Overall, it was an easy and good experience & he was kind/easy to talk to. I've never had my car detailed before, and from a couple of years of using my car for yard work, I'd accumulated a lot of dirt. He was able to refresh my car to almost new! He initially quoted 4 hours but was done in about 2. From what I've seen of other detailing places in the area, he is a more moderate priced option. I did notice some very minor missed areas, like around the logo on the back, but overall, the car looked great.

Don’t even second guess it just go on ahead and head over to Best Carwash Detailing. I was blown away by the impeccable reviews for this business and decided to give them a shot. I was highly pleased and satisfied with the service. Mr. Walden walked me through the ENTIRE process and was very upfront about extra costs etc. I have an American Shepard dog that sheds uncontrollably. I could not even tell I had a dog because Mr.Walden and his counterpart cleaned and detailed my car back to new. My car looks like it did the first day I drove it off the lot. I have to admit the best part about his service is that he comes out to you, so you don’t have to do much but just open your car and let them work their magic. I am recommending ALL my family members and friends to Mr.Walden’s business. You can tell he cares about his customers and his business. He has just gained him a customer for life.

I took my 2012 Honda CRV to Mitch and his team for a cleaning/wash on 5/10/24. This was my first time using a detail service, I didn’t know what to expect of the results that I could possibly get when finished. The convenience of having the service in my work garage, made having the car detailed while I was working, so easy! My car looks brand new, the shine on the paint is just incredible, and I didn’t think was even possible given its age! All interior and exterior work was exceptional. I’ve been to this place a few times for oil changes and car washes, and while the prices are very reasonable and the services they offer are solid, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service. The oil change personnel are great—diverse, hardworking, and they get the job done well. However, the front desk staff could use some work. They seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves and focusing on their looks rather than expediting services or engaging with customers. Communication is also pretty minimal, which can be frustrating when you’re waiting and no one’s keeping you in the loop. Overall, if you’re looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly option, this place does the trick. But don’t expect much in terms of customer care beyond the basic services.

BRZ installed a sky blue PPF. They did an awesome job, new color looks great and get compliments everywhere I go. I’m a huge perfectionist and BRZ did a good job with the installation, there were a few tweaks but they scheduled me right away and made everything perfect. They really honor their work with an awesome warranty. They guys working their were very nice and personable. Easy transaction, car took about 1.5 weeks to complete, about 1 day off from their original estimate. Would use again for any future work, they do almost anything. Price was best in the area, I did lots of shopping around and found this to be the best financially and work was also good as you can see. So far I need to go back for a quick addition of PPF to the front lip of the car. That’s on me to schedule with them since I’m currently very busy guy.

The wash options are reasonably priced, with a good selection for different needs. I appreciated how quickly they got my vehicle in and out, but there were a couple of areas (like the wheels) that could have used a bit more attention. Canceled my membership after I showed proof of month payment because I didn’t want the sticker in the windshield but wanted it on the door instead! Wow. They wash it by hand and dry it by hand. For $10. I just fell in love with the color of my car all over again! They load it with soap.. hand wash preserves the paint.. dry it so thoroughly.. it's really worth the money. Plus, most of the staff is so nice! This is my go-to car wash from now on.

Debbie is a miracle worker! She made my Ford Escape look brand new after not having been cleaned for years. I have an English Bulldog, and she was still able to get out the vast majority of the hair. My car was FILTHY from years of smoking and generally from people spilling coffee on my seats. These are cloth seats, so they were very soiled. Debbie went above and beyond to make my car look pristine. She got rid of the nastiness… wish I had before photos. It was BAD! The prices were beyond reasonable and I had my car back in a day. Dropped off wed afternoon had it back Thursday at 1 pm. Overall, very nice lady and very beautiful work. So pleased!!!

