Scheduled a week out, full inside and outside detail priced at 325$. The weather hit with an inch of snow so I asked if I could schedule the interior and exterior separate and offered to pay up front for that rate. Owner declined the full payment up front but said he was willing to schedule separately and would honor the 325$ rate for both and I could schedule when I came to pick up my car. I dropped my car off the night prior and he calls around 1 pm to say the car is ready for just the interior detailing. He says I owe 265$ for salt and dog hair on the interior alone. Mind you no pets have ever been in my car before and we live in Erie where salt build up is expected. The car was professionally detailed before being purchased 3 years prior and had been cleaned but not detailed. He threatened to keep my car when I offered him 200$ so I paid 250$ and left refusing to pay his tax and he refused me a receipt. There’s still a stain and dust on my dash as well

Super quick and friendly staff. Monthly membership is a bit costly, but worth it after having my car damaged multiple times at Delta Sonic. Their carwash is much “gentler”, while still doing a good job at cleaning! Also in a super convenient location.

First time visiting a delta sonic and I will not return. The inside of my car needed cleaned badly. I was in Erie so I decided to try delta out. I paid 296 for the one hour express. I had to pay extra for the trunk. (3rd row vehicle) I moved the second row seats up and my third row was even touched. My floor mats were still muddy and there was some spots that were not cleaned to the fullest. For the price I paid my car should have been much cleaner! The staff was very friendly. I will give them that!

First off, WOW my first time giving the express interior package a try. Got in super quick. Cayden gave me all the details on what I was paying for…him and Ryan the manager helped me get my car seat out. They go above and beyond especially nice about me not being able to get it out myself. When I tell you toddlers destroy cars this place does the trick. Cameron H did an amazing job with the shampoo and cleaning. Haven’t seen my car this clean in years, looks brand new!!! So happy. Great customer service. Plus the waiting room is very cozy.

Amazing experience from beginning to end! Cam is super professional and knowledgeable. Very quick responses and accommodating to the customers needs. I went with his premier package that included wash, decontamination, clay bar, 1 step paint correction and a 6 month sealant. All i can say is it looks like a new vehicle! After this experience I will be going back for his Kenzo ceramic coating to fully protect my vehicle for years to come

I had Cam do a ceramic coating on my car when I first bought it and he did a fantastic job. He made it look like new again and the coating was outstanding, I unfortunately had to sell it but it never gave me any issues. Highly recommend for ceramic coating or for getting your car detailed in general, he’s a great guy.

Alex did an amazing job on my 2020 Ram 1500 Midnight edition. It had all sorts of swirls,scratches and holograms from the previous owner. (Just bought it) but thanks to Red Carpet Detailing it looks brand new! I had a ceramic coating and undercoating done. I will be coming back in the future for sure!

I took my truck to Luxury Details for a full paint correction detail, tint, and badge removal. When I picked it up it was unrecognizable. The black paint looked like literal glass and there was no evidence that there were previously badges on the tailgate and door. The tint was clean, crisp, and ran to the edge of the windows not leaving that unwanted gap of clear glass. Exceptional customer service, and phenomenal quality work. 👌 I couldn't be happier. My truck gets stored for winter, and is scheduled again at Luxury Details to get it nice weather ready. I wouldn't trust my truck with anyone else.

Dante Carrs detailing service is simply elite. He comes directly to your residence, has his own set up and does everything with hard work and precision. I have a monthly membership to the car wash and I am over there not being any soap dispensed while going through the 1st cycle. No answers a phone call and their mail box is full, so you can't leave a message. I wish I had a photo to share!

Mcmillen's Car Care is. NOT THE SAME AS Mcmillen's Towing. They are separate entities. The McMillan's towing used to be from the same area, however, the two are no longer affiliated. I felt I needed to say this for those that were confused and I did not receive service from McMillan's car Care. However, back in the day when I was much younger, my father and I used to go to them all the time and they were always wonderful.

