Have you ever spilled a gallon of exterior paint in your car seat? No? Well I have! I was terrified I was going to have to replace the whole seat and carpeting. In desperation I called this detailing shop at 5:30pm (about ten minutes after it happened). Sebastian answered the phone and said he would wait for me to arrive even though they were closing at 6pm. Besides the gallon of paint my car is an absolute wreck due to having four kids and being a travel nurse. I basically live out of my car for work, and I haven't had this car cleaned for 4-5 years besides the weekly surface wipe and quick sweeping I do myself. It's a rolling garbage can. I'm not proud of it but, I bet half of Columbus has the same problem. If you do! You don't need to look any further. This is your detail shop! The pictures speak for themselves. I'll be back for sure.

Ryan does a fantastic job! He completed a ceramic coat and detail job on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it looks amazing! I recently purchased the vehicle which was in gently used condition. I called to get an estimate on my car and I was told it would cost $350(interior only) for a Honda CRV base pay. I was informed that once they arrived it could go up or down. My car has cloth seats and there were stains on them. He told me it was an extra $25 for “concessions” I asked him to explain, I said does that mean you’ll have to use more product or something and he said yes. I got my car cleaning and was happy. I noticed it was wet and he said to crack the windows to help it dry. I got my car cleaning 7/20 they finished around 4:30pm. It is 7/21 and my seats are still damp and now that it’s drying I am questioning what extra product did I pay for because I still have stains and lines that were from their machine that won’t go away. That’s why I gave a 3.

Please do not take your vehicle here. My husband and I were planning on selling our vehicle and brought it here for an inside and out clean. This place noticed damage to the hood and continued to buff with the idea to "make it shine." This also includes the pillars on the doors which they then tried to take wax and a magic eraser to because of "oxidation." The photos show clear buffer swirls across the hood. Outside of the external damage, they did not do a good job on the inside as well as I still found debris and dust and dirt in the door jams. After the poor detail job and causing damage to the car, they have refused to give any money back. Find a different shop who knows how to detail and pay the extra money for a good service.

Quiet storm detailing was a top notch experience from beginning to end. I had a last minute interior detail needed due to someone getting sick in my car; I called and they got me in that day and ready for my initial drop off in 30 minutes. I ordered a coupon for Car Wash Cleveland from Groupon, it was listed as a $225 wash for which we paid $148. We dropped the car off at 10am and received it back at 8 pm. It was a rainy night so it was dark due to cloud cover. I didn’t really get a chance to inspect the car on pickup, but did notice the floor mats were not in place. The next day when I did have the opportunity to look closely at the car this is what I found: The floor mats, Weathertechs all around, were thrown in the truck, still dirty. The car interior was drenched, the only “spot” I had on my carpet, front passenger side, still remained. There were several areas of the car that appeared to be attempted to be cleaned and the cleaner was still visible in a runny pattern as if it was applied to heavily and left. The inside of the rear window was completely ignored. The rims were still filled with brake dust. I ended up being charged an additional $21 “shop fee” and tipped $20 I would not categorize this as $190 detail. We submitted a trouble ticket about 5 days ago and have since not heard anything back . Edit* They reached out and asked if they could correct any issue with detail. I let them know that I think 10 hours was quite enough time the first time when stated it would take 4 hours at maximum . I would like a partial refund which is stated on their complaint form. I’ve never heard from them again. Went radio silent.

Terrible service! I went in for auto detailing, and the price was supposed to be $140, but they added extra charges for a “dirty” car, even though it was clean. All I needed was to clean the mats and upholstery. The job was done terribly: all the windows were smudged, and I had to re-clean them myself. The seats weren’t even touched and remained dirty. They didn’t properly clean the mats, just sprayed them with water, and once they dried, the dirt was still there, even though they are rubber mats that can be easily cleaned with soap and a sponge. They also just threw the mats into the trunk, which they didn’t clean either, leaving all the dirt. I do not recommend this place at all; they do a very poor job. Also, the Groupon app does not mention that you will have to pay an additional $60 for the car wash. There is no wax coating at all, and honestly, I wouldn’t pay more than $100 for such a wash

Had my black Kia Telluride detailed today. I was on the verge of trading it in because of the paint kias paint is really bad and with a black car it swirls really bad. I also beat the car up by running it through the car wash the brushes take a toll on it. To start the detail off my detailer was on time and notified me every step of the way. He put his heart into the detail and convinced me to not trade it in by just his work my car looks better than new and spots that I thought they couldn't be saved were saved. I would recommend to anybody to give this company a shot before you think your paint can't be saved. They came to my home and did it and I even was able to sleep after work and was not bothered. Just used them to get my windows tinted. The tint looks fine but they lose points on time and scheduling. My appointment was at 4 and I waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes before they even took my car back. If only they could’ve schedule me for 45 minutes later 🙄 then took an additional two hours to get the tint. The original appointment was 1-2 hours. If you are trying to get your tint quickly and efficiently this is not your place.