Artur and his team saved me when, long story short, my friend and I tried to self-cure some micro-scratches on the hood and ended up with serious holograms. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable, helping me understand how we caused the holograms and thoroughly walked me through the process to correct. After an initial wash, they were better-able to point out the issues and kept me updated throughout each stage. I dropped the car off at 9 am and they called me 24 hours later to let me know I could pick up. The entire car looks impeccable and the hood completely restored. I'm beyond impressed and highly recommend.

We moved from San Jose to Jersey City and my car was towed in winter in open container (attached pics). Yasseff looked into the car and did thorough detailing. I have done detailing in many places and they always miss few spots in corners for one or other reasons. Yassef worked on all spots manually and great attention to detail. You can see it runs, under the trunk door. No place is left to chance. Also he has amazing knowledge and is genuinely passionate. He was very kind and humble. Diama took care of the schedule to accommodate me and was very nice with prompt follow ups. Genuine people nice to talk to. This is my go to place for detailing in JC from now on. I found these guys when they first started out , literally detailing outside. I was skeptical, but I had an appointment and wasn’t going to just cancel. Well fast forward 3 months later and my truck and girls Jeep has not been to any other wash. The crew goes above and beyond and they go over every little detail even on a basic exterior wash. I have been getting my car here for past 6 months, they always do a fine job! I have recommended to a friend as well who owns a merc & he too liked the car wash service here. My strategy is to get the car washed here & wax myself at home. One watch out is the long waiting (especially on weekends). I have been here early in the morning thinking I'll be the first customer, but no sir... there were 5 cars lined up already. Anyway, the long wait times only signal the quality here. Last thing, just align the price before you get in. I think they charge $28 & $35 depending on size of the car. I wish they vaccummed trunk as well for the price (it's a small effort, but would be a nice touch)

Updating my review. James and his staff do excellent work both on the inside and outside of my vehicle. I came to them most recently needing the inside cleaned. Additionally I had some stuff that spilled on the side of my car when I had it parked on the street. Turns out that substance was cement powder. Love it here! There is never a long wait and they do a great job for the price. The guys there are so nice and I look forward to coming in and saying hi whenever I bring my car. My side mirror broke while I was there (not their fault what-soever, I glued it on cheaply and the water just loosened the glue) and they were super apologetic and offered to buy me a new mirror which I declined. They did however get adhesive and help me reglue the mirror on and gave me a card for a free wash!! I've never experienced such accommodating customer service. Since moving to the area, I will literally never go anywhere else!! They do everything I don't have the time or energy to do. I get so excited to come here lol. I needed a car wash but not a vacuum. So I drove up and said exterior only. It was 10. I looked at the receipt and notice tires weren't included, it was 3 more. Fine, I added that. I didn't know I also should have asked to clean the windows because that's not included either. They told me they don't clean the windows with the package I had. I left with foggy/streaky windows and a bad wash job.

There was a short line. It moved fast. You get to stay in your car the whole time. It was a fun ride while inside. The soapsuds went everywhere. They power wash the soap off. The blower air my car quick. Then I was out side. They vacuumed and hand wash my car mats. You go inside to pay. There was a small store with lots of smelly things to buy. Just check out the videos. Drive past and drive in.

Paid for silver, says it includes vacuum what they fail to mention is that it's all self-service so I paid almost $20 to wash my own car. My car is still dirty on the outside. They don't wipe the interior at all. Never come to this kind of a car wash it's a complete disappointment. Hand car wash is really the only way to go. I recommend Martin car wash in Union City. This is definitely not the good place. I feel like I just pissed away $20.