Was disappointed in the workmanship I saw on my van. When I first picked it up the work wasn't complete dropped it off again and when they did that work there was other damage on my vehicle that wasn't there before. I decided to investigate the vehicle a little more and saw rusted parts put on my van. The bumper support is completely rusted. There was an area on the rear replacement door where there was rust and they painted right over it instead of actually fixing it. There were scratches on the bumper when I picked it up the second time along with a different bumper step that was damage. Unfortunately I had to call my insurance company and they told me to go to another body shop and hopefully get it taken care of. Update 9/10/2023..just posted another pic of my rear door... it's only been about 4 months or so and the rust is already making it through the paint and door, my other one was completely rust free, hopefully tomorrow when I take it to the other body shop it will be done professionally and properly. Update:: My caravan ended up being totaled. RAS Autobody didn't even come close to fixing my van properly. They actually glued and shimmed my brake light back on my van amongst other things. New photos show the lack of responsibility and workmanship. Only outside things were partially fixed. They just wanted the money and did not care about my family at all by giving me back a van that was not safe. KIND OF SOUNDS LIKE INSURANCE FRAUD. CUSTOMER BEWARE CHECK THE WORK OR HAVE ANOTHER SHOP CHECK IT OUT TO MAKE SURE ITS DONE RIGHT. 1/22/2023 Well ended up having to take this company to court unfortunately my case was dismissed without prejudice due to the fact of them arguing that it should be the insurance company at fault. FACT IS they gave me back a vehicle that was not safe or fixed properly, I had to take it to another shop which is why I had to rent another vehicle for that time while the other shop found out what bad work was done by RAS and the work RAS did not do. MUST BE NICE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING YOU'VE DONE A POOR JOB AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER'S FAMILY SAFETY. THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND PUT IT ON SOMEONE ELSE.

Showed up on February 10th when no other mobile detailer would even pick up the phone. I store my Porsche for the winter but got it out for a car winter car show. I didn’t want to put it back in storage covered in salt. Zorros washed the car up and made it a seamless process with their online scheduling. 10/10

Way too expensive, I purchased the $15 dollar supreme wash with under carriage clean and double blow dry action. Nothing sprayed underneath, and my car pulled out still wet out of the shower. I Will Never Waste My Money Here Again.

this car wash really surprised me because I have been looking for a place where I can wash carpets by hand for a long time and this is the best that I found. I will come here every time I need to wash carpets and I also liked the employee. High pressure was awful, spent 6$ and could not complete my truck wash, timer on machines are a rip off. Vacuum suction terrible, the scents you can add are great. Will not be back, will use the locally owned one a bit further away for high pressure and hot water!

I cannot say enough good things about Johnson’s! They quoted for me an reasonable amount to fix my front number and a windshield wiper nozzle for inspection. The ladies working in the office are so genuinely kind and helpful- they are extremely prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had and any women reading this— if you are like me and always feel a little incomfortable and out of your element at an auto body/repair shop- go to Johnson’s! This was the most honest and reasonably priced auto body shop that I have ever been to and the work they did on my vehicle was so impressive. I couldn’t believe that they were able to repair my bumper rather than charge me to replace it, which I’m sure would have been easier for them and more expensive for me. The total cost of the work that they performed was less than what they initially quoted and I think that speaks to their honesty and their ethics as a business because they knew I was willing to pay the higher amount, but instead they were honest and were able to charge me less in fixing it rather than replacing it and actually saved me a few hundred dollars! They are so accommodating and will work with your schedule and availability! It is the first time in my life that I was ever given a final amount that was a few hundred dollars less than the original estimate!Again, they do AMAZING work! In fact, they called me to let me know that they had intended to connect my windshield wiper nozzle but forgot, so they called me in the morning the very next day and asked me to stop by so they could connect it before I had to get my car inspected, which was so greatly appreciated. These are just a few of the reasons why I would highly recommend Johnson’s to anyone I care about and heck, even to strangers because I stand by this positive review, 100%! When a local business goes above and beyond to deliver quality service at an affordable price, the least I can do is give them the positive review that they deserve and to let others know because it’s a rare quality in most businesses these days. Honestly, Johnson’s is the best auto body/repair shop I’ve ever been to- hands down. If you want quality work at a reasonable price, they are the shop you need to visit! Hands down the best touch-less wash in town. Prices are better than others and equipment is new and works great. Good water treatment with no water spots left behind. I come here at least once every 2 weeks for all of my cars to keep clean and weekly to keep the salt away. Owner is also very responsive to resolving issues should they rarely arise, as I had once when wash didnt start after payment and he was able to reset it seconds after a phone call. I will keep recommending to everyone I know when they're in the area, I'm lucky to be working just down the street from this place.

Aside from the windshield, rear window, the hood, roof, & trunk of the car, it was not evident that I went through the car wash. Doors & fenders on both sides were still dirty. A $14 Ultimate Wash should at least get the car clean. This was a failure, which ultimately led me elsewhere to wash my car properly.
