I had a full car application of Suntek PPF and a Modesta coating done on my Super Bee. The results were amazing. Vive truly knocked it out of the park. The PPF is flawless, absolutely flawless. The Modesta makes the B5 Blue absolutely pop and shine. Even after overlooking the vehicle again at home I just can’t get over the craftsmanship behind the PPF. You can’t even tell it’s on the vehicle—all of the graphics that come on the Super Bee were no match for the skill that Vive has in the PPF world. They were able to PERFECTLY lay the PPF over all the graphics on the Super Bee. Not just anyone could’ve done that, I truly appreciate the time they took to make the PPF over the graphics look perfect. I’ve done a lot of business with this shop between my Super Bee and a Nissan Armada w/ a full chrome delete, and I don’t regret a single penny. The time, care, and overall effort Vive puts in your vehicles is unmatched in my opinion. I also want to mention that the all of employees here are great as well. The customer service and communication they provide to each and every customer for each and every job is excellent. “Spotless” car spa indeed!! Spotless Car Spa provided me an outstanding hand wash service for my Model X Plaid. I usually get my car wash at a place on Washington but felt that the last couple of washes could’ve been better so I decided to try out Spotless Car Spa. I was greeted immediately upon arriving and welcomed like I was an old VIP customer. I picked out my wash package and waited in the modern waiting room. It smelled of luxury fragrance and it had fast wifi and even free bottle water. After a short wait, I was super happy with the work. I noticed they even opened my frunk and made sure all the plastic pieces under the hood were cleaned and wiped free of water! Nobody has ever been so detailed!! The team’s attention to detail ensures the car is spotless, from the falcon-wing doors to the pristine interior. The owner was even there to tell me my car was completed. He was incredibly professional and made sure I was happy with my experience. Overall, Spotless Car Spa is great choice for those who appreciate premium service and want their car looking like a new car on delivery day.

My grandparents 2015 Toyota RAV4 looks amazing! I got the X-Treme Clean service with the upholstery shampoo add on and I’m beyond impressed with the results. The staining on the upholstery is non existent, there’s no noticeable dust is sight, and the paint (although damaged from daily driving) looks amazing. I looked into getting my car detailed on Monday and got it done by Wednesday (I could’ve even gotten it done earlier but I was busy) the service was quick and the results were worth it! Justin and his team did a good job cleaning my Q5 Sportback. I had paid for the supreme detail which included the full interior cleaning and outside wash/wax. When I went to go check on status of car they mentioned they had not shampooed carpets because it didn’t look like they needed it, but I was under the impression since it was included in the description my carpets would get shampooed. They shampooed them for me after I requested it and dropped the price a little which was nice. Good clean overall

The quality of work here is equivalent to asking your kid sibling/niece/nephew to vacuum/clean out your car for $20 except i paid $180 for my car interior to still be dusty/grimey. The floor mats look fine but they didnt bother cleaning under the seats or within any crevices. I am disappointed and will not be back.

I am very unhappy with the way my car turned out after purchasing the $500 package with this company. There were still marks and literal dirt on the outside + wax residue on the hood, and several areas on the inside were not even touched. THOROUGH | WORH IT | CONVENIENT. I got two large SUV’s cleaned by Ulises & Jose on a recommendation from my mother in law. We asked for both the interior and exterior to be cleaned and they did everything including under the hood though they do offer other packages with less options included. The exterior looks great but for me the real difference is the interior, the carpet shampooing and leather conditioning in particular make everything look phenomenal. They are very thorough, got underneath every single seat, inside every pocket and along every button of the dash. I think they even cleaned the seatbelts. One of the SUVs we recently purchased and it clearly had several messy children in it daily, but Uli was able to remove some pink paint/nail polish from the leather console, some sort of white crusty stain from the leather stitching on the seats (quite possibly icing or sugar), and by special request even worked to remove every mark on the ceiling. My husband didn’t think it would be worth it to get the new car detailed since the dealership “just did that” when we bought it a few weeks ago, but even he agrees it was absolutely worth the money; you would never know this was a family vehicle a few weeks ago. We live slightly outside of the usual service area but because we had two vehicles to clean they were willing to come to us which was very convenient. Prices are high if you need a large SUV or truck cleaned but based on the level of service and detail I’d say the prices are accurate and well worth it for the occasional deep clean. Uli was also communicative via text and willing to reschedule around some rainy days.

