My wife and I are expecting our first child and were starting to prep everything. When it came time for the car seats, we realized we were in desperate need of a cleaning. We have two beagles and one sheds A LOT. There was hair embedded in the fabric, seats, floor, everywhere. I went to a local car wash and did my best with the vacuum, but it did nothing. After searching a bit, we came across Lee’s Mobile Detailing. From the start to finish it was smooth. Booking was directly online where I was able to explore packages, dates and times. Once I booked, Devante reached out to confirm the appointment, explain the process, and see if I had any questions. The day of, I received a text when he was about 30 minutes out so I can make sure I was ready. Upon arrival, the process was again explained and it made me know my car was in good hands. Throughout the cleaning, I would get update photos sent. Upon completion, I did a full walk around of the vehicle to ensure that it was cleaned to my liking. He asked if there was anything I wanted cleaned again or touched up to ensure my satisfaction. After the inspection, final payment was made. Before leaving, I was told to expect a text or call within the next few days to again make sure that I am completely satisfied and if I noticed anything after the fact, he would come back out to finish the job at no charge. 10/10 quality of service, 10/10 customer service! Highly Recommend!

Walter did a full inside outside detailing on my 8 year old Mercedes. He also applied a full professional ceramic coating (the real kind, not the DIY sort). I take reasonably good care of my car, but it literally looks like new again. The entire outside feels as smooth as glass, and the inside is showroom clean. They arrived early & our car looked good overall when they finished (especially the outside), but there were crumbs and dirt in the crevices in between the front seat and door and in between the front seat and center console. My husband also noticed that the inside windows weren’t cleaned thoroughly. I called to politely let them know what was missed and they said they wouldn’t be able to come back out to South Raleigh to fix it since they’re rarely in the area, which is very unfortunate. When you’re paying a professional $140 to perform a service, you expect your car to be thoroughly cleaned. Since that didn’t happen and they were unwilling to make it right, I would not recommend this business.

Words can not describe the appreciation that I have for Quin and his team at the Detailing Genius. I had a special project that needed to be completed that I thought was outside of the scope of work for a detail shop. To my surprise, Quin obliged my request and was able to thoroughly clean and disinfect my gutters. Using eco and pet friendly products, he was able to blast the crud and grime off my gutters that hadn’t been cleaned in all of the 25yrs I’ve lived here. No job too small and no request too big for the Detailing Genius! Will use again!

Easy to schedule. Showed up on time. I did a great job. Only complaint is that two days later my car still smells like the cleaning product that was used on the interior. Not pleasant.

Overall my thoughts are great, got the problem areas I wanted addressed, obviously there were some deeper scratches that were unable to be lifted out being an older car without much prior washing/detailing but provided me with information on how to tackle those areas if I wanted to. I booked an interior and exterior detail with the added paint correction. He worked quick and efficient but didn't cut any corners for what I asked him to do. Won't be able to get a older car looking showroom new but much more than a standard wash and wax. His work on a newer car will keep it looking fresh for months at a time because used a coating to keep water and dirt from adhering to the paint for the next 10-12 months. Sean and his team are pros. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the results, kept me looped in on the progress. The attention to detail was incredible. My C7 Grand Sport looks better now then the day it rolled off the line in Bowling Green. You may be able to find places doing it for less, but Sean and his team have been called on more than once to tear off and redo someone else’s poor quality install. At that point you are paying way more than if you just went to Sean in the beginning. I would recommend Sean and Distinctive Detailing for 10 stars if google would allow it.

These guys are outstanding! To say my car was rough is an understatement. It had severe staining and dog fur built up from over a year with dogs. I wish I could've provided before pictures but I was so disgusted with the car that the thought hadn't crossed my mind. It was so bad I considered completely replacing the entire interior. Just 24 hrs at this godsend of a detailer and the car looks better than when I got it at the dealership. The guys were all friendly and professional and well worth the price! I am so happy with the work/magic that was done on my 2006 4Runner! From my first inquiry call to driving off after complete, Jerrell and Dani were very professional. I tend to keep my vehicles a long time....this one is pushing 20 years....so I was debating whether to sell or spruce up my Toyota. I had so many questions about the process, cost and after care, and they were so patient with discussing all the options....probably more than once! I have an amazing master mechanic, so the exterior was my only concern. I chose the Ceramic Coating Pro ION package and the partial full front PPF (paint protection film) for added protection on the full hood, front bumper, headlights, side mirrors, door cups & luggage strip, as there are a lot of construction trucks on the road these days, spinning off stones! As you can see from the pictures, NEW-Ol' Betsy is so shiny that I tell my friends to be sure to wear their sunglasses when I pull up! I highly recommend this team!

I would not recommend JandJDetailing. He left my water hose running from Saturday to Monday. After driving the car at night I realized that he did not clean none of my windows. I could still see all the grime and finger prints that were on there prior to getting it clean which was the whole reason I called to get it detailed. I asked him to go over a few spots and he did not when I checked the car again after he left. He left a lot of over spray on my interior. He said he could come back out on Wednesday 12/18 we agreed on 5:30pm on Monday night I texted him Tuesday at 6:30 letting him know due to traffic to just come at 6pm on Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and was not paying attention to my phone and he did not show at 6pm I check my phone (6:36)and he had texted me asking if I was home as I was doing things around the house I did not see it but I had not once change the time on him last minute or switched days. He texted me asking to come at 9:15pm night but I am not sitting around waiting when there was a time already agreed upon. We agreed on an another time for the next day (12/19) at 4am before leaving for work I waited 24 minutes before texting him and letting him know I have to leave for work. Once again he did not show. I would NOT RECOMMEND as he is not prompt on time and does not do a very good job on cleaning unless you want a lot of over spray on all your interior and will have to go back and do it yourself again. Seems like he just covers up everything with black trim protection instead of cleaning the surfaces

When I found Manny at MAC Details, he was excellent from the communication to the cleaning job to his price. I preferred that he came to my house, and the very small mileage fee still kept the entire price very affordable.
