It was easy to book the car detailing service I wanted on the website, David was very good about responding quickly to ask if I had any particular requests for my detailing appointment, and he messaged me to let me know approximately what time he would be arriving on the day of service. David was friendly and professional, and I liked that I didn’t even have to leave home to have my car cleaned. Everything looked perfect and smelled great when he had finished the cleaning process. I randomly came across Dennis by google search for car details close to home. He was very responsive and within a day or two came out to service the car. My mother's cat had accidentally peed in the car, and the odor was obnoxious I explained to Dennis the situation they came out. He used special chemicals to try to help get rid of the smell and told me to call him on Monday if it was not completely gone. I did call him and he came back free of charge to apply A 2nd treatment. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him and will use them for the future

David was top notch. I have a 13 yr old vehicle that is stored without a cover/carport or garage. There was quite a bit of tree sap glued to my car and a decent amount of pet hair. David is incredibly knowledgeable and explained clearly what was needed to combat the issue. I originally booked an executive package, however he took me back to a less expensive package and added a few minor charges to give me the most realistic results. He could have taken my money, but instead got a repeat customer. I have already booked my second appointment. I will say, the booking process is not optimized for the smoothest customer experience, but David’s skills, passion and experience shine. Support small businesses as they grow! My wife and I are expecting our first child and were starting to prep everything. When it came time for the car seats, we realized we were in desperate need of a cleaning. We have two beagles and one sheds A LOT. There was hair embedded in the fabric, seats, floor, everywhere. I went to a local car wash and did my best with the vacuum, but it did nothing. After searching a bit, we came across Lee’s Mobile Detailing. From the start to finish it was smooth. Booking was directly online where I was able to explore packages, dates and times. Once I booked, Devante reached out to confirm the appointment, explain the process, and see if I had any questions. The day of, I received a text when he was about 30 minutes out so I can make sure I was ready. Upon arrival, the process was again explained and it made me know my car was in good hands. Throughout the cleaning, I would get update photos sent. Upon completion, I did a full walk around of the vehicle to ensure that it was cleaned to my liking. He asked if there was anything I wanted cleaned again or touched up to ensure my satisfaction. After the inspection, final payment was made. Before leaving, I was told to expect a text or call within the next few days to again make sure that I am completely satisfied and if I noticed anything after the fact, he would come back out to finish the job at no charge. 10/10 quality of service, 10/10 customer service! Highly Recommend!

They arrived early & our car looked good overall when they finished (especially the outside), but there were crumbs and dirt in the crevices in between the front seat and door and in between the front seat and center console. My husband also noticed that the inside windows weren’t cleaned thoroughly. I called to politely let them know what was missed and they said they wouldn’t be able to come back out to South Raleigh to fix it since they’re rarely in the area, which is very unfortunate. When you’re paying a professional $140 to perform a service, you expect your car to be thoroughly cleaned. Since that didn’t happen and they were unwilling to make it right, I would not recommend this business.

Words can not describe the appreciation that I have for Quin and his team at the Detailing Genius. I had a special project that needed to be completed that I thought was outside of the scope of work for a detail shop. Kevin did a fantastic job- took the Jeep in after 2 weeks in Moab complete with interior full of dust and lots of underneath scrapes on the skid plates. Not only did Kevin paint the underside and touch up the bumpers, cleaned the engine bay and a top to bottom “like new” detailing. It might be cleaner than the day I bought it. I took both the truck and my SUV for some much needed pampering. The staff at K&F always treats me like family and a valued customer. The staff always remembers who you are and your usual services. Both vehicles came out super cleaned and cared for. Both vehicles got the In/out With handwax special. Kudos to Scott and his team! They are the “go to” for car detailing! We decided to invest in having our 2023 BMW X5 exterior and interior finishes protected and preserved as long as possible. 6 year ceramic coating including wheels, PPF on door edges, rear entry and pillars, black plastic trim coating, tinting 2 front window (UV protection of interior finishes) and interior coatings. I had paint damage from a city road paint crew. I received an estimate from Shine Shop and submitted it to the city. The city paid me for the estimated cost. Shine Shop did an excellent job of removing the paint, however their invoice was the estimated cost plus tax. There was no notation on the submitted estimate that it didn’t include tax of $64.12 and the city considered the estimate as the TOTAL cost and would not give me the additional $64.12 for tax. The city told me not to pay the amount exceeding the estimate. Now I get regular payment due notices for $64.12! I agree with the city an estimate for a service should be the total cost.

They restored everything to showroom finish, even my steering wheel which I was wildly surprised by because I didn't know it could even be restored. The staff is also super friendly. They came a little later than the appointed time, but given that they personally drive to each location it was understandable. I got the basic package interior cleaning and I was most impressed by my car’s interior after the appointment. The technicians were very detail-oriented and you could tell they took care to clean each spot. I had this nasty maybe even moldy looking stain on my car’s trunk mat (i believe it was an old spill from a friend that had not been noticed due to all the storage boxes i had in my trunk) and it was completely gone after the appointment. Not only that but they took care to clean each spot and crevices. I would 100% book again and recommend to others.

