Probably fine for a regular detail but I wouldn’t recommend for mold removal. After we got home from work we found mold in pretty obvious places after the detailer left. He did come back and clean some more, but the next day when it was light out we found additional mold. I would say their attention to detail wasn’t great.

Disappointing Experience at Super Shine Auto Detailing My husband recently visited Super Shine Auto Detailing on November 24th for a deep cleaning for his car, which I had gifted him just a month prior. While the cleaning itself was well done, I was dismayed to discover that the leather near the front passenger window had been burned during the process. He promptly reached out to the business to report the damage, but was met with a disappointing response. The owner, Abdi, informed him that since he reported the issue more than 24 hours after his visit, they would not take responsibility. He explained that he had only noticed the damage the next morning due to the lighting, but his concerns were dismissed. We were not seeking compensation, just acknowledgment of the issue. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude from the staff left us feeling dissatisfied. While their detailing work may be good, the poor handling of customer service issues is a major drawback. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service & take accountability for the mistake that they have caused.

Jesse got his car in quickly and did such an amazing job that his car looks brand new and my son decided to keep it as well as buy his brand new car and have Jesse ceramic coat it and apply the protective interior services as well. Jeff, Juan and the other guy did SUCH an amazing job on my car! My car was stolen, it was recovered with a little water damage and two rat nests in the car! This crew did such an amazing job inside and out. They used the PurTec system on the inside of the car to prevent mold, mildew, bacteria, etc. they cleaned it from top to bottom inside and out. Outstanding service with really affordable prices! Was shopping around and decided to go with them because they were so helpful and kind. My dirty car needed some tlc and they made my car look brand new! All the stains, scuffs and dog hair are gone and they even did a great job polishing the car. The photos speak for themselves I’m very happy, they did a marvelous job car was ready same day all dry, however there was one item that was trash that was still left that was not taken out during the detailing (it was in the front passenger seat a pink makeup brush from the previous seller) and the front glovebox side was not cleaned, the guy who detailed my car connected his phone to the Bluetooth to play music but it’s no big deal I guess, I just removed him on the Bluetooth list, and the detailing deodorizer actually left a strong plastic scent that lingered in my car for 3 weeks post detailing I had to get a car freshener and car air purifier to get the scent out but it is not a problems glad the stains, germs, dust and junk is out.

New to the city. Have been searching for a good car wash/detailing shop that offers a fair price for awhile now. First time trying out the exterior hand wash package from signature auto detail. You have to call beforehand to schedule an appointment. I am very satisfied with the results. Especially love how good the wheels look after they clean it. The exterior hand wash was only 40 dollars and they were fairly efficient with it, in and out in about 30 minutes. They have a few different packages that goes up in price for more work done on the car. Highly recommend this place and I will be coming back for more.

My 10 year old car had a complete makeover with Gibby’s Auto Spa. What is nice about the service is that John and his team member comes to your home to detail your car (instead of you needing to drop off your car somewhere). I didn’t have to take time off work, and the full detail was done in only 2 hours. I needed the detail because my pet cat peed in the car and there was a smell after making my own attempt at cleaning, but John was able to take care of the smell with the ‘Ozone treatment’ and was also willing to come back at no charge after the detail was complete if I still smelled something funky. Booking the appointment on the website was also very easy. Payment was made in person after the detail was complete and you had time to inspect your car as well. Before and after pics included in this review. I recommend trying out Gibby’s Auto Spa for your car cleaning needs. :)

I had my car detailed, and I’m really happy with the results! It wasn’t in perfect shape when I brought it in, but he put in serious effort and made a huge difference. The biggest win? The dog pee smell is gone! He also managed to get out the water stains from my (failed) attempt at steam cleaning—something I didn’t think was fixable. His attention to detail really stood out. He cleaned everything—buttons, vents, crevices—I could tell because I had to readjust all my settings afterward! He also got out so much dog hair, and now my car feels fresh, clean, and normal again. For the time he spent, the work he did, and the price I paid, I feel like I got a great deal. He was also super nice and easy to be around, which made the whole process even better. If you need a solid car detail, I’d definitely recommend him!

Five stars is not enough. I heard about 509 through a Facebook post on Spokane Quaranteam and the work they did was great looking so I scheduled. I worked with David to find a good time and he was great about communicating. I had something come up and had to reschedule and he was great about that which I really appreciated. Got the vehicle in and he kept me updated. I planned on doing the pickup the next morning and David messaged me to let me know that he had checked everything over and since he was training someone he wanted to make some adjustments to meet his standard. I was so so impressed by this!!!! Every business trains employees, but not every business holds those employees to the highest standards. The work was AMAZING!!! I am positive my car didn’t look this nice when I bought it! I am absolutely a customer for life after this experience!!

