Let me tell you a story about the most honest and wonderful family run mechanic shops I have ever encountered in my life. There I was, on an over four thousand mile road trip, headed home from seeing my family over the holidays. I stopped to get some gas and eat lunch when a bunch of lights came up on my dash. I headed to the nearest Autozone I could find so they could run my engine codes for me. The engine codes sounded simple and I asked for a local mechanics shop recommendation that the employees knew of and trusted, and they sent me to Diamond Automotive - and this was the best recommendation I have ever received in my life. I called in and they were absolutely slammed with work, but they heard that I was in the middle of a road trip and they wanted to fit me in and help me out as best they could. After getting there they had a mechanic - the owners brother - drive around with me while running engine codes. The results were not good and they broke the news to me - it was my transmission. After looking into the issue more they determined that the transmission was dying. They broke the news to me as kindly as possible, and even recommended that I get second opinions so that I didn't think I was being fed a story. After some frantic calls to family for financial help, I decided to proceed forward with the transmission replacement. They had me there for all the important steps - something they offered unprompted I might add! - so that I could see what had been going on and the important stages of work as it was completed. It turned out that the used minivan I had just recently purchased had not been maintained properly and the transmission had almost zero fluid left in it (which was all fully cooked, mind you). To replace the transmission they had to drop my engine block in this vehicle ('13 Toyota Sienna), and I received another devastating call - they had found 5 cracks in my engine block as well. This certainly explained the slowly leaking engine coolant that I had been dealing with. They sent me pictures and even invited me out to see it in person - they were very concerned with complete transparency and honesty the entire way through the process. So then we had to start hunting for a new engine block as well, something where they were trying to, again, save me as much money as possible on, just like with the transmission. Keep in mind they had already been fully booked out for more than a month with work on other vehicles, but they had me skip almost the entire queue just so they could get me back on the road and back home as soon as possible. I had my dog with me and they even offered to let me kennel my dog in their onsite heated dog kennel so I could find local lodging a bit easier! Along **every** step of the process they tried to make sure that I was as comfortable and taken care of as possible, even offering me personal vehicles of theirs to drive as a loaner so I wasn't just stuck in my hotel for the almost 4 weeks that I was stuck in town. I have never encountered such caring wonderful people in my life, skipping me ahead of many other important projects to make sure that I could make it home as soon as possible. They even worked WEEKENDS to get me back up and running. The owners, Theresa and Ivory, will forever hold a special place in my heart. If you are looking for a mechanic local to Cheyenne I would honestly tell you to stop looking and just come here. We brought in our 2012 Signature Edition P85 Tesla Model S and 2014 Nissan LEAF SL to Lennox Auto Detailing to have them detailed a day prior to entering them in the 2017 Superday "Show and Shine" car show. $18 car wash and car was still dirty! Attendant said it was because of the type of car and having to retract some of the brushes. Told me the $18 only covered the price of the soap in the single use. Said “ it is the best soap in the world.” I will keep my BrezeThru monthly subscription and pass on this more expensive not as good car wash. First picture after the $18 car wash and second picture is after $6 self car wash. Save yourself $12 and go to the do it youself carwash.

The first time I went, this place rocked!!! Then after a few months the place fell apart. They charge 18 bucks for a deluxe wash and as you go through the car wash the water doesnt spray on one side of the car then the top spin thing doesn't spin just drags along your paint. And to top it all off the vaccums only work in some areas. One time it broke my windshield wiper but it isnt their fault. All though there is a pile of them in the wash area. It was closed for a week, but I wasn't credited any extra days on my account. Also nobody there knows who is in charge... with all of the maintenance issues and lack of management, it would be better to wash your car at your house and blow it dry with a leaf blower. Just canceled my monthly unlimited wash and won't recommend this dump to anyone. I wish I had another arm to give this place 3 thumbs down. Go to any other place if you want service without an attitude from an all teen staff.

Two bays didn't accept coins when I was here. It might have been because they were full? The soap and cleaners seem to be at good levels. The doors are manually operated currently. VERY AFFORDABLE. Powerful vacuums. Will definitely use again for future washes.