I will definitely make this my regular car wash spot! When I left my car looked better than I did when I took it off the lot - I’m not exaggerating because I bought it pre-owned. The inside of my car wasn’t that bad before hand but my mats were super dirty. I had gone to an automatic wash a couple times before and it would never get bird poop off but at Perfect Touch they did phenomenal. I received the deluxe service. I arrived around 9:30am on a Friday and they had it ready by 11:15am. The staff was friendly and professional. I will say it was a little confusing when I got there because I wasn’t sure where to pull in to get in line - maybe some signs would help - but overall I had a wonderful experience.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Edge Express Durham. I was clear to the lady in charge that I needed my dashboard cleaned, and the back seat where the car seats were to be cleaned. I paid for full-service hot wax and tire shine. I went through the exterior car wash. After that, I went for the full service, I unbuckled both car seats so they could clean under, did they clean under? NO Was my dashboard wiped? NO. My cup holder still has crumbs. I don't understand what I paid for. I could've just done the drive-in car wash. I don't like leaving negative comments but after paying 38.49 I'm very upset. I am not interested in going back again but I would very much like to know how to process a refund because this is unacceptable. I guess 2 stars for the drive-in carwash.

I went to this car wash despite having the negative reviews hoping to have a good experience. Paid for interior cleaning and tire shine. I told the lady that my main area of concern was the build up of dirt and leaves around the trunk. She told me it would be taken care of. I didn’t get a chance to look my car over because I was late for an appointment. I was appalled by the condition of my car. As you can see by the photos, they did not do the cleaning I paid for. My car looked the same.

I went to wash my car on January and they were running a promotion, pay $28 to tried the unlimited wash. But they never explained that I will be sign in for the membership and I didn’t agree to be charge and I tried to contact costumer services to find some answers and solutions and they basically blame me for not read the terms and conditions, which I never have the change to read since and employee was doing the transaction as she was promoting the deal of the months. I’m not happy with the way they are handling. I will Not recommend it. Makes sure you are not being sign up to a membership without your consent. They never give me the promotion they charge the full amount, not only once but three times.

Absolutely terrible… they don’t deserve one star. Over $330 for “professional detail”…. The car was still dirty and barely vacuumed out. Without getting to involved. I made appointment over a week ago for 9 am drop off. I show up at 8:50 and wait until 9:20 in the morning for someone to show up. The staff finally shows up and apologize that it’s too cold, I simply asked if someone could’ve called me, It would’ve made my life a lot easier as I made arrangements to be picked up? They were confused… Staff is rude and they don’t open on time. Do not waste your money here. Attached our photos of their idea of what clean is …. They refused to listen, they kept my car keys until I paid and threatened to call the police. I called the police myself and they said they couldn’t do anything right now cause it wasn’t an emergency… they suggested I pay the bill and contest it with my credit card as the job was not completed…. I said okay. By the way, this was a $330 detailing

I went to this place a few months ago, they actually did a good job. However, they have stopped caring what your car looks like. I was there on November 4, 2024. Paid with a gift card, I got the managers special, which is $50.47. You would think that would include: drying the car, cleaning the windows, (inside and out), cleaning inside the door jams. I called and took the car back. I was told to park on the side and the man came over with a towel and started rubbing the windows, like he was upset that I complained. He also slammed the door when I told him he had done enough. I will never go back here and will tell everyone I told about this place, what happened

I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews, but I feel like my experience needs to be shared. I scheduled an appointment nearly a month in advance to have my vehicle detailed. I dropped it off on Monday, March 3rd, as I knew it would take a couple of days to complete. When I arrived, the gentleman who checked me in mentioned that he had me down for the 4th instead. No big deal—maybe I had marked my calendar incorrectly. I expected my car to be finished by Friday, the 7th. When I got off work early to pick it up, I realized I hadn’t received any updates. I called the shop but got no answer. I did get a call back while I was on my way, only to be told that they hadn’t even started on my vehicle. Seriously? It had been sitting there all week. Did they not think the owner would want their car back on the day they were told it would be done? No communication, no explanation—nothing. Frustratedly I told them I’d be coming to pick up my car. A few minutes later, I got another call from a polite gentleman who explained they were short-staffed. While I appreciated the explanation, communication is everything in a business like this. He assured me they could have the car finished by Tuesday and even said it would be a shame for me to miss out on such a great detail. That honestly made me laugh since I’d already missed out all week while my car was pushed aside. It’s disappointing because this company seems to have a strong track record based on their other reviews. Maybe they do incredible work—but unfortunately, they missed the mark with me this time. (EDIT) while yes I did say, “take your time”, that doesn’t mean don’t start on my car. I do have multiple vehicles, but I set this appointment a month prior. It left a sour taste in my mouth when I was told it hasn’t even been touched. Granted, if there would have been even the slightest bit of communication, this probably could have been avoided.

