Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Premium Mobile Car Detailing LLC in Fargo. I had the interior of my Ford Expedition detailed for the first time today and to say they did a 'good job' is an understatement. They were able to erase the 2 years and 4 kids worth of road trips, scuffs, hard to reach crumbs, stains and completely reset it back to looking like we just took it off the lot. If u read their reviews most of them are from 3 to 4 years ago and at that time they did do a great job. The new owners have had this business only 2 years. TL;DR. I had a really poor experience. They barely cleaned my truck, made a weak apology, and tried to make amends by offering a 10% discount. I was in a hurry...otherwise I would have demanded a proper cleaning, and not paid. Bought a used F-150 Super Crew, and booked an interior detail of it 1.5 weeks in advance over 4th July 2020. Showed up to pick up the truck, and it was nowhere near complete. They had quickly vacuumed the interior and done a superficial wipe down, maybe 1 hour’s work, probably less. It was 15 minutes before closing. Pointed out all of the gross areas inside the truck, and the manager apologized and said that they had “missed the final inspection”. He called over one of his guys and the two of them spent 15 minutes doing a quick job with wipes and cleaner while I waited in my car. I should have walked away and left it with them to do the job right...but I was in a hurry. They offered a 10% discount, but I still paid almost $200 for a job I could have done in 1-2 hours. Incredibly low quality job. I hope they serve their other patrons better. My recommendation...use a different detailing shop. NOT this one.

My fiancé got me a gift card to get our boat detailed and take one thing off of my to-do list. We dropped it off with these guys looking like a disaster. It was broke down the previous year and I had gotten greasy hand prints every where from working on it, I drug mud inside with my boots, and the trees in our yard left all sorts of wonderful pine needles and leaves and other junk in every nook and cranny of the boat. These guys worked on it for 2 and a half days and did an absolutely amazing job. Our boat didn’t look this good when we bought it. They did it fast, everyone there was extremely nice and talkative, and they did it for a great price compared to other places in town. I couldn’t be more happy, you guys are incredible. Convenient that they have a pickup service, but this leads to no communication. I left SIX voicemails over two months and did not get a single call back. I had to show up at the shop to get their attention. They guarantee their work but are not open to critique. Unhappy with the scratches and bubbles on my “old” 2014 car windows and the condition of my door panels when returned. “It’s just soapy water.” For a detail business I had higher expectations!

The indoor touchless carwarsh offers for $5 $7 $10. I picked the $10 option. It cleans the car well for touchless service but of course not deep clean. The air blower has a timer and I saw there was enough space inside so I just moved my car backed and forth to get extra dry. Guy there was nice. A greeting a and smile goes a long way. Made sure everything with the carwash worked well (before and after). I maybe mistaken but think it's owner. Dont hesitate to get your carwash here. It's cheaper than big carwash chain where I first opted to go. Just new in town and I'm for supporting local businesses. Thinking of getting 2 $5 touchless for better cleaning or use their cheaper self service during the summer. Next up looking for a local mechanic.

Did a fantastic job of applying ceramic coat and vinyl protectant on to my new snowmobile. Should keep the scratches from the tunnel bag away a lot better now. Just wanted to give this review an update. After riding this sled hard through the mountains brushing up against quite a few trees I am happy to say that all the scratches put in the ceramic polished right out with minimal effort. I got talked into a $30 car wash thinking it was the best they offered. I live in NY and that is what I pay for a month at my car wash. So I figured if I pay that much for 1 wash that it is was going to be the absolute best car wash possible. What I got was a run of the mill basic (non-touchless) worthless car wash.The attendant barely even power washed my truck before entering the tunnel. There wasn't even anyone around to dry my truck after. Waste of money!

These people at this company are absolute scum. I had a quarter panel on my truck repaired and when I went to go pick it up.I mentioned i wasn't happy with the repair. You could still see where the repair was where the dent was. It was still buckled in. After pointing it out. The owner lost his mind. Insulted me and my wife. Then took a straight edge metal ruler to the new repair. In his rage. He scratched the new paint and refused to fix the damage he did.

They did an excellent job repairing my front bumper. I had insurance and they worked directly with my insurance company for me. I brought my car in on a Monday and got it back the next day. They even ran my car through their car wash. When I told them I’d have trouble getting in right away to pick my car up because I had to reserve Senior Rider, Dawn from the office picked me and brought me to the shop to get my car. I can see why they call it Forks Finest Auto Body - they certainly are the finest shop I’ve ever done business with. The customer service was excellent and the mechanics were friendly and very competent. I’ll be referring all my family and friends to this shop for any of their auto repair needs.

If you can catch this touchless car wash when it’s open, it’s does a very good job cleaning the exterior of passenger vehicles. Apparently extreme cold prevents it from operating, as the doors freeze shut. And it’s lame that the machine doesn’t accept payments, as I had to drive around the building, park, and go in to buy a wash. But they do offer free basic washes on Fridays if you purchase 8 gallons of gas, which is nice. 🧽 👍

10/10 experience. My truck hasn’t had the interior detailed since I owed it(5years). I also have a welsh corgi who sheds ALOT. Midgard restored my truck’s interior back to brand new. I am also very pleased on their prices. Worth every penny.