Easy access off I-25 and worth my time. My truck gets washed a couple times a year, and coming out of Cleo’s it looks detailed! Reasonably priced, no lines, added services and overall just a great experience makes me want to get the word out. GREAT car wash.

I love Breeze Thru Car Wash! I had some residual gravel in the back of my truck, and the kind lady wouldn't let me go thru. She quickly called another associate, and he came and helped me clean the bed of my truck out. Now that is customer service! Great job, Breeze Thru!!!

The people that work here are so kind, respectful, and professional! They went out of the way to help with an issue with my license plate that was stuck and wouldn’t come off. They tried various forms and tools to help me with this all while talking to me like a human being! If I ever need my car worked on, they are the right people to go with! Angelos came out while I was drying my vehicle and asked how my experience was. It was great but I expressed one concern that was very minor. Sand/dirt had blown onto my wheels at the end of the tunnel from the blowers, in the past. Very slight amount this visit. He said he’d pass this information along to his boss and also told me if it happens in the future to make sure that they’re aware and I would be able to go through the wash again. Overall, great experience and very friendly staff.

I've been a member for over a year now and Tommy's is by far the best carwash there is. It cleans and dries better than any other carwash I've been to. When I'm down in Denver I'll go out of my way to go to Littleton and get my truck washed at Tommy's. I wish I was a franchisee because I'd open these things all over Northern Colorado and Western Nebraska.

In short, top notch customer service, but lacking attention to detail. I’m a first time customer and got myself an interior detail for Christmas. As a mom of 3 young kids, my minivan takes a beating and it needed a good deep clean beyond what I can do at the carwash. Pristine came highly recommended on FB and from my best friend. Drop off on Friday went smoothly and I got a text in the evening when it was ready. I was able to call and pay over the phone and have my keys left in the lockbox since I couldn’t make it by closing which was very handy. The woman I spoke with over the phone and at drop off was so kind and friendly, I didn’t catch her name but I’m assuming she and Wade are the owners. When my husband brought my car home I couldn’t wait to see the difference. Although my car looked better, I soon noticed several areas that had been missed. The grooves in my center console weren’t thoroughly cleaned, the cup holder had something still stuck to it. The visors and headliner hadn’t been cleaned despite being advertised in the description online and there was a significant amount of drips between both front seats. There was also some grime in the grooves of the seats and the retractable window screen was still covered in dried milk. I sent them a message on fb addressing my concerns and received a call shortly after from Wade wanting to make it right. Impressed with the quick response, we agreed I’d bring my car back in first thing on Monday. Same drill, easy drop off, text when it was ready, had keys left in lock box. Upon pickup, I looked over the previous problem spots and was pleased to see they had been addressed. Center console, cup holder, between the seats and window screens were all looking great. You can see before and afters from the first pickup to the second pickup in the photos. However, when I looked up I saw that the visors and headliner had been overlooked once again. The same 50+ white spots from my daughter shaking up her milk were still going down both sides of the ceiling as were the dusty fingerprints on the visors. When I got home I took a microfiber cloth with warm water and was able to wipe them right off. I took a video doing so, but Google won’t let me upload it. The spots weren’t some deep seated stains that wouldn’t lift, but dried milk that would’ve easily been wiped off had someone tried to the first or second time it was in the shop. Like I said, my car looks wayyy better. But it took two days and $240 to get a good detail and I can’t justify being out of a car for a third day to get an excellent one. The dirty ceiling wasn’t so much of a dealbreaker as it was disappointing, especially after addressing it specifically after picking it up the first time. I may consider trying them again in a couple months, but I probably won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Great staff in the office and also the guys that work on the vehicles. I did have an issue with my glass being streaked. I really couldn't see it when i picked up my 2002 Ram, as the sun was at an angle not to see it. When I got rolling in the morning, the sun came directly in and the glass was streaked. I called and was told they would immediately make it right. They did!!! I can honestly say, my truck has never looked this good!! I would recommend Pristine again and again!! ***UPDATE*** The owner of the company reached out and made everything right. The makeup detail was 100% up to my standards and worth the price I had paid for the first detail. I also received a 6 month protection coating free of charge, and my floor mats/cup holders were returned. Stating that I am disappointed in my experience with Oil City Auto Spa is an understatement. I was looking forward to getting my truck detailed there because I had heard and read many great reviews. My wife called to make an appointment, they were a couple weeks out. Which was completely understandable since I had heard such great things. Dropping off my truck was super simple since they did not look up my appointment or take any of my information, I had to give him my name and number without him asking. The man had told me that the computer was down and he would look up my appointment later. I wasn't sure what package my wife requested so I told him to do whichever package was listed when she called. At the end of the day I stopped by to see if my truck was done. I was told that they did not have me written down for an appointment and kept telling me they didnt know if it was their fault or ours, this was said a couple times. They then said they would get my truck in the next day which was fine. They did the most expensive package without asking which package I actually wanted. The highest package on their website was $450 for a truck prestige detail. I paid $525 before seeing my truck which was a mistake because I was definitely over charged even though they said "the truck was not that bad" as in dirty. The prestige includes vacuuming, all plastics vinyls and leather are cleaned and conditioned with the proper protectant, overlook headliner and gently but efficiently remove any stains, spot shampooing and moderate stain removal, double bucket hand wash, dry and a wax. Wheels, tires and engine bay cleaning, clay bar preparation, a single stage polish to remove any light oxidation and swirls, a ceramic sealant to properly protect the vehicle from the elements for up to 6 months. When I picked up my truck that next week (I was out of town when they could get me in) it was not even finished like they said and I had to wait to take it so they could wipe windows, vaccum, clean the door frame because it still had mud. I looked over my truck and it was not worth the $525 I was charged. The seats still had crumbs, they half way wiped everything down, under my backseat was not cleaned at all (which was emptied out and seats were up at drop off), the did not do the engine cleaning, my floor mats were accidentally put in another person's truck (I still have not gotten them back 1 1/2 months later) and I am missing a cup holder insert. The chrome on my running board is now flaking off, before dropping my truck my running boards were not flaking and I had 45 miles driven on my truck while it was in their care. I discussed my concerns with them and they said they would make it right. I have not heard from them since June 14th after I was told he would give me a call that afternoon. They did not take any type of real responsibility for this mess. I will never use their service in the future and I will not be recommending them to others. From now on I will be taking pictures before and after any type of service.

