Jo Jo’s is stellar. I needed remediation for a smoke situation in my car. This family run joint is exceptionally high touch. They are super detailed, and my car looked awesome. It smelled so so much better. Wow. Don’t take your car anyplace else.

Told them full detail but felt like they did a rushed job. Quickly wiped down the interior with shampoo. You know it's quick because if you wipe the interior yourself, you will see soap bubble residue. This means they literally wipe it down with soap and left it there to dry without wiping away the soap. The exterior was a quick hand wash/dry and hand spray on wax to keep shine on for a few hours. They did not properly wax the car where the shine should last a few months. Literally the next day, the exterior of car looks like it's never been waxed. They make you wait a full day for your car but will only spend 1 or 2hr max on your car. Very poor quality service. Owner responded to my review asking for my receipt. I will post my receipt tomorrow. EDIT: cannot find receipt but was able to find the business card the owner gave me. The receipt was just a piece of paper with handwritten notes on type of service, model of car, how much was paid and that it was paid in cash. Also I want to add that no clay bar treatment/polish/wax was done to exterior. Only spray on wax was applied to make it look shiny to show customer. It's not obvious when it's shown to you on the same day BUT the next day, you can see that nothing was done to the exterior. It's all a smokescreen.

Complete rip-off. I am not picky at all, very easy going and understanding person. I also never leave reviews. Paid 75 plus tip for a car wash interior and exterior. They didn’t touch the trunk or glove compartment at all. The exterior had very obvious smudges (I’m not even sure if it went through a wash). Upon pick up, I pointed these out to the person that serviced the vehicle (though hesitant because that’s not my nature), and he did a walk around, wiping spots here and there that he noticed. Looks like all they did was vacuum the inside (aside from the trunk which was untouched). Definitely disappointed and a waste of money. Very unfortunate—actually, just wrong and unfair. Better off doing it yourself, I certainly won’t be back.

Used to love this car wash but the quality is going down. 1. I seen one of the guy who was washing my car dropped the wash mitt and instead of rinsing it off.. they used it to keep washing my car. 2. A microfiber towel that was dropped on the street and I seen people drive walk by stepped on the towel. So I figured the towel would be thrown away. This Mexican dude picked it up and clean the interior of another customers car with it. So yeah when I say the quality of this place gone down it’s down. Never going here again.