What an absolutely great company! Bought my suv used from Appleway Audi. It wasnt ready for the floor but they promised to get it back in for detailing. I am so disappointed In the communication. Pro Mobile out sourced and shared all my personal information to another company without my knowledge. Nothing like a random person and company showing up at your house. I still have crumbs in this car and it wasn’t even that dirty to start. We mainly needed an odor removed, from pet puke. One door Jam is cleaned and the other isn’t. He didn’t do the head rests, there is over spray on all my windows and a big puddle of chemicals in my center console…the odor still remains- so thanks for that. Now I have to go re clean and wipe down this entire car, with the amount of armoral that’s laced everywhere, we cannot rightful sit in these seats without ruining our clothing.

Solid 5! We had been transporting 5 gallons of white chicken chili when a deer jumped in front of our car. We didn't hit the deer. But the whole 5 gallons of soup hit the interior of our car. I had been encouraged to contact Straight Line Detailing for work on my vintage cars, and Brandon and Casey fully lived up to their great reputation! The 58-year old paint on my 1965 Buick Wildcat was tired, with lots of chips, scratches, cracking, and crazing. They worked carefully to bring back the car's original beauty, while protecting and preserving the original paint. I was blown away to view the car after their work; the car is beautifully transformed! Parker and his team took great care of my car and did an expert job installing PPF on it. This is my first new car and first time doing PPF so I was worried about the expense and possible issues. Parker alleviated all that concern and wrapped edges perfectly wherever possible. It looked excellent and felt even better when I picked it up. Parker also saved me some money, gave me some extras for free, met me on a Sunday due to my work schedule, and set me up with a loaner for a week. I work at a car dealership, and we had always been recommending customers here for minor dent repair, tinting, etc so I decided to give them a shot myself. I had an ugly dent in my door from the previous owners, and wanted it popped out and have the area buffed well so I could have the paint scratches touched up. They did a great job and really fair pricing! $300 to pop out the dent and buff the paint, which removed quite a few shallow scuffs and scratches. A body shop quoted me $2700 to repair the door (granted that’s paint and prep and everything but still). Very pleased with the work they did! I have another car that needs some curb rash repaired and I plan on bringing it to them to have that done as well! Thanks guys!! I've been working on a 2001 Ford ranger 4x4 for many months. It's for my granddaughter in highschool. With a new engine, air conditioner, water leaks fixed. As a cigar smoker, my car smelled like an ashtray, especially after my friend spilled the ashtray in the back seat. But after they were done, it looked and smelled like a brand-new car. Took one of my cars to Detailed Exotics for full paint correction, ceramic coating, window polishing, and water stain removal, and they did absolutely above and beyond my expectations the car turned out looking better than new!! As well as they did Paint Protection Film “ppf” on my off road Jeep with custom flares and it came out looking amazing! Absolutely recommend them! And will keep bringing my cars to them! Just wow! I spoke with Eliseo last week, and he had the opportunity to look over my 2016 Mazda CX-5 to better determine what level of cleaning I needed. I opted for the silver package, but also wanted the clay bar to bring back the paint luster. Eliseo communicated extremely well prior to, and on the day of the scheduled cleaning. He had planned to work approximately 6 hours to complete the job, but he actually spent 7 hours, then asked if he could come back the following morning to complete the rubber mats and a couple of little spots he was not happy with. Again, the communication the next day was exemplary — we could not have asked for more. He spent another 1.5 hours the next day, as he is clearly a man who wants to do the best job possible, with great attention to detail. My Mazda looks FANTASTIC, and I recommend Eliseo to anyone who wants to have their car detailed. I am including some before and after photos here, to give you an idea of his work ethic and skill. I’m soooo happy with how my sweet old car looks!!