I have to give a huge shout out to this amazing detailer. We were surprising our son with his first vehicle a 2016 jeep Cherokee latitude and we bought it private off of marketplace. It needed to be detailed and I needed it quick. She was not only made sure that she took us in, she did the most amazing job. Every single speck of dirt was gone from the inside of the car and she wax the outside now this car is used and it has a few dings and she was able to get a lot of the visual problems completely erased 100,000,000% recommend her.

Had my car detailed there and they did a really good job. Took the same car to another detailer a while back which still left stains in the seats but sport detailing got everything out. I also took my truck for a polish and ceramic coating and was more than pleased with the results. Chrome and white paint were shiny and raised the value of my truck! Definitely recommend!!

Great car wash. The service is friendly and the wash is great. I’ve been going here since they opened over a year ago. It’s the only place I go. One feature my husband and I like is we buy a preloaded car wash card and share it between ourselves for both of our cars.

Hello, everyone. What I am showing you is pictures of damages of my RAV 2024. Never had any damages on it until I went through their car wash Friday February 14th at 10:51AM. As I was going Through their car wash, I was hearing a hard sound, swiping through the car wash spinners! As I pulled up to the guys to give my rag back, I was politely letting them know “ Hey, I think there’s something that got into the washer spinners somehow that was damaging my car.” The guy said “Oh, you don’t have nothing to worry about this happen sometimes, but there ain’t nothing that can really stick to the spinners.” Of course, my stupid self should have just stopped and parked at the car wash to take a look before I left to do my other duties but I didn’t do that. But this is what happened when I pulled up into my garage and seen these damages.. I called them to let them know. “Hey, I did find damages what can we do to get this fixed?.” because I know they have insurance. They told me to show back up at the car wash and they told me I can fill out some paperwork but the guy said “but there isn’t nothing that they can really do about it because that’s why they have insurance.” Two guys came out to take a look at my RAV and acted like they really cared about the situation and even took pictures of the damages. One of them even mentioned and he said “We have had damages before to vehicles and even worse than mine so it does happen.” Anyways, before I left their parking lot after filling out my paperwork and everything one of the guys told me “if you don’t hear a call back from us Monday then please give us a call back!” and I said of course I definitely will! From number one they are very unprofessional And they really don’t care about your vehicles because I have tried really hard to fight through this to get my vehicle fixed. Monday, I obviously did not call them because I knew it was a holiday and things were going to be closed. So I didn’t hear from them Tuesday, so I tried to call them at least 10 times and they never answered. I did call today and a manager answered the phone and I was basically letting him know that I didn’t ever hear a callback from them and was wondering if they ever heard back from their insurance to see what was going on. Of course he was acting and trying to sound all big and bad and being very rude and said “our car wash wouldn’t do these type of damages and there is no proof that it even happened to your vehicle.” He said “We have your paperwork, but I am not going to send it through because my insurance is not going to cover for your damage because we didn’t do this damage.” He said “your insurance can take care of it and you are being recorded on everything that you are saying.” Basically that is all what I’ve gotten from them. I have been going to this car wash for over a month now because I have been really enjoying them. I wouldn’t make this up and I wouldn’t be lying to them about this. This is very sad and messed up. Now I am left with bebe pellet, looking dense into my car. The sad thing is they probably already found what was into the spinners before it could even get to someone else. My Husband and I take really good damn care to our stuff! Since they are not being very helpful about anything and not taking care of their responsibility, I am now going to post this! ‼️FAIR WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS‼️ I want to say thank you very much to the owner, Krista Marshall! You have been very helpful with everything and very caring about my concerns of my vehicle. It’s very rare now these days that someone actually cares about other people stuff and my husband and I appreciate you. I am so thankful that you got ahold of your EMC insurance company to get my vehicle taken care of. I received my check in the mail today and I’m so excited to get everything fixed! THANK YOU!!🙏🏻 🤗

Every time I come they do a very excellent job rinsing off my car including wheel wells! As a rancher’s wife who drives a lot of gravel I really appreciate it!! The last time I was there, they spent at least 10 mins trying to get the dust/dirt out of all the cracks and crevices. While it was not perfect at the end, I truly think they did their best! Those guys at the front are great!

Richard and his team did a great job with my car! I haven’t had a car wash in a long time and they took extra time to make sure all the salt was off my car. My car looks and feels brand new! I also don’t think my mirrors have ever been cleaner! Highly recommend!

Okay, they won me with convenience. I enjoy having a membership and being able to pop thru for a wash and vacuum as I please (during hours). Car stays cleaner and I don’t have to fuss with repeat payments every time I stop in. I have no complaints… and have yet to find any car wash that gets allll the bugs off! I might not be rich enough for that or something… lol

I had two vehicles Gold detailed. They were both cleaned excellently and in a timely manner. Bailey corrected 1-2 smaller paint blemishes and I plan to have him correct a larger one soon. I am very pleased with the service.