Great service!! I really appreciate how efficient, detailed and friendly the staff are. I keep my car in great condition, so I feel good knowing I’m not causing the staff too much work. Even so, they really take their time to make sure my car looks showroom ready. The relief I felt, sitting down in this freshly-detailed car... I just don't have the right words to express how good it felt to have an interior so clean and fresh. I mean, before I booked an appointment, it was such a mess. The car had pet hair everywhere and a foul mystery odor from a past owner. I searched for hours to find a well-rated detailer who would answer their phone, email, anything. Steel City Auto Spa was the ONLY one who responded in a timely manner and with confidence that they were up to the task. Now I admit I'm a little beneath their usual lineup of sports cars and fancy trucks, but I figured if people trust them with their most expensive machines, then I can trust them with my boring $10k sedan. And let me tell you, these folks were PROS. They went DEEP on these seats and killed that odor for good. They handled old adhesive on the dash like it was nothing. And of course they left the carpets spotless. Everything's clean, and now I can finally feel good about being inside this car. Many places flood you with packages and add on services, this gentleman along with this establishment is clear about their packages and turn around times. I have a horse and a dog. Dog hair, mud, and hay always stay embedded in my carpet no matter how hard I try to shop vac and keep it clean - to the point that I’d say “I guess it’s just part of the car now…” Somehow, the guys here managed to get every last bit, and frankly, it wasn’t even this clean when I Bought my car. WOW is all I can say but I'll say more. These folks are the nicest people I have met in a long time. They first did a detail on my daughters 2008 Hyundai Accent. While in good shape the car had 220,000 miles on it so you can imagine it was quite soiled. Not when they got done....the car almost looked like when I drive it off the dealer parking lot in 2008. Yesterday I had my 2017 Terrain detailed inside and out and a remote starter kit put in. I was in and out on a 4 hours, job well done, and even went the extra mile to touch up some paint I had dinged a while ago. They treat you like family, always offering me food and beverages. Not one for reviews, in fact this may be my first, but after my experience w/ this establishment last week I felt one was warranted. I by design have an extremely particular “OCD” type personality and take pride in the exceptional care and maintenance I devote to my belongings especially my vehicles. My stance on car detailing has always been “no one cares more about my vehicle than me thus no one despite compensation, could ever take the time and attention tht I would take to clean my car.” A busy work schedule following a vacation left me w/ absolutely no time and subsequently led to an apprehensive decision to pay someone for tht service. I can now say tht I stand corrected. I was pleasantly surprised at the phenomenal job tht was done on my vehicle. Having received front window tints (perfect match to rear) full interior/exterior detail, including a clay bar treatment, buffing, wax, top coat sealant and a paint touch up, my 3y/o black luxury SUV w/ very light cream interior looked better than it had since I drove it off the show room floor. No abrasive or harsh smelling chemicals were used on/in my vehicle, it had the coveted “brand new car” smell as if all the leather was replaced w/ new. The crevices within the center control area and between the seats tht I normally struggle to remove debris from w/ my homemade vacuum attachments were cleaned thoroughly and entirely. It got to a point where I was intentionally looking in the deepest darkest corners of the interior of my vehicle to find a crumb or anything to indicate tht these guys missed a spot, I couldn’t find one. So to make a long story longer, these guys are the real deal, they clearly care about the quality of their work which is evident in the work itself. Very reasonably priced, in fact I was willing and felt I should have paid much more for the services I received. Not to mention the turnaround time was especially impressive seeing as when I brought my vehicle in tht morning there where already a slew of other vehicles in the garage and outside, presumably in queue for service. My car was completed by tht afternoon. Simply put, the detailing for all my vehicles will be exclusively handled by Mr.Eds from this point moving forward. Highly highly highly recommend.

Excellent service. The team does a fantastic job with cleaning. Do note that this is not a detailing place but just a car wash. For the price, they do an exceptional job. Tip: try coming in when there is no rush or long lines. Removing stuff from your car ahead of time helps them clean well. If you see any spot that was missed, ask them and they will clean it.

This place is VERY hit or miss. On an off or slow day I’ve gotten better but if it’s busy chances are you’re not going to get a good interior clean. Water spots all over the windshield, none of the cup holders were touched, finger prints all over the console screen the exterior was still very dirty, and a poor vacuuming job. I had to come home and clean it for another 20 minutes after paying over $40 plus a tip and I waiting for about 40-45 minutes start to finish.

Scheduled a week out, full inside and outside detail priced at 325$. The weather hit with an inch of snow so I asked if I could schedule the interior and exterior separate and offered to pay up front for that rate. Owner declined the full payment up front but said he was willing to schedule separately and would honor the 325$ rate for both and I could schedule when I came to pick up my car. I dropped my car off the night prior and he calls around 1 pm to say the car is ready for just the interior detailing. He says I owe 265$ for salt and dog hair on the interior alone. Mind you no pets have ever been in my car before and we live in Erie where salt build up is expected. The car was professionally detailed before being purchased 3 years prior and had been cleaned but not detailed. He threatened to keep my car when I offered him 200$ so I paid 250$ and left refusing to pay his tax and he refused me a receipt. There’s still a stain and dust on my dash as well

First time visiting a delta sonic and I will not return. The inside of my car needed cleaned badly. I was in Erie so I decided to try delta out. I paid 296 for the one hour express. I had to pay extra for the trunk. (3rd row vehicle) I moved the second row seats up and my third row was even touched. My floor mats were still muddy and there was some spots that were not cleaned to the fullest. For the price I paid my car should have been much cleaner! The staff was very friendly. I will give them that!