Anthony did an amazing job detailing my vehicle. I had a rotisserie chicken bag from Costco tip over and juices got everywhere. Anthony was able to fit me in next day for a cleaning. Ben did a complete PPF wrap on our 2023 F-Pace SVR and we couldn't be happier. We will be using the car for road trips and wanted to minimize road rash, and since the car is black we wanted to avoid the micro scratches that are a chronic problem with black paint. The result was beautiful and nearly flawless. After a few weeks I brought the car back for a few very minor details (I am a bit of a perfectionist) and Ben fixed them all with a smile. I was excited to take advantage of this detail service as it's close to my work, unfortunately I cannot recommend them and will not come here again. I ordered a interior/exterior wash, and I will have to spend an hour tomorrow going over everything they missed. The description said they would go over to the tailpipes they skipped them, they also missed the rear diffuser of the car there's dirt and residue everywhere still. It was hit and miss on the interior, they were supposed to clean the cup holders and they skipped them. The left lint all over the interior windshield. Considering the service was $100+ with tip, it was probably only worth about $30. There's better more thorough detailers around for sure, I thought that I would give them a chance and they blew it. I understand that I didn't pay for an interior exterior detail but they skipped the parts they specifically said they would clean!

Recently got the Revivify Paint Protection Coating (it acts like a hydrophobic liquid PPF) done from LUXWA on my 2023 ZL1. Disappointed to be honest. While the customer service was great, and the smoke smell really is gone, I found things that didn't sit well with me. For a price tag of $500, I wish they would have paid a little more attention to detail. Whether it's a high end vehicle, or just someone's daily, they should equally be treated with care in my opinion. It doesn't feel like that to be honest. The front desk people really are awesome, just wish it was done a little better for the price tag.

I worked with Chris on getting a full front PPF and a full body ceramic on my 2025 BMW M340i. I am really happy with the quality of work I received. I observed the vehicle post pickup and the quality is amazing! I also get my vehicle hand washed at ParkPlace. They are very good with exterior. Wonderful service. Good and more importantly HONEST people. I scheduled originally an expensive detail on Saturday (2/1/25) for my Volkswagen Passat. They looked over my car and they noticed that it was already very clean (which I knew... Partially a test. Haha.) and just needed to deal with mostly a mold issue I had. They gave me a lower priced service focusing on the main issue I had. A lot of other short sighted places probably would have just scammed me or worse try to upsell me on (unnecessary detail) packages but I was pleasantly surprised that Eco Cafe turned out to be a very fair and respectable business. This a very important practice that I'm glad this business follows. That's how you build a loyal customer base. 5/5! Would take my car here again.

My husband’s Taycan was filthy after a recent storm. There was moss and pine needles in all of the crevices, and the exterior, in general, was pretty grimy. Eco Car Cafe was amazing! Even though I missed getting into their calendar soon enough to find an opening that worked for me, we texted back and forth and they fit me in quickly. I was happy with the location in the Hyatt Regency garage on Bellevue Way, right by 13 Coins. I could tell by their set up when I arrived that they took their work seriously. Edgar greeted me promptly and he was very professional and courteous. It took about three hours to complete the Elite package and an extra half hour to remove some tree sap from the windows. The results were night and day from how the car looked when I dropped it off. My husband was happy when he saw it and I know we will use Eco Car Cafe again soon!

We called this company as they specialized in oxidation and I am so thankful we did. our RV was so oxidized, we thought there was no hope other than to paint the RV. we had another company come out and washed and waxed out RV but could not get the oxidation off, we took it to a company in Fife and they told us we would have to paint the RV as the oxidation would not come off. I saw Detail Kings web site that said oxidation is there specialty so I decided to call and let them try to see if they could save our RV. They were AMAZING they got all the oxidation off and made our RV look brand new again. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has really bad oxidation as you will be amazed at the difference. Price was amazing and they are really friendly, work hard and eager to answer and help with any questions I had. absolutely a great company.

Excellent!! Their crew of two came and detailed my 40-year old Boston Whaler. My expectations for what could be done with my old boat weren’t too high. They blew me away, it looks so good! They were prompt, easy to deal with, hard working and extremely competent. Very easy to do business with and a pleasure to have around my home. They will for sure detail my boat again in the future. High quality work! These guys came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I brought my brand new Lexus in for tint, film, and ceramic paint coating. Scheduling was easy, they took the time to listen to what I wanted and made recommendations. I ended up tinting my front windows, sun roof, and the windshield - so happy I did, makes a huge difference in heat and UV protection for the vehicle. The ceramic coating was worth it. It’s been almost 1.5 years and my paint looks brand new and is still super hydrophobic. I love it. I will be working with Accutint Bellevue again!

Excellent service! I my home window tint and they came out to install with in a few weeks. It was fast and professional. I have not see them in person but will be there in a week and take some pic! These are the pic the installer took. I may use them for my other houses. I’ll have to see how they look and last.