I took my car to this shop a few months back to get it cleaned up so I could trade it in. The team there got it so clean that when I went to trade it in, the sales guy helping me flat out told me that the initial grade his used car guy gave the car was unreasonable and unfair because it was so pristine. I ended up being able to negotiate a much better value on the trade and I have to give credit for that to the team at Oakley Auto Spa. Going into doing business with Tim, I could tell you two things right off the bat— He cares about his craft, and he cares about his client base. I bought my 2018 Honda Accord in December of 2023, and let me tell you my car looked better driving it off of Tim’s premise than it did when I bought and drove it off the lot of the car dealership. He buffed out swirl marks and scratches, even those pesky ones under the door handle that mysteriously appear. The paint on my car has never looked better. My wheels were scrubbed and look amazing, and even the tiniest of crevices on the outside of my car, to the door jambs, to underneath my hood look as if they were sent through a meticulous power wash. Overall it was a pleasure to utilize his services and I would highly recommend based on his honesty, integrity, prices, and the amount of time and labor he puts forth on his projects. My experience at Flawless Finish Detailing truly was flawless. I emailed for a quote late at night around 10pm and received a response in under 30 minutes. They were able to get me in quickly (2 business days). I had two windows tinted with ceramic, and the Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light package with the one step paint correction. Flawless was just getting started and Austin drove from Toledo to where I was at in Woodville at the time and did a demo for me in my driveway. I was sold right then and there! Scheduled a cleaning for my SUV very last minute before we left on a trip and they were thankfully able to accommodate me. My two kids had did a number on my vehicle with probably years of build up and now that Levi came and cleaned it out I’m pretty sure we could eat off of the floors because they’re so clean. I had my car fully detailed by Boss Detailing on 7/10/22. The owner, Patrick, was very professional, courteous and friendly. It was a breeze to book my appointment on his website. I dropped my car off, and he immediately got to work. He notified me when the job was completed and when I went to pick up my car I was extremely pleased. My car was clean inside and out and looked and smelled showroom new again! I have a 7 month old boxer who rides in the car daily, and there was a lot of dog hair in the car. You know how those little stiff dog hairs can work there way into the material of your upholstery? I couldn’t vacuum them out myself. Not even the dog hair roller would get them out. But Patrick got it ALL out! His equipment is amazing! And he did a real thorough job on the exterior too. Even the tires and rims! I feel that I got a great value for the money, and I will definitely be bringing my car in to him again. I highly recommend his service!

Mitchell was detailing my car and was doing a great job, however the windows were never smear free, and when I addressed it with him after the 2nd time, he said it was due to the heat and sun, which I understand , so I suggested that we do it at a time when there was no sun and less heat. When it happened the third time I tried to address it with him by leaving a voice mail, then trying by Email. I feel confident enough to say that he blew me off. Amazing experience, impeccable work, highly recommend! JayClean was recently recommended to me by a friend after I purchased a slightly used (new to me) 2021 Volvo XC60. Jay was transparent and thorough in his presentation of services as I had no experience with paint correction, ceramic coating or film wrap on any car I've owned in the past. When all was said and done Jay actually ended up recommending less work after getting a closer look at the vehicle in his shop and determining film might not be the best fit due to some previous imperfections to the hood. It should be noted that Jay could have very easily ran with our original plan and taken more of my money, but presented me with honest options to choose from. I ended up going with full ceramic coating to the exterior and interior of the car. I also opted for the fabriguard tx to the interior which has already payed off after a few months of ownership. This was my first experience with JayClean and I will absolutely be back, and will be sure to recommend others in the future.

I have to say it's very hard to find a place I trust to leave my truck for an extended period of time (2 days) and trust to lay hands on my truck. But, after talking with Ryan and his help about their experience and products, I felt quite comfortable trusting them to take care of my vehicle and to do the job right. I most definitely was not mistaken. Ryan was so easy to work with to get me on the schedule in a pretty quick manner. I'd say within a week he had my truck in. As for the job done, let me just say, the last time I felt the way I did when I walked into the building to pick up my truck up, was the day I drove it off the lot. And honestly, I think it looked even better after these guys did their magic, allowing me to fall in love with my vehicle all over again, seriously my heart sang. I had them do a complete in/out detailing as well as a ceramic coating, and perfect is the only way to describe the job done. On top of doing what I asked of them, they got out almost every imperfection/scratch in my clear coat touched up to like new appearance. On top of this they went even further above and beyond and painted both exhaust tips and my trailer hitch, as they were rusting up from use. I really can't thank these guys enough, so I'm hoping my tip and this review can help other nervous and protective vehicle owners looking to have an extreme job done right find Ryan and his help. An employee will give you a air freshener at the gate and then another employee will offer you one once your in the tunnel. Air fresheners smell great.
