The following will be as honest of a review that I can give. When I first called towards the end of September the owner, Roger, answered the phone but was with a customer and said he would call back. He didn't, I had called him again after an hour and was able to tell him what we wanted done with our vehicle. It was driven into a river by the previous owner and we needed all seats and carpet out and cleaned along with cleaning and adding dielectric grease to the electrical connectors. He said no problem as they do many flood vehicles and knows what needs to be done. He would be able to start on the vehicle the following Monday, which was 6 days out. We agreed and dropped the vehicle off on Sept 30th (Sunday). On Tuesday, October the 2nd we called and he said it is nearly done and he was expecting it to be ready the next day. We were shocked because we know how much work it is to do what needs to be done but he said that the carpets were not that bad. Wednesday had come and gone. It was not nearly as easy to reach him after that. He kept saying it was going to take a while longer. Eventually, we received the vehicle on October 11th (12 days after dropping it off) and paid him $300. During this time we wanted him to detail another vehicle but because it took so long, we cancelled that deal. He apologized for the delay and said he would do the other car for free, so we agreed to that. He promised to have it done by Tuesday evening (5 days later). Take a look at the pictures, this is how we received it from them. As you can see nothing was done as this is nearly the same condition it was in when we left it with them. The stuff they sprayed only masked the dirt and left a sticky residue that we needed to clean up. That day I took out all of the seats and lifted up the carpet and it was wet underneath and still very dirty from the flooding. They didn't even look, because if they did this is what they would see (see pictures). I called the owner and told him that he should fire his employee for lying to him and that the owner should have never let this vehicle leave his lot and should have done a quality check to make sure it was cleaned to high standards. It was not. When he came Friday afternoon and saw it, he apologized and took the carpets to clean them. He returned with one guy on Saturday and used the wet sponge and wet vacuum technique to get most of the dirt up. My wife and I cleaned up the rest to our standards that we were expecting to have them do. See the last picture. The other car was returned on Tuesday and it was cleaner but still not to the top quality we would have expected from a professional detailing company, but it was good enough. Originally this would have been a 1-star review but the free cleaning and his effort to try and resolve the problem brings it to a 3-star. We will not be using their services again. Hopefully they take this review and improve their staff, quality, and customer service.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from a dealership if which the owners clearly had a dog (we do not). I called Lickide Split and was super excited to get the vehicle detailed. The owner stated that he would need the SUV from 9am to 5pm Tuesday. I told him I would need to drop it off the night before as I would not be able to bring it that morning and that I would have to figure out how to pick it up since my husband would be working late. He stated that is fine and told me where to drop the keys. I called him Tuesday afternoon stating that a friend could give me a ride and he stated it would be ready for pickup by 4:30. Before dropping off the vehicle, I had noticed three dog hairs protruding from the vents on the dashboard. After it was "detailed", there were only two hairs sticking up. When I got home, I pulled into the garage where it was warm and looked the vehicle over. I was disgusted to find gunk (I'm guessing was peanut butter?) on the door by the seatbelt, the inside glass on the moonroofs were dirty, the windows were spotted and streaked, the headrests were clearly not even lifted (as seen in the photos included), and there was copious amounts of dog hair under and around the seats (see photos). In addition, I found some kind of fruit pit or nut coated with hair along with a pen and a pair of sunglasses under the seats as well as bits of food and candy. The quarter and nickel I dropped on the floor before dropping it off were still on the floor between the seat and the center console. I immediately phoned the owner to let him know the condition of the vehicle and that he may want to speak with his employees. He was instantly defensive and stated that he personally inspects every vehicle before it leaves and that he has "been in this business longer than anyone". He asked if he could pick it up for an hour and make it right. I declined and stated that I would prefer to do it myself, that he already had it all day, and one hour would be pointless. I stated that I would send him the pictures so he could show his employees, but I would not be letting him have it again. He stated that he would love to see them because the carpets were shampooed, yet I do not know how that is possible as it was clearly not even vacuumed. (They may have wet the carpets down because the next day, it smelled like a wet dog). He was upset that I would not let him "make it right" and said, "I'm begging you to let me have it for an hour." Again I declined and stated that I was disappointed that it was not detailed and would be doing it myself but would send him the pictures so he is aware and hopefully ensures this is not repeated for someone else. I would never return nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Got my wife’s Expedition washed and the interior vacuumed for her birthday. Patrick and crew did a very good job. Moving here from the west coast, I have been very leery of detailing shops, but as it turns out, I was completely wrong in my assumptions. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Patrick also does full details from top to bottom on big trucks. They also polish aluminum and stainless steel. Glad I found this place.