Mike and the crew at Go Detailer Go were nothing short of excellent. On Friday November 29th, I came to get a car wash and I left out of there with damage to my windshield. I went back to day after and they guaranteed that it was not their doing. There’s specs all over my windshield that was not there before. My windshield was clear, perfectly fine. When the sun hits my windshield there’s millions of specs, looks like glitter. I’m a single mother of two small children, I live paycheck by paycheck and it’s very disappointing that the car I’m almost done paying off was damaged by this company and they do not want to fix the problem they caused.. they keep undermining me and blaming it on rocks when in fact all of a sudden I have this issue after leaving their place of business! I wish my camera can do better justice as to what I see in my windshield day in and at night it’s even worse! I’ve shown them before and after and they still choose to blame small rocks on the freeway. Those dots are scattered all over my windshield!

I have been going to this car wash for the last couple of years and have always loved it. It’s not big or fancy, but it is reasonably priced and usually clean and well cared for, and that is what I like. I went on February 3rd, bought some tokens and put 3 of them in to start the car wash in the middle bay. The lights were working and I turned the knob to soap water and the nozzle started spraying. I sprayed the tailgate of my truck and went to go around the drivers side and it shut off. I looked at the control panel and the lights were off. I tried to change the setting and nothing happened. I had to move to another wash bay, buy more tokens and wash my truck. I went to their website and used the contact us link and it let me type everything in and then wouldn’t submit it. I copied and pasted their email from the same site and sent an email only to get the email back stating it was an invalid address. There was a sign that said if you have problems to leave a note on their door, but I am not leaving my info on a door for all to see and I didn’t have anything with me to write on. While I only lost $3, the inability to contact them and the experience will prevent me from returning. I used to live down the road from there and now that I have moved the location is not convenient for me, but I went out of my way to go there because I liked it.

I paid $100 and they didn’t even blow the water out of my side mirrors so once I left, there were heavy water streaks all over the side of my vehicle as if I went through a cheap $10 drive-through wash. Additionally, somebody stole two bottles of perfume and a Louis Vuitton umbrella. My car was a little junkie and they bagged everything up And when I got home, I noticed that was missing once I went through the bag, There are other reviews that are reporting the same experience of theft. They went through all of my compartments and did things normally is not done on a vacuum and wipe down.I would not recommend this place, I’m sure he pays all those people under the table cash. They give off hater vibes.

Found 210 Mobile Detailing through an online search and after reading the other great reviews- booked the signature service for my VW Atlas. Juan at Sweet's Auto Detailing is the best. Very communicative, fair pricing, easy scheduling and did great work in getting the cigarette smell out of a truck I purchased. Didn't realize until after I'd bought a used truck that the dealer had masked over a smoke smell with a bunch of shampoos. This was my first new-to-me car in 15 years, so I was super bummed when I realized the car had a very strong smoke smell. Chris at Flawless Detail did a fantastic job restoring my 2006 Mazda Miata to like new. It was parked outdoors for a year and the convertible top leaked water inside. I had no idea and when I opened it a few months after the last time I drove it, it was completely covered in mold and smelled like a swamp. Chris ensured me from day 1 they were very comfortable working on it and guaranteed the mold would not come back with the ozone treatment. They are one of the few places in Dallas who do mold removal. The owners of the shop were excellent with communication and reached out to keep me updated through the multi-day process. We shopped for estimates all around the north side of Dallas and settled on Wilson at Dallas Detailing and Buffing. Not only did he give us the best price for fixing the damage (80% of the next highest bid and less than half of the highest bid), but his service was second to none. He walked us through the process to understand exactly what it is we wanted to do and where each dollar was spent. We opted to get aftermarket parts to save on cost, replacing and repainting the fender, replacing and repainting the bumper, and replacing the bracket as well as blending the door with the fender. Communication during the process was excellent, Wilson kept me updated at every stage until it was ready. When we got the car back it looked brand new! Lowest price, excellent workmanship, and a trustworthy individual to do business with. If I’m ever in need of body repair, they’ll be my first call!