My 2008 Buick LaCrosse was gorgeous when I picked it up. All of the Leyland cypress sap was removed and a shiny, thick coat of wax is protecting ring my RED paint. The interior still smells fresh after almost a month. Good job and well worth the price. Then, it was The Green Machine’s turn. Good coat of wax, engine compartment, and interior mats are sparkling. (I’m updating the entire interior, so no detailing or cleaning on there). Mike is professional and understands the work needed.

Paid $200 for the “platinum package” for a job that was definitely rushed and not thoroughly done. I dropped my car off at 11 and was told he would be calling me at 5:30 to come get it, never got a call so I drove up there, arrived around 5:50 to see they were working on my car still. He said about 30 mins which ended up being me waiting there another hour and a half. No apologies or anything. I was late for something I was supposed to be at at 6:30 so I inspected quickly, paid my $200 and left. After further inspection, there was a lot that just wasn’t quality work. It makes me think they only spent that hour and a half of me sitting there waiting on it and rushed it out. Streaky windows, dog hairs still in the back, places that just weren’t checked over and wiped down.

Hands down this is the place to turn to get your car clean. I work as a man; which means I spend months at a time working in my truck 14 hours a day covered in dirt, mud and grease. I spent six months working in the New Mexico deserts, often sheltering muddy stray dogs. When I got home, the truck was coated in dirt and ground in mud from head to toe. I turned to these guys to get this 2011 F150 more professional looking at least. I failed to take before pictures because this is a common cycle for me and I am typically left disappointed with the results; even more so as a former detailer myself. Prestige absolutely does their business right. They ultimately held it an extra night because they were insist in getting it done right. What they did to the interior is just short of restoration level. The carpets and seats were spotless and the interior was returned to its showroom black from the hazy grey I had come accustomed to. When I went I picked it up, it was quite apparent that everyone of them took as much pride in my truck as I do (maybe a tad more). That's huge for me. I will be certainly be using them to maintain the proper state for my 3 vehicles.

I used to bring my car here all the time I went in for a wash and they told me for the price of the wash I had already paid I could get free washes for a month. I told them I didn’t want a monthly membership since it was my moms car. They told me not to worry that they would cancel it Well guess what they didn’t cancel it. I got charged $20 for a monthly membership. When I contacted customer service it took them forever to get back to me and they told me they have canceled my membership but won’t refund the money Just beware if they offer you “free” washes

OMG, Gary did an amazing job on my car!!! I was in desperate need of a wash already, but he took me on a last minute booking after my two new foster pups vomited all over my back seat. It was a mess. The vomit even managed to get in the front, on the rear view mirror, and in the seat belts. The car had a ton of dog hair as well, courtesy of my Pomsky. I regret not taking before photos to showcase just how great a job he did. He cleaned my filthy gas tank, the inside of my trunk hatch, and he even managed to get off a bit of something blue I thought was permanent, because it never came off in the car wash. He got rid of some scratches that were on my door as well. Honestly, the car shined more than when I first bought it. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend him.

Lars is one of the friendliest guys I've met. He is so pleasant to work with. His knowledge on cars is extensive. I came to him before selling my car. It was covered in pet hair, had old food stains, carpet stains that were disgusting from kids. There was crust built up in every crack. My headlights were so yellow and could barley see at night. He fixed everything!! I was shocked to see how clean the car was. I was wondering if he could get the apple sauce off the ceiling after 6 plus months. Yup cleaned right up with no marks. Those headlights look like new! He did it at his location because the weather was snowing. So he didn't want to outside to get dirty. Lars is so good at his job! 100% recommend!

First time using these guys, unreal great job on my tint on my 2024 Nissan Altima, will be using again for mobile detailing. Best part is took 1.5 hrs they have a great waiting area with big screen TV and all the good channels, started watching a movie on Netflix and before movie finished they were done. Had one if my vehicle in for just a wash, wax, and interior clean. A basic service. What they did was way above a basic service. It was great! I then took my second vehicle in to have a full detail with paint correction and ceramic coating. I could not be more pleased. The work they did was second to none. If you are considering ceramic coating and are on the fence, these are the guys. Get it done, the ceramic coating is amazing and these guys did a fantastic job. Well worth the money. I will be back on a for regular detailing.

I was so pleased with the quality of workmanship on the ceramic coating for my C5 Corvette convertible that I had Quartermaster apply ceramic coating on my 2023 Hybrid Honda CRV.