My boyfriend took my car to get detailed on the drivers side after a group of teenagers threw chicken wings into my car. He paid 120 dollars for the seat and drivers side interior of the car to be cleaned. The shampoo of the seat was the only thing done well. They failed to mention that the 120 did not cover almost any of the areas that needed to be cleaned and the areas it did cover were still dirty when we got the car back. We ended up taking it back, no apologies, and they only offered to go over it again. Mind you, the car looked the same when we got it back. Sauce was still stuck to the dash above the wheel, the wheel still had grime, and the floor mats were not cleaned. Once again they did not do anything or communicate about the interior carpet. I’m HIGHLY disappointed by the work and the management, their accountability, and their ability to communicate with customers. 120 dollars and my time…wasted. Could have used the cleaner we had at home and used the 120 for a portable carpet cleaner and got better results. If you’re professional or a company whose entire business is detailing, you should do professional work, not work that leaves a customer absolutely baffled. I never leave reviews let alone negative ones, but this was absolutely appalling.

They are fast, affordable, do a great job and the people are awesome. You could not ask for anything more but they do more. They came and picked up my truck, called me and kept me updated along the way letting me know how much it was going to cost for each step. They did way more than I expected for what I paid. Went to this car wash a couple of weeks ago. I use the side where I can do it myself. I try not to use a bathroom that I am not familiar with. Boy, I sure wish I hadn't had too. Guy came out of the bathroom smoking a cigarette. The worst part was, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Pee all over the stool, etc.

I’ve been to this location a few times before they changed their pricing matrix and it was always a pretty good experience with good results. Today I went in for whatever the wash is a step down from the top tier and after I was finished I notice my passenger side was very visibly unwashed. I went back through since per their policy you can get another wash if you’re not satisfied. I gave it another shot and let the service associate know what the issue was. He said something to the tune of,”they don’t really spray down the passenger side in the pre wash,” which seemed odd to me, but as long as the job was done right I don’t really care. When I completed the wash the passenger side and rear passenger part of the vehicle were still unclean and had visible grime that you could see the automatic brushes didn’t get, but did slightly brush over. They don’t even have the wipe down station anymore so I couldn’t clean what was missed myself. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because of my past positive experiences. I will not be returning and I would suggest that if you’re reading this that you go somewhere else and don’t waste your money.

My boyfriend and I took his little brother to the Halloween event they had last night and waiting in line was alright with the people in costumes walking around, but then it cost $30 and ended up being just a normal car wash… then at the end of the car wash someone in a clown costume threw themselves onto the car we just paid $30 to get washed 💀 last but not least, the wash didn’t even get the car clean. 0/10 would not recommend. Schulte had a way better and cheaper one last year, i hope they do it again.

My car had been vandalized with scratches and gouges. I looked for a company that could work on the car and found T&T by their reviews. I drove by without an appointment and the lovely people at T&T agreed to work on it while I waited. They removed all the obvious remnants of the scratches and graffiti the criminals made as well as a few other scratches they saw. It looks so much better than I hoped it would! Did an ok job on the detail. Wheels were still pretty dirty and sun-roofs don’t look like they got touched, but overall a decent job. It was very off-putting when my drop off time was 8:30am and I showed up at 8:37am and a guy comes out from the back and says, “you’re 10 minutes late-my guy has been standing around for 10 minutes.” Luckily the woman working at the front desk was friendly enough to make up for the rudeness of the guy trying to reprimand me for being 7 minutes late. Also got hit with a $50 charge for pet hair, and my wife has literally never had a dog/cat/fish in her car a day in her life so seems excessive. I wouldn’t say don’t go here, because again, a decent job was done, but if you want to be treated like a high paying customer don’t expect to be treated very nicely.

Took my daily driver, which I drive to a cement plant for work every day, in to get cleaned up after years of neglect. I was beside myself with the quality of the detail, their attention to detail, and the ability to remove tough stains is something I did not expect to even be possible. I also haul my two dogs around in the back seat of this 15 year old pickup, to the lakes and creeks, and I am a smoker. After they were done you would think it had never been abused the way it was, thoroughly impressive to say the least.

I brought my F-150 in that I use for hunting. It can get pretty nasty during the hunting season between food, dog hair, and dirt. I have previously used another detailer in town before they went out of business. I found Chelles on Google. Wow! That's all I can say. They were upfront about charges, friendly, and did a phenomenal job. Far better than other detailers I have used in the past (to include the one that is no longer in business). You can tell they take a lot of pride in making your vehicle look brand new. I will 100% be back with other vehicles.

Wow...this place completely blows every other detailing place out of the water. I've taken my car to a few other places and eventually gave up, because I could do a better job for myself for free This place was highly recommended by a friend because they supported a local arts non-profit and we like to support those businesses. They did an outstanding job and this car was filthy... It had everything from mud, to mice, to sunblock, cat fur, and all sorts of spills. It literally came out sparkling as new! Highly, highly recommend!