The prices could be better but that can be said about many things, all in all it's a great car wash, the equipment works well the vacuums are easy to use and free. The drawback and reason for three stars is the entrance and exit are so damn hard to get in and out of. The CY location is the worst on days you only need the vacuums because you can't go around the car wash you have to exit through the entrance to avoid cars coming out of the wash bay.

Have been going here for years and have recommended this to many friends and coworkers and have never been turned down to wash a truck there. I have had way more muddier truck than today and has always been washed up until today. I guess they don't wash dirty trucks today as I was told as he is the new owner. They must only was clean cars now. This place has gone way down on service and customer relations. I would not recommend this place to no one. Another place that has went to crap. So sad.

Paid $20 for a car wash. Driver side clean, passenger side dirty! Do not recommend touch-less automatic wash! Reached out to the company and all they did is ask “what time were you there so I can check the security cameras and make it was working properly”.

This is a pretty nice place to come and wash your car. They have many options, including self service. It’s always clean and it is staffed during the day. They have a lot of space. They have two car wash bays that you can use to either have your car washed with soft brushes or use the touchless option which sprays around your vehicle with high pressure water. They do have some self service wash bays so you can wash the car yourself.

Ryan just installed a clear bra on my new Ford bronco big bend. That included 18” of the hood, fenders, headlights, fog lights, door sills, door cups, gas cap cover and reflectors. Ryan was super professional and explained everything before and after. He did an incredible job and I couldn’t even tell it had a clear bra on it at first when I came to pick it up.
