flaps barely touched, and the rims still had dirt and grime. Additionally, the interior was wiped down unevenly, leaving behind an oily residue and streaks. The rubber gaskets around the windows were completely neglected. Given that my car is relatively new with under 700 miles, I expected it to be an easy job to clean, mainly consisting of outside dirt from recent storms. However, the service provided was extremely poor and unprofessional. Overall, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. On top of the $45 I even tipped the guys $10 thinking it was a great job. It wasn’t.

I went back on 8/31/23 and I do not recommend their service or their degreaser product. A lady at the counter had attitude when I asked about their best degreaser for mechanic areas (oils). She seemed frustrated when I asked about their return policy if their degreaser didn't work. I did purchase their "best" 5 gallon degrease and I would never go back there again for that product and I wouldn't give them my business because of her bad attitude.

Zack with Raw Mobile Detailing has been nothing short than amazing to work with. Had both my 2nd and 4th gen Rams icon rockleared by him and his staff a they did a fantastic job. Discovered this Local gem through research, Was looking to maintain my car's paint beyond nornal means, I.E Hand washing and waxing, when necessary, I wanted to have a trustworthy professional to suit the needs of my beloved BMW's Exterior and Interior, searching here on Google, locally, I came across a local family owned buisness, VIP AUTO SPA! Sparked my interested through its website and its extensive information, excited, I sought more info, and shortly after, I was contacted by non other than Rob, A family man and proud owner of this excellent Auto Detailling buisness, he spoke to me whole heartedly, and shared with me his extensive services for detailing my car, it took me a whole year to finally decide to set up an appointment and finally take my car in to get a recent Spooky Special, I recieve texts occasionally on my phone for the latest deals and specials, and I was one of the first of 5 people to respond to the spooky special, which gave me a generous discount! So I set up the appointment via text very easily and responses back were timely, answering any questions regarding schedule and services. I was squeezed in on Friday and I was able to drop off my car as early as 8:30, given I work Nights, so that very morning I found the location in the the buisness park, in a very clean area, and very easy to locate, pulling in I found parking and checked in with the front desk, she was very patient and respectful, not much later I met Rob, finally! Excited he gave me a great tour of the facility and showed me some of the main services he and his team of professional provides, and eventually brought me to the garage where employees were working and making all the magic happen! My first impressions were beyond expectations, clean, organized, quality materials and equipment, everything to which I can happily say, am one happy client! Rob gave me complete assurance and even threw in an extra service for my windows on top of everything that was already discounted on the special! His dedication to his passions, his buisness and his family, really show by the quality of training and work ! My car was very dusty and dirty from my travels, and Rob and his team cleaned my car in a few hours and was promptly notified me when it was ready! When I arrived, My car was shiny and looked brand new! Rob also educated me and gave me reccomendations for future services and visits, Overall, I am absolutely impressed, by the quality of work, and the passion for excellent service, in regards to my loyalty, established! For them being a small team, they can be booked! I highly encourage to approach with flexibility, they have alot of work in a day and especially in the week! You allow them the time, Rob and his team will strive to go the distance and put a smile on your face! For the very moment you see your car, in pristine, like new condition, You will have to see it to believe it for yourself! Thanks Rob and team! You'll see me often for My BMWs Detailling needs!

UPDATE Owner reached out and paid for the pillar replacement and apologized for issue. They gracefully accepted feedback so they can do a better job next time. Definitely feel better using these guys now. Give them a try, I learned a lot about tint and ceramic coating. The coating looks amazing, just know it does have yearly maintenance but it's worth it. Tint: small bubbles will go and if the larger ones don't after a 3-4 weeks then they will fix that too. 5/5 Ask questions if you have them, sales team is new. -------- Original review for transparency: Cleaning and coating is done well. Tint done poorly. Pre service great. After service poor. Details: Mixed bag, other bad reviews are not wrong. Got a ceramic coat and window tint. I had a tighter schedule but the owner said it was fine and had someone stay late to get it done. Friendly in person. Got it to them one and a half hours before my appointment, they worked on it immediately. The bad: More expensive than other shops, but their ceramic coat has a warranty. (That costs additional 200 a year that was not mentioned on their website or in person.) When I picked up my car they closed an hour early so I had to text them. My car interior had some damage that wasn’t there before and they said they “didn’t see it”. They sent my car to another shop but did notify they were moving my car. The tint is… lighter than expected and full of bubbles big and small. I had to ask for the after care instructions and they no longer do the welcome kit. Inside of tinted windows was very dirty and I had to gently clean it off to see during the sunset. Drips from water were on my car screen and steering wheel. My insurance notified me of “aggressive turning and harsh breaking” when they moved it to another shop and back. Additional: I did ask if it would be a better idea to schedule a week later so they had more time but they said it was fine. Small bubbles I’m not counting because they are supposed to “work themselves out”. For $3520.00 (+200 a year for warranty) I am unsatisfied and I recommend looking elsewhere. I did contact them and they did respond but “we didn’t see any damage and oh well email you the care instructions” is all. 3/5 I will update if issues are corrected or ignored. 3 stars and not 1 because the coating appears /perfect/ on all exterior surfaces and outer glass. (Added two external wide photos) Ceramic pro “elite” dealer? Not from my experience.

Fantastic 5-Star service. My 4Runner has never looked better. I wish I would’ve done this sooner. Super professional and efficient experience. Jerrad was able to remove a small paint scuff and added a 1-Year ceramic coat to provide paint protection for the upcoming grimy Reno winter. Left my Jeep Grand Cherokee here late Friday to be detailed. Had planned to have detailed at Jeep in Reno but no response to my messages from Jeep. Brothers kept my Jeep inside for the night and did a fabulous job on the detail, much better than Jeep would have done. I barely recognized my car when I picked it up. It was a very reasonable price. I’ll be back again. You can also get a regular wash while you wait for $40.