Poor experience. TLDR: Good service, hours so bad it's difficult to utilize if you have an 8-5. Randomly changes hours during the winter without notice. What it is: Its an automatic car wash machine. And then two guys at the end with cloths to remove excess water. You get an EXTERIOR car wash. Then self-service vacuum stations. Cons: Terrible hours - Closes at 6pm. Everyone and their mother gets there right after work. Good luck getting a wash if you get off at 5. Randomly changes hours - Does so without notifying members or posting signs. Took off work early to get a car wash during the winter to rinse off the salt, only to find out they were closing early indefinitely because of "daylight hours"... - Because of this limited hours, weekends are SLAMMED. Expect to wait on the highway for about 20 minutes before you can get in the lot Pros: - Staff is great - Wash is decent enough for de-bulking most of the mess. - Vacuum stations at the end where you can both vacuum and clean the last 10% of your car - Offer an undercarriage wash (critical with the salted roads)

Gave this car wash a try yesterday and I wish I didn’t. The vacuumed the inside washed the outside but clearly didn’t clean what actually needed to be cleaned. left my seats and doors dirty. I even left the middle console down in the back seat so they could wipe it down and they didn’t. Waste of $25

I went to this car wash because I thought it was really good and I saw reviews that they were. I got a full detail and tints all around. I paid 500 dollars which was money down the drain. They did a horrible and I mean a horrible job. All they did was wipe every thing down on the inside and just a simple wash on the outside. There was a stain on the headliner of the car and stains on the carpet. When I brought the car back I asked him did you clean the headliner he said yea which was a lie because the stain was still there. I asked him do you steam the carpet he said yea which was another lie. The tints were pealing on the two back side windows and it was not properly cut. I would never ever bring my car back or recommend this spot to anyone. If they do not know you personally or if you do not have any fame to your name they do not care about your car.

I have asked for detail cleaning including the seats. Confirm with front desk that they are gonna wash the seats or not. After its done, I see it’s just cleaned not washed. When asked about washing, they said its a different service and will cost another $120 on top of detailing which is $70. Waste of time and money. Its not even detailed properly. Still see dust on seats and corners are not even clean.

I met Tom probably 8 months ago truth a friend recommendation which is in general a good thing. When I met Tom the first time he is straight forward in an professional way as a Mechanic. He did couple upgrades on my Audi like x-pipes, intake, stage 2 tune also upgrade my brakes performances. I have no issues till this day ! I am always pleased with the service I receive for my car. Due to medical reasons, I had to get my windows tinted and I think they did a great job! I could always trust the team here that they would do a reliable job. Plus, they put this plastic near your inspection stickers so it doesn’t damage your tint work. I just also found out that they have a special film to protect the paint on my car. Since I drive on highways quite a bit, I am planning on getting this special film on my hood and headlights. Felix and his crew are simply unbelievable! When I first reached out to Felix, I wanted to see if I could test drive a Lotus . he replied by saying when do you wanna come by and drive it we chose a date and I arrived. Everything was outlined and explained and I was off. after driving this car for a couple hours, I decided that this was gonna be my next car. I even asked him if he was willing to sell the one I drove! after researching for about a week, I decided to purchase one that I found out in Long Island. I brought the car back to Felix and his guys and they did an amazing job with PPF. They are knowledgeable and experts in their field. I had a little issue with some of the areas and they addressed them and redid them after the two week break in. The team was very professional, courteous and efficient. They did an excellent job of cleaning my really gross foot matts and vacuuming the crumbs, loose hair, and dried leaves from all the crevices in and around the car seats. They thoroughly cleaned the cup holders and the storage areas between the driver and passenger seats. It was amazing to have a dust free dashboard and instrument panel! My car smells brand new! Being a car enthusiast, I take pride in my cars being clean. This is the ONLY spot that washes my cars and the level of quality and service is unmatched. Staff members are top notch, and the best in town. They also have incentives for getting X amount of washes before you get to a free wash! Just be sure to ask for your card when you go. They honestly did such a good job with my car. I had just gotten a used car and it was in terrible condition. The inside was disgusting with caked on filth literally everywhere, the seatbelts even had what looked like mold, and there were stains on almost every surface. They took my dirty old car and made it look brand new! I'm so glad I booked with Eddie. He's very kind and accommodating. I brought my CR-V to him with stains from transporting food for a party, and from my nephew putting his feet everywhere but on the floor in my car. Lol. So very easy to set up appointment, let them know what kind of car you have and your location, set up appt. Fabio came and did a bang up job on my older SUV and made it look new. I would definitely recommend these guys! They are a bunch of hungry younger kids who know what they are doing. I had an emergency where my car had vomit and they came the same day! Did an excellent job on the interior and although it got darker as they were cleaning, they told me if anything was missed to please reach out to them and they would come out the following day. Prices have gone up over the years, which given all the updating they’ve done and just the economy in general isn’t an issue. Unfortunate experience when I took my fiancé’s car last week though, I went to the grocery store right after and did a walk around in the parking lot only to find several blue streaks from soap, spots were still dirty, had to wipe it all down myself at home because I couldn’t wait 45 mins again for the rewash I’m sure they would offer (3 day guarantee) and I don’t have time to go during the week. Shame :(

WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN!! The place wasn’t even packed & they didn’t properly clean my car. There was still dirt on the floors & crumbs in the cup holders. I asked one of the guys to come please clean it well & he made a face & said I had to wait for someone else to come clean it & managed to still leave it dirty. I got a basic wash but I would still expect for them to clean it well.

The men working at the carwash area (in the evening) are VERY rude towards the women clientele! Any time I go there during evening hours they get upset and short with you! The one attendant at the end of the car wash signaled to me to move forward and I put the vehicle in Drive and proceeded slowly. And then he got angry with me for not having it in Neutral? It was AT THE END when they were drying off my car. This isn’t the only instance. I understand working outdoors, especially during the winter, is challenging, but they have to keep in mind why they’re there. This is a constant problem with their night-shift employees. I have had enough and decided to post this review. It doesn’t make a customer’s experience there very pleasant and it’s unacceptable.

Paulison Car Wash, This is hands down the best car wash I’ve ever experienced. For just $33, they provide a thorough cleaning inside and out. When I reported the issue, the unnamed manager suggested I contact the police, demonstrating unprofessional customer service. I strongly advise against using this establishment.

MUST bring your car to Pure Auto Werkz. John did an amazing work on my STI. The front end paint protection film, window ceramic tints, ceramic coating, paint correction and wheels powder coating were done professionally. They also detailed inside, outside, underneath and in the engine bay making my 20 year old car look as if it was brand new. John and his team are very professional and work on a lot of higher end vehicles. The shop is very clean and organized. I highly vouch for this shop to anyone who is looking for work done to their vehicle!

I took my M850 to John with a bunch of scratches and minor issues, and he and his team completely transformed it! They wrapped it in satin black, did a ceramic coating, powder-coated the wheels, and deleted the chrome—it looks like a totally different car now. Both my husband and I have had our cars cleaned (I have a big SUV and he has a sedan) and we could not be more pleased with Adrian’s attention to detail and how clean our cars became. I went to King of Dents because of all the 5-star reviews; now I'm here to add another! Like so many others have said here, Omar and his team are the very best. Reasonable price, flawless work and everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was also so easy to schedule and the work was completed the same day. I had a dent that other shops told me was difficult and expensive to fix. Omar removed it for a fraction of the price, and it looks brand new. Also, it was a little out of the way for me, but well worth the trip. I will absolutely return if I need their help again!

I am always pleased with the service I receive for my car. Due to medical reasons, I had to get my windows tinted and I think they did a great job! I could always trust the team here that they would do a reliable job. Plus, they put this plastic near your inspection stickers so it doesn’t damage your tint work. I just also found out that they have a special film to protect the paint on my car. Since I drive on highways quite a bit, I am planning on getting this special film on my hood and headlights. Felix and his crew are simply unbelievable! When I first reached out to Felix, I wanted to see if I could test drive a Lotus . he replied by saying when do you wanna come by and drive it we chose a date and I arrived. Everything was outlined and explained and I was off. after driving this car for a couple hours, I decided that this was gonna be my next car. I even asked him if he was willing to sell the one I drove! after researching for about a week, I decided to purchase one that I found out in Long Island. I brought the car back to Felix and his guys and they did an amazing job with PPF. They are knowledgeable and experts in their field.