10/10 do NOT recommend if you are looking for a true detail. I should’ve known when they said it would take AT LEAST a few hours and the kid called me and it hadn’t even been 2hrs. They wanted to charge $143 and also asked for a tip. I said I need to take a look at the car before I know what to tip, so glad I did. First I checked the doors and side compartments, not cleaned, back seat pocket not vacuumed, center console wasn’t touched nor was the glove box. I told the kid about some ketchup I spilled and needed that cleaned, put my hand there and got ketchup all over my hand. I have a back compartment that I made sure to leave open so they knew it was there to clean, it wasn’t touched at all!! The windows weren’t cleaned but got worse due to the spray he used splashing on them. Dash gauges were still dusty. This was basically the job that anyone could do at a car wash. They vacuumed the floors and did a quick and shotty dash wipe. Overall I’m so glad I looked at my car before I paid, not worth $143. The manager (very young girl) was very nice but the owner didn’t seem to care. They offered for me to come back but it was such an ordeal cleaning out my entire car and then paying $40 in Ubers to get there back and forth. I ended up paying $50 which really was still too much especially w the stress that caused and then having to go home and clean what they didn’t. Is it too much to except a service done properly. Do your job right or don’t be in the business. Don’t go here.

I took my car here to get professionally detailed. I grew up with my dad showing cars and detailing them so I was looking for something professionally done but to be honest, I didn’t want to do the work myself. What they said would take a day took about half a day. When I came to pick it up the outside looked pretty good but the inside was not done well. Spots where clearly never cleaned, like the top of the streaming wheel and small parts in the door. There where splatters on the review mirror when I dropped it off there was nothing. The real kicker is the fact I got the engine detailed and when I drive home after picking it up, I found this rag in my engine. I get it accidents happen but the fact that the car wasn’t as clean as it should have been was frustrating. The worst part though is when I messaged them about the rag to let them know it was in my car I was replied with a curt response about how I wasn’t even charged for an engine cleaning and a half hearted apology. Which I paid for what I was quoted for which was an engine cleaning so I would like that part of the apology is to be questioned. Overall, was it the worst thing ever no, but the half-hearted cleaning job and then the lack of customer service I would never recommend them nor go to them again.

Picked up a Penske truck today from Anytime with dangerously bald tires. The operators of Anytime refused to put me in a different truck unless I paid the $400 difference for a 22' truck. I called Penske roadside service and the service tech agreed that the tires were too bald to drive on. Penske Roadside got me taken care of with new tires installed at Discount Tire. No thanks to Anytime who has no concern for customer safety. The lady who checked me out acted like I was bothering her from the moment I walked in. When I first asked about the bald tires her response was "Look dude, we're not a service center. Theres nothing I could do even if I wanted to." The service tech who "helped" me load up my car was extremely short with me and called me "buddy" more than once. This was an extremely unpleasant experience all around. I would not use this sevice center if you value customer service, your safety, or your time.

I picked up a Penske rental truck. Windshield & headlights were completely splattered with bugs. I ask if she could get someone to clean it her reply they all have them look. When she was explaining thing about the truck fuel, DEF fluid I tried asking a question her reply she cut me off just listen IAM telling you. A very unpleasant person!!! They did not clean the windshield, head lights, I had to figure out things for my self. trans mode that slows truck downhill, mode to lower truck when loading, air seat adjustment. I would not recommend picking it up here. The truck worked fine. We picked it up after hours had to clean the windshield & head light my self.

Have had a membership for an about 6 years and the last few months the car wash is broke more than it works. there is new ownership and the auto 2 lanes have been closed for weeks. No contact numbers to call. Not happy with this place!! If I could give it a zero I would

Worst self serve car wash we have ever been to. If I could give it a zero star review, I would. The first 45 seconds, nothing worked. The pre wash didn't work. Waste of $5. We wouldn't put more in, as we wouldn't give this place any more of our money. It appears like the car wash has never been updated...faded signs, and beat up machines.

I just want to start off by saying these two guys are so sweet and you can tell they absolutely stand behind what they do! I only paid for an interior clean but they rinsed the outside of my car anyway! I’ve never had my car detailed so when it only took them two hours I hate to say I was skeptical. Honestly had they not let me know when they started and finished my car I would have thought it took them all day. My car looks brand new! I can’t even remember the last time it looked so good. Honestly the pictures speak for themselves. I can’t recommend them enough and I will definitely be coming back!

How can I express such an excellent experience!!! Levi and Jodi were absolutely amazing!! Levi took his time detailing every part of the car putting in some hard work as my car was a wreck and went above and beyond the job!!! Not only was the inside just beautiful and so many stains gone, but he removed the seats getting down to the grime!! He did more then I even asked making him the go to man for any of my detailing work in the future!! He was so kind and very respectful and respected by me due to his professionalism and manner!!! Jodi who was helping him for the time is an angel we laughed and joked as I was waiting for the job to be completed she has a heart of gold and I truly treasured my time chatting with her!! I felt at ease and comfortable knowing I have placed my little car in good hands!!! Definitely worth every penny!!! God Bless!!!