First off, WOW my first time giving the express interior package a try. Got in super quick. Cayden gave me all the details on what I was paying for…him and Ryan the manager helped me get my car seat out. They go above and beyond especially nice about me not being able to get it out myself. I took my truck to Luxury Details for a full paint correction detail, tint, and badge removal. When I picked it up it was unrecognizable. The black paint looked like literal glass and there was no evidence that there were previously badges on the tailgate and door. The tint was clean, crisp, and ran to the edge of the windows not leaving that unwanted gap of clear glass. Exceptional customer service, and phenomenal quality work. 👌 I couldn't be happier. My truck gets stored for winter, and is scheduled again at Luxury Details to get it nice weather ready. I wouldn't trust my truck with anyone else.

I took a great running but terribly dirty 2002 Z3 BMW to get the top tier Black Label Detailing done to it. The results were unbelievable and exceeded my wildest expectations as everything with this vehicle from the wheels, intricate rims, exterior finish and interior seats, floor, carpet, mats, dash, console and windows is now pristine. Literally 99% of all exterior surface scratches no longer exist. The car was so clean I almost didn’t want to drive it because I didn’t want to get it dirty but I did this afternoon and countless people at wawa and cross keys area told me how beautiful the car was. This 2002 BMW looks brand new! It was the best $600 I ever spent and I was so blown away that I’m taking my beat up 2004 Toyota Corolla to them today (whose exterior paint is peeling everywhere) just to get my entire interior cleaned. I didn’t even know Black Label Detailing existed but being a frequent wawa visitor I saw the place and saw a constant flow of vehicles there and the rest is now history and I couldn’t be any happier!!! The owner and his assistant who worked on my car were both pleasant and professional and informative. Payment was flexible and easy done over the phone. You won’t find a better Detailing Shop than Black Label. How do I know that? Because my BMW is spotless / pristine inside out and you can’t top perfection!!! Brian S. and his team of Brian's worked on my 2018 Audi TTRS in Jan. 2022 and it is still looking great. They have done maintenance on my car every year to make it look top notch and keep coating in good shape and at present time the car has 89k miles. It is very cool to see my car on their website homepage, what an honor! They have helped me deal with some headlight issues with PPF and have shown me some hard water spots in hatchback jam area which we will take care of in the future. They have also helped my interior leather by cleaning it and adding protection. Great company and willing go above and beyond to protect my car and make it look the great! Top notch company! I initially was going to leave no review but after discovering scraps of old tint in the backseat I feel like I have to. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday morning after making an appointment with an understanding that it would be done by end of day. At end of day, I received a phone call saying that my old tint was coming off in pieces and further time was needed. No big deal, they just said to come in around noon the next day. On Tuesday I came in around noon as requested only to discover that it was still a work in progress and that it would more than likely be finished at the end of the day or the next morning at the latest. Further communication before I took an uber in with the anticipation of picking the car up would have been appreciated as I now was without a car for 2 days. The owner was gracious enough to drive me back. I got a call back Wednesday morning saying that it was complete. When I went to pick up the vehicle, my initial quote of $275 was now $450. I can understand some increase due to the extra work but nearly doubling the initial quote is over the top and the new price was not communicated until it came time to pay. On top of that, leftover old tint was left all over the back seat area including in the seat belt jams and headrests. Some sort of yellow-ish adhesive was found over the door panels (on the leather and wood) and in door jams. There were also chemical/water streaks on the inside of the front windshield which hadn’t been cleaned as well as streaks/prints as if the windows hadn’t been wiped down inside after install. Overall the job felt rushed despite taking longer and unprofessional in areas and the communication regarding pricing/timing was lacking. Leaving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the gentlemen working on the detailing side were accommodating.

We lost both our vehicles in the recent flooding in Stoney Creek. We purchased a Ford Escape in a private sale for a deal because of the condition the interior was in. We knew that with David’s help from Sinister Automotive, we would be able to replace one of our vehicles at an affordable cost since we had to replace two vehicles. David did not disappoint!!! I'm pretty OCD when it comes to detailing my own cars (5 cars in the "family fleet"), but my job has been so busy that I haven't had a chance to do more than wash this X5 a couple times since getting it at the beginning of the year. So I turned it over to David at Sinister. He did a great job! I'll use him again in the future, and would tell any of my friends to do the same.