Beyond happy!! Wilson was absolutely amazing! I came in on a Monday, and Wilson was able to get me in the next day! I ended up doing everything from the engine bay to the interior and couldn't be happier! Needed some glue off, a debadge, and a paint correction on my 2500 ram . I sent him a couple videos and in minutes he responded and gave me a quote. Amazing new look for my 911 thanks to Jon and the great people at Time 2 Shine. I had my Carrera S wrapped in gloss, light blue vinyl wrap which Jon helped me pick out. They have tons of colors in a variety of styles to fit your exact need. This was close to Miami Blue, which is why I chose it. The wrap turned out better than I expected. The attention to detail used while wrapping the car is impressive. It looks like new paint and I’ve gotten many compliments and knowing nods from other Porsche drivers. If you’re contemplating a wrap, it’s been a good process so far and it really changes the look of your vehicle, and unlike paint you can always go back to your paint color years later when the wrap is eventually removed. I brought the car for its original appointment in which the I was not informed that it was cancelled due to them running behind. Brought it to the next appointment in which they were still running behind and I had to wait 2 hours extra. Got the car washed by another detailer in its 3 months of existing, no scratches. I brought it here cause they are cheaper.Bring it to this detailer in which afterwards there are scratches on the hood and under the side mirror. Mind you these are hard scratches to get from road debris. They said they would polish it out and have been waiting three weeks via cancelled appointments and the owner not communicating at all. Got a call today only for the owner to get into a screaming match with me saying their detailer make no mistakes and they didn’t scratch the car. Soap was left under the mirrors the residue formed. Terrible experience. If you soon into the second picture you can clearly see scratches going up and down which I’m sure is due to the cleaning motion. To reply to the owners reply. I told you to zoom into the second picture a few days later because I noticed the scratches. Upon zooming in those scratches were there and that was after the wash. This was not done by previous work as I would have complained as I am to you now. You were not kind at all and told me you would not fix the other scratches please do not lie. Microfiber towels and mitts can cause deep scratches if not cleaned properly, a simple Google review proves that, Seeing as there are previous reviews with bad ratings and pictures of scratches mistakes can happen. But you refused to fix any mistake on mine and argued that this was not your fault. Seeing as how you failed to complete promised scheduled appointments and the appointments to fix said scratches your work is not reliable at all. Therefore your word is also most likely unreliable.

Called Martin Auto Detailing from Louisiana to talk about what kind of services he offers for a big truck. He was very patient, professional, and also a cool guy to talk to. Even better in person. So I decided to schedule with him for a full ceramic coating. I made my trip to Dallas being that I was in the area and dropped it off to him. And I’ll say he covered some ground on my truck. Definitely did an amazing job making my paint, glass, and wheels shine like crazy and bringing back a lot of clarity. Made any scratch completely invisible. And talk about slick and smooth too. Rejects water and dust insanely great. And so much easier to wash. Also where I’m from, bugs on grilles are RELENTLESS. If you live by rice fields, crawfish fields or any field really with long grass in the country then you know. Well now they get rejected also and are so much easier to clean off with zero effort. The worst drive through car wash I've ever been to. My windshield still looked bad. The workers would not allow me to wait for a vacuum and kept waving me through, and out of, the lot. The lot itself is too small and cramped for all of the different services they have going on. Just a miserable experience. The car wash has two drive through car wash lanes, but only about 10 vacuums (which is not even enough for a busy 1 lane car wash let alone 2 lanes). They have detail options/hand dry if you want to try that, but I cannot recommend the drive thru car wash at all. Will not be going back.

Hard to describe how amazing Sean and his team at Taurus Auto Detailing are. I have a brand new BMW X5 that was covered in overspray from staining our fence. I cannot emphasize enough just how much I appreciate this company's service. Not only does the inside of my car look absolutely brand new (a car that I've had people spill things in for the better of 4 years), but it has a shine on the outside that cleverly hides the rest of the marks that requires an intense body shop makeover to fix. Andrea is an absolute sweetheart who both shows and tells how much she enjoys her work. She greets you so energetically if you meet her in the morning to drop off your car, and also allows you to drop it off before or after hours, if its more convenient for you, with a nifty secure key box to put your car keys in. Although, it is highly recommended to be there in person to pinpoint the areas you want to make sure are noticed. You can also pick up your car after hours without any worry at all (Andrea will explain the method to you). Just this one interaction alone shows how the company as a whole regards ease of service and customer comfort to a high degree. Andrea also messages you throughout the day in case she finds any issues with the car (i.e. my sister had a defect with her car's air vent and Andrea had actually texted her with a DIY solution using a paperclip). At the end, she messaged me the most wonderful pictures of my freshly cleaned car, and we both fawned over the results through text. The owner, Aric, is poster child of customer service. There was a slight miscommunication about what I wanted done with my car, and all it took was one call to Aric, three rings to be precise, for him to pick up and clarify how the mistake happened and to confirm that he fixed it. He is so friendly to talk to, clearly knows what he's doing, and makes the whole process of getting my car detailed much less stressful than I first imagined. As I told Andrea, if my car were alive, I bet it would've absolutely enjoyed the spa treatment that it got.

2 stars for friendly staff. This is my 3rd time at complete auto and the other times were great, this time not so much. I’m not sure if it’s because they were overly busy or what but I was not pleased with the cleaning of my car. This is a hand car wash so no excuses for my car not being thoroughly clean. I ended up re cleaning parts of my car when I got home, which is not ok for a $60 car wash. I purchased the buy 4 get 3 so I’ll be back and hopefully they can redeem themselves. We’ll see.

Don't have a clue as to how good this business might be. First, they have a virtual address which turned out to be an office suite in a Business Park. I was able to get ahold of Joe, the owner, and told him the problem (concrete on the exterior) and he said he would come out that afternoon to look at it and give me an estimate for the removal. Jeff did a fantastic job on my 2024 BMW M2 and exceeded all expectations. He applied ceramic coating to my car, engine, and interior. He also applied additional protection to the front where it’s most likely to see debris from other vehicles on the road. Jeff is very thorough, and he takes the time to explain the fine details. He will come to you 2 weeks after the job is complete to show you how to properly wash your vehicle in order to get the most life out of the product. I’m going to visit him again soon to apply 3M PPF protection to the front, backside of mirrors, and runners along the sides for added protection. His prices can’t be beat! Jeff did such an amazing job that I recently had my wife’s BMW X3M coated as well. I’ll drop a separate review for that car, where he did a fantastic job! Jeff did a great job on my brand new car! He is knowledgeable about his craft and takes the time to explain things. He has worked on Ferrari and Rolls Royce and all kinds of different vehicles. At first, I was a little apprehensive to take my car to a small shop and leaving it there, but a couple days later when I picked it up everything was fine. I think Jeff’s prices are reasonable because he is able to get by with less overhead so he can pass on the savings. If you’re renting a big shop operation that comes as a considerable cost which is reflected in prices. I would see Jeff again with my future vehicles. Thank you!

Absolutely pleased with the work Ernest did on my vehicle. I bought this car used and only realized after I washed it that it had crazy swirl marks from the abuse of automatic car washes. So I contacted Ernest about a paint correction and he brought my car back to life!! I am blown away! He is very professional and friendly kept me updated along the process and gave me free game on how to keep my cars paint in good condition and what products to use. Fabulous experience with Junior! He was quick to answer, and was at my house within 45 minutes from when I called. My dog had an accident in my back seat after a vet visit, Junior did not complain about the mess and got right to work. Literally made the cleaner than when we bought it. We have 3 large dogs and there was not a trace of any of them when our car was done being detailed. Very reasonable pricing for the amount of labor it takes to do what they accomplished. They are a great company to work with. Great communication and very easy to set up an appointment. They showed right on time and the work was done in about 3 hours, for an interior detailing. Beside the detailing, they treated and conditioned the leather seat in my SUV as well, and they practically look like brand new car. The interior of the vehicle smells great! I would highly recommend Legends Detailing to anyone looking to get thier vehicle detailed, wrapped or ceramic coated. A friend of ours' recommend Mason, after he wrapped our friend's truck...... which looked awesome! Mason has detailed both of our vehicles. He even added ppf and ceramic coating to my wife's car. They did a wonderful job. The inside of my 2012 looks brand new. It had been sitting outside for 2 years with the windows cracked. Everything was caked in dust and faded. Just gross in general. Donnie is amazing!! There is not anyone better. His work quality is superb. Communication always on point and his pricing is fair. He has done two complete details for me. One was my son’s Honda that was terrible. Donnie got it looking like new and I was able to get top value for it when I sold it. We called to have our 10-year old car thoroughly cleaned prior to passing it on to a family member. We liked that they come to YOU, so neither of us would have to take time off work. Waiting around the 4 hours if we had taken it anywhere else for detailing is NOT my idea of a fun way to use my time off. They arrived on time. They worked the entire 4 hours, no goofing around. The job they did is hard to describe- the car looks incredible!! It’s beyond clean; all but the driver’s seat look like brand new seats. The driver’s seat has taken the most abuse over the past 10 years, nobody is going to be able to restore it to the original condition. That said, it looks at least 10 times better than it did. Everything is spic and span, even the WeatherTech mats look new. I told my husband we should make a point to use this couple to keep the new car we bought looking this pristine. Seriously, when paying the exorbitant price of a new car, it’s worth the expense to keep it this nice.

After trying out several different auto detailers for about 6 months, I came across Nitro. I told them my concerns about no scratches as a result of washes and getting a really good detail every time. I’m very particular about the paint on my vehicles. I tried them once and have been using them consistently since then. I have a regularly scheduled detailed with the team for 2 cars and they are always on time, communicative, very thorough and consistent in their detail work, friendly and generally great to work with. They even identified a crack in my wheel that I didn’t know was there. I have been very pleased. To be clear, this is not a paid review. They do a great job and I will continue to use them (just don’t make them so busy that they can’t get to my cars any longer).
